This is a TERRIBLE place to park. We've now used it 3 times, and this weekend was the worst. We will never go back. Every time we go, it is full and we MUST use valet parking. This time, they closed the entire lot as "full" about 2 cars after ours (on a Friday morning). The staff is surly and always in a bad mood. They must hate their jobs. When the guy delivered our car to us today, he didn't acknowledge us, pop the trunk, open the doors or help us with our bags. What kind of valet service is that??? They send out numerous coupons, so you might think you are getting a good deal, but you're not. Their shuttles are packed full with numerous people standing among the bags that are overflowing onto the floor. They either need more shuttles or bigger ones. This place is bad news. read more

Park at your own peril and by NO means leave your car in the possession of valet. I have had two incidents in 6 months where my car was damaged by valet. The first time was when they parked my car in their construction area and my car was delivered to me covered in mud and with chip marks on the hood from gravel hitting it. They couldn't even wash my car when they had it and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they brazenly parked it in the dark and gave me the keys. The second time was the last straw. This past Sunday I was given back my car and as I opened the trunk saw a dent on the bumper, paint scratched and white paint transfer. I told them about this and filled out a report. They never called me back or answered the phone. Instead they sent me a letter saying they "investigated" and said they couldn't prove they did it. WTF? Let's see what the insurance company and my lawyer have to say about that. This is the most unprofessional lot I have ever parked in and they could care less what they do to your car. If you can't park it yourself and they offer you an upgrade to park in valet, make a fast u-turn out of the lot and patronize Park N Fly or the city-operated garage. I read more

Never again will we park here. They charged me for 4 days when I've been their for 5. If you park 5 days you get two free. If you park 4 days you get 1 free. They charged me $90 and a took off $17.95. And still charged me at $85. I should have been charged $60. Lost my business and everyone I know. Every person in the office getting charged was upset. Paid for Valet " indoor" parking and texted the phone number my claim receipt to have my vehicle ready 1 hr in advance. Arrived to no vehicle, and discovered the vehicle was parked outside in a overflow lot. The guy made me walk with my luggage, to the lot all the way to the corner and had to move a car so I could leave. Wasted 25minutes to locate my vehicle and leave. 1 star is for both friendly shuttle drivers. -4 stars is for the evening staff that is clueless and misleading consumers to think they are actually getting valet parking or indoor. Park SFO does not like there customers. Returned from a trip and texted to have my car ready from valet. Went to the curb and waited 20 minutes. No shuttle, I called the 877 number and the guy said the shuttle runs every 10 minutes. Obvious lie, as I had already waited 20 minutes. The bus finally the shuttle came and stopped 50 yards away. Apparently we were in the wrong pickup place. The bus drove by as we were waving. I called and the guy said he saw us but we were in the wrong spot. I was told the next bus would be there in 5 minutes. Another lie, bus came 9 minutes and 48 seconds later. The bus pulled up very close to where we were standing in the first place. So we had to walk back 25 yards. They really hate their customers. read more

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! On May 19, 2019, I picked up my car and noticed during valet parking, they badly scratched my left rear bumper. After showing the damage that was caused by parking my car next to a metal handrail, the supervisor made a report and took photos on an iPad. He said that Candace (whose last name is Simms, I later discovered) would review the report and contact me within 5 days. I never received ONE return call to my voicemail messages, my messages to the person answering the phone or to email. Yesterday, June 20th, I took time away from work to go to the garage to see if they could help expedite the claim. They were unwilling to provide Candace's direct contact information or their insurance carrier info. So, I called the South SF PD and they came out to help me. They completely blew the officer off too and were unwilling to do anything to begin processing the claim. I am taking them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT because of their incompetence and complete disregard for their customer. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, there are plenty of other parking vendors who operate a responsible and responsive business in the SFO area. I got here at 630pm and didnt get to the airport until 710pm. There are multiple shuttles but only 1 or 2 running. The garage is packed and old as well. Unless you got time to spare, skip this garage. It gets better. I get dropped off at international terminal and the driver refused to drop us in domestic. read more

