I just got back from a 6-day vacation with my family and want to share my experience with parksfo. I looked around for a parking garage for my car for 6 days. Looking at the bad reviews on ParkSFO I was hesitant, but still decided to give them a shot. My experience was great! When we arrived we were greeted right away. Valet was the only option so the gentleman took my keys, gave me a ticket and directed me to the shuttle. There was a group in line before us so we took the next shuttle which was still a 5-8 min wait. The drive to the international terminal only took 6-7mins. When we arrived I texted the # noted on my ticket so that my car will be ready when I got there. Right when we got to the shuttle stop there was a shuttle waiting for us. When we got to the garage my car was right in front ready to go. I used my 2-day coupon and the total came out to $87. Will definitely come again! read more

Parking and departing was easy. Fast service. Arriving, is another story. After standing out here for over 25min and have other shuttle companies pass by twice already, I finally called the number on the website to ask where the shuttle is. (It says it goes around about every 5min.) Once I called the lady said to be out by shuttle area. After I told her I have been standing out there for close to a half hour already, she said she would send a shuttle. It arrived within minutes after that, but I shouldn't have to call. I have used the Park SFO 'upgraded' valet parking service three times. One of the main reasons I did so is that they advertise free charging for electric cars. The first time I parked with them, they only partially charged my car (I had to stop half way home to charge, delaying my arrival home after a long trip). The second time, after complaining about my previous experience, my car was charged correctly. But on my third and final experience with Park SFO, they did not charge the car at all! When I asked about it, they argued with me, insisting that I hadn't requested that service. Upon finding the paperwork (which backed up my assertion) they again argued and said that they had charged it. Finally, they allowed me to charge my car, making me very late in getting home (I live in Sonoma County). I asked to speak to the boss, Candace Simms, and was totally underwhelmed; she acted nice on the phone, but provided zero follow through. Last week, I used Long Term Parking - SFO, and had a great experience: indoor parking, free car charging, great and fast shuttle, all at about half the price. read more

While I may not drive a 1961 Ferrari GT California, I'm still fairly certain that my hooptie got the old Ferris Bueller valet treatment because when I dropped my car off, the tank was over 3/4 full, yet when I picked it up it only had a measly 2 bars left... which is half a tank less than I'd dropped it off. It's not that I think anyone would want to cruise around in my beat up ride, but I do think that they forgot to shut the car off for at least an entire day before they moved it to it's final parking spot for the weekend since their regular parking was "full" and they were only accepting valet entry vehicles... which I def feel is a sham. Also, when I was paying after returning from my trip there were two other people picking up their cars that now had dead batteries. What are the chances that all 3 of us who were there at the same time all had very similar problems? Also, while the owners of the 2 dead vehicles were outside, I overheard the people who work there arguing behind the counter about who parked the car last and who remembered shutting everything off. From where I live and for the amount of time I'd be gone, this was the most cost effective method to get to/from the airport, so I went with Park SFO, and because I don't know a cheaper/better option, I'll probably use them again because I'm a sucker. For 4 days and with a coupon for 2 free days, the total was just under $60 (lots of that was tax). Had I not printed the coupon before check out, my total would have been $88. There's a shuttle that will take you and whomever else has pulled up within 15 minutes of you to your terminal, and then also pick you back up when your flight arrives, but just know that they give absolutely no direction as to where to go to get picked up from the airport, so just know you'll have to call them up after you've already text the initial number, so you can sit through their phone directory and get some still pretty vague directions about where the shuttle will pick you up. Service was just a notch above disgruntled and I really don't understand why they need to have 4 people working behind the register if only 1 person can actually ring people up. I read over a bunch of reviews that noted that when they came, they only had valet parking available as their cheaper options were full, but I kind of have to call bullsh*t on Park SFO as the was also the case when I dropped off and picked up, as was the case with all other 8 people on my shuttle who had left on different dates, and also with my friend who's begrudgingly used this service several times for work says that's been the story 100% of the times she dropped off. I think the lower price option is just a sham offering that no one can actually take advantage of and they just make everyone do the valet thing because once you get there, you probably aren't going to leave and shop around for better because you've got a flight to catch. read more

