It has been six years since my experience with Dr. Lebus but I was so unhappy with it that I am posting a review six years later. This is a review that I've wrote in my drafts on April 20, 2020: My experience with Dr Lebus has been nothing short of horrible. I am doing clear retainer with him and I have been stressed and frustrated for months. He and his staff are disorganized. See examples below: -his office sent my trays to the wrong address when I specifically double checked the correct one with them because I had a feeling they weren't organized. The receptionist said she didn't check the notes and apologized. Now why wouldn't you check the address on file before sending something as time sensitive as clear retainers? -He didn't tell me I would be needing attachments. I came in on the scheduled date just to pick up my trays and a dental assistant told me she would be gluing something on my teeth. Dr Lebus did not discuss this with me in the slightest beforehand; he never even MENTIONED attachments. -when I confronted Dr Lebus about the issue above, he tried to spin it around and said it was my fault for coming in on a day he wasn't there. ??? They SPECIFICALLY scheduled me to come in on that date. I didn't even know he wouldn't be there. -constantly late with the trays. Always several days later than the day that they predict they will be done. -during the COVID shutdown, I emailed Dr Lebus asking him how this would affect my plan. 3 full weeks later he passive aggressively responded "I expressed last time you need to come into the office and somehow you didn't show up after I rushed the trays." This is straight up false. I actually have text proof of THEM pushing my last appointment to later because the trays weren't ready. I have never been late to pick up trays. read more

I specifically picked Dr. Virdi at Park Smile because she is in my network and doesn't just "accept Delta Dental" like almost every dentist. She is a fine dentist however, the way the office charged me for services was unethical. They submitted my procedure under one code and when Delta Dental said they would only pay so much, they then submitted it under a different code to make it look like they downgraded my procedure. This increased my cost 75% of what it should have been. I would not recommend this office. read more

My kids had their first appointment with Dr. Chang for a checkup and cleaning. Since it was their first visit, I wanted to be in the room with them. I was told they would take X-rays first and then come get me, but that never happened. I eventually asked the receptionist if I could go back, and when I arrived, the cleaning was already finished. One of my daughters had some issues, so I asked Dr. Chang what she recommended and how the issue may have developed. She said she didn't know and that there was nothing she could do. When I asked if we should see a specialist, she again said she wasn't sure and probably go see another dentist for a second opinion. Overall, she did not seem knowledgeable, we felt rushed, and she didn't seem willing to answer my questions. A couple of hygienist was waiting on her to check on their patients, and the whole practice seemed overbooked. It felt like the dentist didn't take the time to listen to our concerns. read more

If I can give zero, I definitely will! My kids and I have been there for years. During to my personal reason, I believe the owner was called me and threatened on me to dismiss my kids dental care. The tone he used on the phone was terrible and my whole office can hear him. Even all my colleagues were shocked that his used threatening tone to talked to the clients who went there for years. I love the dentist who works there but not the owner. I feel like he doesn't care about losing the clients and the way he talked to the clients. read more

Review update. Turns out the reason my daughter was agitated was bc her cheek had a chemical burn from the phosphoric acid they used in the sealant called etchant. The office and doctor Pearline Chang did not take any accountability whatsoever. After further investigation online of what the agent is seems their office didn't follow the best practices. Seeing how fast the move from one patient to the other and not allow parents in the treatment room it's probably a careless mistake in leaving on too long or messy gloves. He is professional, friendly, practical, and very knowledgeable. He has wonderful office staff and worked with us on a flexible payment plan. We took our 2 year old son there. I think the cost was ridiculous compared to the service rendered. We don't have dental insurance for our son and were charged Oral evaluation $92 Prophylaxis (teeth brushing) $112 Topical application of fluoride varnish (toothpaste) $64 Total $268 for maybe 20 minutes worth of work Maybe this is more an indictment of our joke of a healthcare system and how normalized it is to squeeze money from the rest of us. If you don't have insurance I would recommend you call around for cheaper service or skip these visits entirely unless you have reason to believe your kids have tooth problems. And definitely pass on the 'expert' $176 tooth brushing. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The guy and his staff left me hanging!! He used to work out of Mill Valley, Strawberry. After paying nearly $12,000 for orthodontic care , I expected professional care and lasting results. Unfortunately, after 2 years of braces ,and after my braces were removed my teeth just crooked as when I started. There was no follow up! Despite multiple attempts to address the issue, Lebus has very uncooperative! To make matters worse I was told I would have to pay again for services that should have been done correctly first time.! People in Park Smile are so nice! My 4 year-old daughter cried halfway through the treatment because she was scared by the sounds. Many doctors and assistants helped to comfort her. After the treatment, every staff member we met praised my daughter for being brave. It was a very happy experience. Thank you to all the staff here! The team at Park Smile is amazing. Every aspect of my interaction with them was positive. They squeezed me in for an emergency when I broke a tooth right before a long distance move Kathy, who manages front office, was authentically pleasant and thorough in explaining costing and options. She's on her game! The team that took X-rays were fast and friendly. Most importantly, the dentist was sure handed, gentle and fast. She not only fixed my problem, she cleaned my teeth. Kudos all around. The expense was unexpected, but the price was fair and I left happy and out of pain. read more