So one thing the drivers are nice and pleasant but the parking sucks!! We were parked for 6 days had a coupon for 2 days off. When we went to get our car they only gave us 1 day off cause there was a "blackout day" which when we were looking on there calendar it didn't show a blackout day. We paid for outdoor valet they didn't bring us our car when we got back we had to go find it. WTH why did I pay for valet? I have worked in hospitality for many years and dealt with thousands of hotel guests luggage tags and valet tickets. I had always informed them to take a picture of their tag, so if they lose it while on their trip, they have a saved copy. I had done this for my Park SFO Valet ticket since I didn't want to lose it while I was traveling. Upon return, the dude at the counter said that my picture of my valet ticket was not valid and they would have to charge a $15 lost ticket fee. I informed him its not lost, this is a picture of it. He said "that for safety reasons, some one could have taken a picture of it with out me knowing and then take my car..."Which is a dumb analogy because I said "why wouldn't they just steal my hard ticket and if they were actually concerned for the right owner/right car, then they should verify all vehicle pickups with the vehicle registration and valid ID. The website mentions: " There is a $15 lost ticket fee. The fee is to cover the administrative cost to ensure we are handing the valet car to the rightful owner, search key inventory to locate the correct key and the entry time has been verified. Which make sense if you don't have a valet number at all. It takes time to research which White Honda in the lot is yours. It's a cheap ploy and a flawed policy to nickel and dime an extra $15 out of you. So I dug through all my luggage in the office and finally found the ticket. I suggested to him that he follows me to my car and verify my identity because I may have just stolen this ticket and want to steal a car. The dude was annoyed, verified my identity and issued my keys. Pretty sure he still extra charged me because in the covered valet lot, my car was the only car covered in rain drops (it was currently raining outside) and all the other cars were dry. After driving away I noticed I was charged for indoor valet parking which is an extra charge. Its alright, I didn't tip the valet anyways. I'm usually a generous hospitality tipper. read more

Do not trust the valet here. I parked my car here for two weeks with indoor valet and decided to select a car wash as well. Upon returning my parking sticker had been peeled off and there were three major scratches on my bumper. I filed a "claim" with the company but recieved a letter a week later saying "We cannot pay compensation in this case as there is insufficient evidence" - guess checking before and after photos from security camera is not good enough evidence. My partner did indoor valet, because he needed his car charged. Upon returning from a flight at night, they returned the car to him without the charge. Now he is having to sit in the garage for hours in the middle of the night, waiting for battery to charge enough so he can drive home, 100 miles away. Of course, it is a valet charge. read more

Used to love this place, but having to stand on a curb for over 20 min (their website lies) and a guy on the phone who could care less about a crowd waiting is not what customer service should be. 3 buses passed us and it took two phone calls to finally get on a full bus. THERE IS A THIEF WORKING HERE . . . . and management doesn't care!!! My iPod and Bluetooth earbuds were stolen out of the center console while my car was parked here! $350 in items stolen. We were forced to use the valet service instead of self-park, so I had to give my keys over to get a parking space for the weekend. I wasn't prepared for this, and was in a hurry to get out of my car and get on their shuttle bus, so I didn't try too hard to hide my iPod; I put it in the center console among various cables, chargers, etc. When we returned from our trip 3 days later and were driving home, I asked my wife to grab the iPod out of the console - she couldn't find it. We pulled off the freeway, tore the car apart looking for it, but it wasn't anywhere. In the process, I also noticed that my Bluetooth earbuds were missing. We returned to the parking garage and informed the people working there what happened and they were seemingly dumbfounded. As if to say, "how could something like that ever happen here?!" A man who claimed to be the manager came over and asked to have a look around the car, just to make sure we didn't miss it somewhere or maybe because he didn't believe us, not sure. They asked for a description of the guy who checked us in and I did my best to recall him, but nothing seemed to ring a bell with them. They claimed they would look into the situation, check the security cameras (yeah, right), and get back to us in a couple days. Big surprise . . . that didn't happen. I called 3 days later and a rather aggressive woman got on the phone and explained that they don't take responsibility for items left in cars and they print it on the ticket so customers are aware. Think about this . . . the people who have the key to your car are telling you ahead of time that it's quite possible things might be missing from your vehicle when you come to claim it, and it's not their fault. I understand the majority of people working there are probably decent people and wouldn't dream of stealing from their customers, but there's at least one person working there who does, so I recommend parking your vehicle elsewhere. If something changes and they make amends, I will update this review. read more