The roommate knew he'd have to work the moment we got back from Japan. We figured the easiest thing would be to park at the airport so we'd have his car. After looking around, he decided to park at Park SFO. It was priced well and they had a 2 day off coupon. We arrived on Saturday, April 9th at 8:24am. Unfortunately, they no longer had any more self parking spots, so we were force to do outdoor valet. It was only priced a dollar more per day, so it wasn't a bad deal. Shuttle to the airport was easy to board. There was one waiting for passengers after we dropped off our car. We got back to Park SFO on Friday, April 15th at 11:20am. The shuttle ride back was easy and we didn't have to wait long. Less than 10 minutes at the airport. Just remember to text them when you get on the bus if you do valet. That way, your car will be waiting for you when you arrive. Turned out, they only charged us the self park rate of $16.95 per day. Subtotal for our 6 days, 2 hours, 57 minutes ended up being $118.65. With the two days off coupon, we saved $33.90. Subtotal of $84.75 with $13.05 tax ended up being $97.80. So less than $100 for a little over 6 days. Good and relatively affordable place to park if you need your car after coming home. Make sure to check their website for any deals. You could get two days free! read more

They lost my car. I repeat: This parking garage lost my car. On Monday morning, I dropped off my 2018 Mazda at Park SFO's valet service. Their employee asked me when I'd be returning (Wed night), took my key and handed me a claim check. Three days later, I landed at SFO and texted the claim check number, as instructed. Then I grabbed the shuttle to the garage and handed over my claim check. I paid the bill, and the attendant handed me SOMEONE ELSE'S keys, including a BMW key and several house keys. Me: "Those are not my keys." ParkSFO: "Are you sure?" Me: "I'm sure." They searched through an alarmingly messy collection of plastic bins and racks filled with keys and claim checks. No dice. They asked me to walk out and search all the valet parked cars. Not there. They put me in a golf cart and drove me around all six floors of their parking garage, and down every aisle of two large dirt lots behind the garage. (This took half an hour.) Still no luck. The golf cart guy took me back to the office, where I found the staff in full panic mode. They seemed to have no idea what to do next. I thought about asking for the BMW keys again, and just driving home, so that they could sort it all out the next day. I thought about telling all the other customers in line to be patient, because they've lost my car and are busy panicking right now. I thought about calling the police. All good options. Finally, they figured they should drive me over to yet another lot, about a block away. This is apparently where they store cars being left for very long periods of time. It looked like the Island of Lost Toys meets Repo Man. Very creepy. But we did find my car there. After noting the number of the tag on my dashboard, we drove back to the office, where they used that tag number to find my keys. Then they drove me back to the desolation lot, where I got in my car and drove home, just about two hours after sending that initial text. But hey... No charge for the parking. :-) PS: During my golf cart tour of the entire operation, which was done at unnerving high speeds around blind curves, without any regard for oncoming traffic, I saw valet-parked cars outside of any designated parking areas, hanging into lanes and in blind spots where they could easily get hit. I saw cars parked way too close to each other, and to the walls. All very, very sketch. I won't be parking there again. read more

Easy on/off from the 101, only 10 minute wait or so for the shuttle, with fast pick-up from the airport as well. Plenty of available spots both indoor and outdoor parking. (outdoor parking is $11.95 per day, unsure about the indoor rates). Most importantly, there weren't any potholes here! For a couple of years, I would have given ParkSFO a 5 star rating. But...starting last December (I suspect new mgmt, but I don't know this), they've taken SUCH a serious downturn. They are SO damned convenient...but lately, they are taking in more cars than they have spaces for. For my last four or five trips, they've had cars blocking me in (cars that they've parked via valet, but having no spots, they just line 'em up in the self-parking area). This last trip, we were running late, or would NOT have parked there...they were full, and mandating valet. As I said, we were late, so I turned over the keys. Arrived today, I have a car, but no keys. They "got lost". Wow. Did a $100 cab ride home, can't WAIT to see how ParkSFO handles the "we need a new electronic key" issue. read more