#137/2016 Wow. Just wow wow wow: BEST kid dental practice- ever! We had to leave our dental practice because they weren't in-network. Even basic check-ups and x-rays are so expensive; out-of-network just doesn't cut it. And to be honest, I wasn't expecting much because Blue Shield only has 12 pediatric dentists to choose from. I picked the practice in a kid-friendly neighborhood of the city and crossed my fingers. From the moment you walk in to this beautiful, serene space kitted out with a gorgeous reception area, eye-catching and whimsical artwork, intelligent children's toys and incredibly welcoming staff, you pinch yourself this is your *in-network pediatric dentist. But the best was yet to come: An incredibly gentle and kind dental hygienist named Katie. She moved at the pace my child was comfortable with. And boy, Katie knows and loves children. It shines through in everything she does, from letting them guide the pace ("we'll polish 5 teeth and then some water, ok?") and getting agreement at every step so your child doesn't feel scared or helpless, all in soothing Mr. Rogers' cadences. Katie's a treasure, pure platinum. Calling the suction straw "Mr. Thirsty" and letting my child hold the device that squirts water in his mouth, just perfect. Dr. Chang was equally gentle and I was relieved she looked at my child's bite and pronounced it was "perfect" & allayed my fears he might need braces in a couple years. I feel suddenly blessed to find not only a great new pediatrician but also a superior pediatric dentist for my child in the same week. read more

I've been a client at Park Dental for a few years, and the service I get has depended heavily on who's my dentist at that time. Their staff are always good, but I was actually considering changing offices because I was not impressed with the last dentist I had there, who spent almost no time with me despite at the time recommending a pretty drastic course of treatment. However, I needed a cleaning after the pandemic, and their office is conveniently located, so I gave them another chance today. The great news, is that they have brought on board Dr. Geetan Virdi, and she is just excellent. Unlike my last dentist at Park Dental, Dr. Virdi did my cleaning herself, had excellent people skills and chair-side manners, and took the time to explain her findings and what she proposed for treatment. She didn't talk down to me or dictate, she just professionally explained what she found and what she proposed for treatment. Also, she did a thorough job with the cleaning. Now that Dr. Virdi as my dentist, I'll be staying at Park Dental. If she leaves, I may go elsewhere, but for now, she's a great reason to stay. read more

The general dentistry and support staff are actually quite good and we'll miss them. However, the orthodontic work and overall experience were not good and resulted in us having to pay for a rework. There never really seemed to be a complete plan to correct my daughter's teeth and never enough time to meet for an explanation. The doctor always seemed to be in a hurry. It was a combination of braces and "Invisalign -like "aligners. The doctor was in the process of removing braces when we raised the question of a misalignment of the front teeth. He then agreed that more work was needed. During one visit, he had forgotten that he had put and removed braces on the bottom teeth. Because my daughter showed up once from school without her "Invisalign" in place, he assumed that she was not wearing them enough and blamed her for the poor results. Not true. When he said we were "done", we got a 2nd opinion. After $8000 of work, the new orthodontist couldn't believe that work had been done at all. They explained that she had an underbite and the entire approach was incorrect. She is now 1/2 way through a new process (another $8000), with a clear plan and fantastic communication. The new doctor is using the real Invisalign Aligners. It's a lot for a teenager to go through. Get 2nd opinions early on and consider all of the alternatives. The doctor did offer to continue his work with her until we were happy. We had more confidence in our new orthodontist. read more

Not exactly the greatest experience. The front desk indivdual wasn't the most pleasant person, a bit blunt and was busy eating her sandwich. I was also mislead for the amount I would pay for a dental piece I purchased through the male orthodontist. I was explicitly told by the front desk I only would owe a certain amount, however they sent me multiple hundreds of dollar bill a month later and were rude when I called to ask about it. I do not recommend coming to this location. Also, kind of odd that the dentist does the cleaning. I've never experienced that at any other dentist I've been to. read more