Convenient yes, fast shuttle not bad, but my beef with this company is their discount coupons they advertise are so deceiving. It looks like it would be $33.90 for four days of parking but actually that's the discount off. Of course it doesn't say that in the ad so I'm posting my receipt so you can see the breakdown. Parked at Park SFO last month for 3 days. Catalytic converter has been stolen from the car. They even don't have cameras installed on the floor (i believe floor 4) where my car got parked. When using valet parking, if you don't explicitly say outdoor parking, they will park indoors which is $2 extra per day. I already knew this, and explicitly told the valet outdoor, which he wrote on the ticket. However when I returned, the clerk charged me for indoor. I noticed before swiping my card that the total was too high, but he wouldn't explain beyond that there is extra airport tax, even when I said the subtotal was too high, and assured me he was charging me the outdoor price. I swiped my card and signed. I then went to my car and examined the receipt - they indeed had charged me for indoor parking rather than outdoor. I went back in, and spoke with the same guy who told me "that's what the computer says it costs". I asked to speak with someone else, who continued to say that was just taxes. My receipt very clearly says the word "Indoor" on it and the price listed is for the indoor rate. The error is not what upsets me here - it's that even persistently asking for the clerks to fix the error they refused to even look that they might have made a mistake, and refused to do anything about it. I am hoping the manager will respond to my email, but who knows. I don't think I'll be parking with them again. read more

Valet Damage to Car, NEVER will contact you back about the damage My family and I have used Park SFO for the past 5 years at least, and everything was good up until one month ago. As many others have said, the self park was too full so I had to valet my car. Didn't seem a problem as I've done this before multiple times. When I received my car back, there was an obvious dent in the back bumper. The manager on duty filed a report and promised they would call me tomorrow. It's been over 23 days now and they have never returned a call about the damage. Their Claims department seems to not exist and anytime we call Park SFO, the manager promises the same thing and says he can't handle any of this. I've never been more disappointed in a company that I've used for so many years and told others about. Warning to everyone that you should definitely not use this parking garage as they are liars and care nothing about your car/patronage. --- Update Filed a claim against Park SFO with my insurance company because they refuse to answer my calls. They got back to my insurance agent quickly saying that they deny all damages, but will only tell me the reason by mail. Such a maddening experience. read more

WARNING!!! If you're considering parking here, READ THIS: I parked here using the outdoor valet for a 5 day trip. I returned to find my key fob no longer working to unlock my car, an interior that smelled like sour milk--and then, that my sunroof had been opened and the floor of the car was SOAKED. (It rained nonstop the days I was away.) The supervisor immediately dismissed my complaint, insisting my car had "a leak" and that my fob needed "a new battery." I had to call the police in order to even have my parking charges refunded. I'm now in the process of waiting to have my claim resolved after discovering that the damages likely clock in at about 3 G's. Mildew soaked carpet and insulation, and a damaged BCM which apparently controls the alarm system and other electrical functions... I used to be a loyal customer for many years but their policies changed and they pissed me off last time I used them. They charged me the valet parking price ($21/day) because their lot was full. Their policy before was to charge the normal price if the lot was full and there was no self-park available. I mean, valet is worse than self-park because I prefer to hold my own keys and park my baby myself. I asked what my other options were and the guy had a bad "take it or leave it" attitude and was NOT helpful. Luckily I met another passenger on my flight who said SkyPark has been great for 10 years, they have your car ready when you pickup, and have never been full (she travels a lot). Obviously I'm trying them next time. To add insult to injury, the SkyPark shuttle van arrived a good 10 mins before these guys. I guess parksfo are too successful and arrogant now, so goodbye! Update: I went to the cashier to pay and told him I didn't like that they started charging the valet rate when their garage is full. Amazingly, he said they don't charge the valet rate when they're full! So, I told him what happened and this meant the employee at my check-in made a mistake (as he told me it is the higher, valet rate). Guess what? The cashier wouldn't correct the mistake, he insisted that he must charge me the higher rate, which basically meant that (1) He thinks I was lying or (2) He is part of a scam/unethical price gouging of customers. Moreover, he was totally arrogant when I said he is about to lose a customer of many, many years and I have no problem going to a competitor like SkyPark. His exact words were "I don't tell you where to park." So basically, these guys are arrogant jerks, too fat-and-happy, and scammy; as I see it. Update2: Been using Skypark for years now. Dear Ms. Simms, My wife and I returned from an exhausting trip on October 18, 2015, at around 10:00 PM. The total was $xx.xx and last two digits of my card is (00) We had a Groupon available on our phone and one of your employees (Asian Woman) did the most embarrassing thing to us. Your colleagues "broken" English was just okay...but in my view not appropriate for a front desk with lots of tired travelers. We presented our Groupon and she refused it out of hand There was an Asia man in front of my wife with "apparently" the same type of Gourpon which she excepted When i walked to the front desk, my wife was in tears, because of the woman's attitude, refusal to extend the Groupon, and because your colleague raised her voice in a way that made a scene We have used ParkSFO a few times, and was stunned to see how the service has gone down so quickly. If you know this woman is damaging your business and refuse to act that's your lost, but if you don't know I would be concerned. ​I would hope someone would extend my wife a sincere apology and extend the one-day parking for a four day stay. read more