I have been a loyal ParkSFO valet customer for over ten years. I travel extensively for work and appreciated the frequent shuttle service and ever-present online coupons for free days of parking. Unfortunately, the overall customer experience has taken a nose dive recently. Their shuttles are less frequent and more crowded, and I've had to wait for up to three shuttles to pass before getting into one because they are so full. The drivers are still good. Very friendly and helpful. The big problem arose when my family and I recently returned from a week long vacation. We always valet, and after waiting a long time to get our car, we finally got our car and headed home. A mile or so down the road I noticed the flat tire indicator light was on (this is past midnight and I was pretty tired). I get out to check the tire at a gas station and there are TWO nails in one of them. I suspect this is from recent construction as they are building a second parking tower. We called them to see what we should do. The young guy on the phone said "you shouldn't have left". Sorry, this was not my mistake now was it? Anyway, he gave me the phone number to the manager, Candace, and said to call her tomorrow. We finally got the tire changed and got home safely most importantly. I called the next day and was told she was not there. They took my number and said she would call me back. Never returned my call. I've called at least five, six times now and have never got a call back. It's been a month. This is extremely disappointing to say the least. They have no interest in hearing my story, seeing the pictures of the nails in my tire, much less trying to resolve the situation for us. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same. read more

Used to be great but lately the staff is rude and buses come by full leading to very long wait times, upwards of 30 minutes.

I forgot my backpack on the shuttle to the airport. So I called their main phone number and someone immediately answered, called their buses, located my backpack, and sent it over with the next bus to depart their facility. While I waited, three of their buses (which didn't have my backpack) came about five minutes apart, and then the one with my backpack arrived. During this time, two Park 'n Fly buses came by and I didn't see any buses from any of the other off-airport parking services. I have used ParkSFO several times in the past and the buses have always been frequent and the service excellent, but this time, they really impressed me with their professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness! read more

Off airport parking lot. Found this place when I googled SFO airport parking, looking for a cheaper alternative to the airport's long or short term parking lots. Very convenient, located right off the freeway. We opted to park our car ourselves instead of using their valet service. The valet parking areas were packed, and many cars were parked outside of marked parking spots. Headed downstairs, and the shuttle to the airport was waiting. We got on, and even though we were the only people on it, the driver departed for the airport without delay. The shuttle ride was about five minutes both to and from the airport. Friendly shuttle driver. Self pay parking machine when you get back- pay before you get back to your car! It was a little over $70 for indoor parking from Thursday night to Monday morning, but we had a coupon for two free nights of parking, so the price got knocked down to $38.48. You can even print your boarding pass here while you wait for the shuttle. If you even have to wait. Would use again! read more

We always park at Park SFO when flying out of San Francisco. The rates here are much better than the prices at the airport garage and I have found the green shuttles to be very easy to take. You get dropped off and picked up on the upper level where shuttles are allowed. Park SFO is not hard to find at all if you are using GPS on your phone during your drive over there. We have used this company about 5x now and have never waited for a shuttle for more than 5 minutes. When we go away for more than 3 days we always print their online coupon to get a few days of free parking. Indoor parking is cheap but it was very crowded when we got back this last trip. Our car was blocked in and we did have to get an attendant to move another car so we could get out. Other than that we've never had an issue. We have never used valet which seems to be the source of a lot of complaints below. Great place, very easy. read more