If I could get give this place a negative 10,000 stars, I would. I wished I had heed the warnings of fellow yelpers, but I was swayed by the free 2 day coupon for 4 days of stay. Let me first said that I have NEVER in my life cuss at someone concerning customer service issue, so that's over 30 years. I'm also known as very patient and I think I'm pretty reasonable. However, this case this morning has riled me up so much as to burst my cussing virginity. I cussed at the supervisor and I don't feel one bit bad, he deserved every bit and more. I wouldn't have done it with kids around though. So I pulled up to the paying booth and gave this asian guy my parking ticket and I told him i have a two different coupons depending on how he charges me. He said give him the 2 day free coupon but then charged me $38. I might have been tired but I knew the math didn't add up, so I asked him how come it's that much? He said it's for 3 days and 2 hours. I said how come I'm not charged for 4 days and get 2 days free? He said that I didn't stay long enough so it's not 4 days. I said just charge me for 4 days then. He refused and said he has to charge me for 3 days and 2 hours, not 4 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me there is no supervisor there. LIE #1. After persisting, he finally told me to go to the office and speak to a supervisor. I went to the office and spoke with another guy, and he just stared blankly at me and said, "well 3 days and 2 hours is not 4 days", same freaking spiel. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and he came nonchalantly along. He then said the machine charges a certain amount, he can't do anything about it. LIE #2. Is he telling me he can't override a machine? If the machine charges me $1000, too bad? The guy was truly a jerk. He then said that if I stay 2 more hours that today will be free. What a jerk. That was when I finally cussed, couldn't take it anymore. This is really deceptive practice, read the other reviews, I'm not the only one saying this. You can form your own opinions, but if they are deceptive about this issue, what happens when you run into other more important issues? Can you trust them? The difference was only ~$8-9 dollars that we were arguing about, but it was the deceptive practice and indifference towards customers that really bothered me. 4 words - URINE ON THE SEAT! Okay, now the nitty gritty. I have been coming here for the last 3-4 years. I would say most of my experiences have been good and at least 3 stars. They're fast - a shuttle comes right when you start waiting. The prices are reasonable for parking. They have many different types of options (valet versus self park) and often have coupons. Why am I giving this 1 star? I came back from Maui yesterday exhausted and tired and thankfully, the shuttle came quickly and the driver took our stuff and we were on our way. Well, my daughter sat down and the seat was wet. Hoping it was just water spilt, I smelled my daughter's wet pants (gross I know) and it was urine. Now I know this isn't SFO Park's fault. It's not like they put urine there hoping someone would sit on it. But when I told them, there was NO APOLOGY, NO SHOW OF CONCERN for the situation. Instead what did they do? They DENIED IT - saying the car is cleaned every morning. Every morning? It's 11 pm now so don't give me that excuse. What's even better is there were multiple passengers on the shuttle that saw what happened and even tried to make light of the situation so there's no denial about it. So one star? Yes, one star. You can do a great job but if you show no care about the people you are serving, then you don't deserve to be patronized. I'm quite distraught as this was a reasonable place to park but I'll be going somewhere else from now on. All it took was a simple sorry but instead they opted to be in denial. read more