Like to have to pay someone to have ur car damaged? Want to pay USD$20.65? If you like your car, I advise you not to park here. Valet are terrible, disrespectful, and plain incompetent? Management are just as bad. They ignore ur calls and avoid any contact with you. I am not one to write alot of reviews but this incident just bugged me enough to do it. For a few years, this was my "Go To place" to park my car if I needed to fly out of SFO. Park your car here and take the shuttle bus. convenient. But now, never again. It's been a mixed bag parking here at Park SFO. However I felt the need to write an update in all fairness to Park SFO. Last weekend we arrived on a Saturday around 5:00 a.m. Self parking completely full so we had to go with valet parking. We left our car key obviously. On the shuttle to SFO, our driver gives us the low down. Says if you parked valet you can call the toll free # found on the claim ticket while you're on the tarmac on your return as the plane taxis to the gate. This way your car will be ready for you. She also said you can text the office and indicated the # was on our parking ticket. (none to be had). We returned on a Tuesday around 2:00-2:30pm. I called the toll free # from inside the plane while taxi to the gate. Gives the guy on the phone our claim ticket #. And he asked what airline thinking we're ready to be picked up on the island. After we retrieved our luggage, we head up to the departure island, and within 5 minutes there's a shuttle. We give the driver our claim ticket and she calls it into the office (duplicate effort but well appreciated by us). We arrive back at Park SFO and our car is awaiting. We give them our one day free coupon with three night minimum stay +10% off; pay and we're off. Bottom line - we liked valet parking so much we think we'll go this route next time! read more

I would give this lot a 5/5 without a doubt. You can't beat the value with the 2 day free coupon. The shuttle is fast both ways and they always help. Sure the lot is busy but it still gets a solid 5. I have used it at least 20 times and never had an issue. For the people that complain they didn't honor a groupon or it's too busy - I encourage you to park elsewhere. And have a drink to unwind. Standard bait and switch tactics, especially when it comes to pricing... was told today that there is a California 15% tax rate on the base charges (you kidding me?), but after I corrected their staff that such a tax rate does not exist, they let up on the game that they have a bunch of "fees" utilized to jack up the end cost, specifically admin and surcharge fees ("AFEE" and "FSUR"), adding up to 7%. We found a nice new garage to leave our car when traveling out of SFO. Its Park SFO, near the Airport Costco and United Airlines maintenance terminal. This place is open 24hrs and 365 days. If you sign up online they will mail you monthly coupons. First visit is free, thereafter coupons park four days pay for two days. Shuttles run to and from garage to terminal every 1/2 hr. The garage is safe and lots of security and cameras. Not sure about outside lot $11.95/day & indoor $14.95. CAUTION: They get you on the extra hours $3.00/hr read more

After continued calls, and my Yelp review, I finally received a call back. There were myriad excuses (we changed phone numbers, I was never given the message). After a few more weeks of review by the general manager, she concluded that they had no liability for the damage (even though I called within 20 minutes of leaving their garage). I will be taking them to small claims court. ParkSFO has one very simple job top do and they cannot successfully perform that job. There are many other options for parking one's car, and I strongly recommend against using ParkSFO. I would click zero stars if that were an option. read more

Be on the lookout for coupons. 3 days parking, get 1 day free. Or, 4 days parking, get 2 days free. I have used Park SFO several times now and their indoor and outdoor lots are usually full. The first time, they were full so they let me park in valet spots. Then, another time, they were completely full so they valeted all cars but charged indoor prices. Luckily, I have never had to wait very long for a shuttle, and I have never had a car block me in so I couldn't leave. The way they charge is kind of weird, though. One time, they charged me around $26 for 3 days, then another time they charged me $37 for the same length of stay. I used a coupon for both stays, but since I just wanted to get home after a long flight, I didn't bother to ask. read more

Terrible experience here. When paying, the machine refused to accept my coupon and said I needed to see an attendant but there was no one present to help. Ended up almost doubling the amount I had to pay compared to the quote I got when making my reservation, making it more expensive than just using the SFO affiliated lot.