So excited to have found this place in my dental network... Thank you once again Yelp! Seriously, who would have thought that at one point we would all be finding our doctors and dentists and chiropractors on Yelp?! Well, I'm happy that's the case because it helped make my daughter's first dentist appointment an amazing experience. It was painless to make an appointment over the phone. They even send you email and text message confirmations to remind you of your appointments. This is super helpful because I know I'm not the only mom of a toddler who still claims, "pregnant brain!" when I forget something. Metered, street parking is the business in this neighborhood. Depending on what time of day it could be easier or harder. For our 11 am appointment it was really easy to nab a space. The inside of the office is super clean and cute. Plenty of toys and balls and puzzles to let the kids know this is a fun place to be! We got called back in right on time and the assistant did most of the exam. Showed my little baby the toothbrush and fought her way into her mouth to brush her teeth. My daughter doesn't like people in her personal space, but the assistant was kind and patient and did a great job! The dentist, Dr. Pearline Chang only came in at the end to look inside babe's mouth to count her teeth and tell us that they looked all good and healthy. She was SO nice and cute. I like that she was younger because I felt like I could relate to her better. Overall, I highly recommend and am excited that this is my daughter's dentist. read more

We started our pediatric dental adventures here when our child was about 2 years old and it was fine. I only have the one kid and didn't have the experience to really gauge a pediatric dental practice. We went every six months for a couple of years. Our last visit was just so odd and unprofessional that I decided immediately to change practices. Dr. Pearline Chang, the pediatric dentist, is very nice and the hygienists do their best at a difficult job. For whatever reason, Dr. Pearline was not there for our last check-up. No one notified me before our appointment. After the cleaning when the dentist is actually supposed to do their job and look at the kid's teeth, no one did. Dr. Lebus, the orthodontist, just asked the hygienist "Did you see anything?" and the hygienist shrugs. Seriously?! How is that an exam? They're gonna bill my insurance for that? Then, Dr. Lebus proceeds to tell me (I think in an effort to give me my money's worth) that my kid might have some kind of rare tooth disorder based on the X-ray they took but he doesn't really know for sure and I should wait to discuss it Dr. Pearline. WTF? At that point I am somewhat freaked out but left totally hanging. I would have preferred my appointment had been canceled and rescheduled so I could discuss my kids teeth with someone who looked at them and knows what they're talking about. I was so troubled and offended by the layers of unprofessional behavior that I knew we would not be coming back. My kids teeth are fine, FYI. read more

They were on time which made it easy with a 2 year old, and the dental hygienist completely understood how to approach a toddler who never saw a dentist before. The dentist did a thorough exam afterwards and provided good recommendations moving forward. While just one data point, based on first impressions, I would recommend Park Smile. read more

I had the most awful experience with this dental office. The insurance coordinator, Kristi, was incapable of verifying my insurance. After sending her all the proof and information she required, I asked the insurance to directly call the office and confirm that what I am saying is correct - twice. Even after these calls, Kristi said "we cannot verify the insurance". Although I tried explaining that she was calling the wrong Anthem department, I was told the appointment was going to be an out pocket expense. This incompetence and also unwillingness to help has led to my son waiting for an appointment for 2 months, for nothing. In the end I had to cancel the appointment because if the office wasn't able to get through the insurance (even though I was able to, each time), I can only assume I would be left with an uncovered expense and they would keep repeating "we were unable to". read more

Extremely disappointed with how this office handled our last visit. My child has been a patient for the last several years and I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. Front desk person Kathy printed me a quote for the days services for my child totaling over $600 (even though I had just booked a general exam and teeth cleaning but got upsold on all these extra procedures) then when it came time to pay she said an amount over $100 more than the quote she had just given me. We do not have dental insurance so we pay cash out of pocket and so I was incredulous at the discrepancy which is when Kathy proceeded to yell at me "STOP!" I was shocked that this was happening to me and in front of the whole waiting area which included small children no less. I wrote an email to Suzanne the office manager hoping for some sort of sincere apology but instead she tells me that their office doesn't have many cash paying patients and weren't used to dealing with them. Ridiculous. Patients are patients whether they pay out of pocket or have insurance. Kathy and Suzanne need retraining if they are to be the face of this office. I had a bad experience here. The billing is a scam. They overcharged me and said the remainder would be added as a credit which never happened. Then I asked for a pre-authorization which they were very reluctant to do. I found out on the day of the procedure. They presented me with the bill up front which was $400 more than Delta authorized. I balked, and they billed me $50 for a broken appointment. Beware of dentists with fancy offices. read more

SO NICE HAVING A DENTIST AND ORTHODONTIST IN ONE OFFICE! I came here after basically paying out of pocket at another local dentist. I was referred here by a friend from work who informed me that Park Smile took our dental insurance. I have met with both the dentist and Orthodontist here. The dental experience was one of my best. Both the hygienist and dentist were very friendly and I didn't feel rushed at all (I can be a bit chatty). The Orthodontist also gets 5 stars. I originally met with him to see about invisalign. Athough, I could have easily gotten Invisalign, he saved me time and money with braces (something I never considered doing again). Only need the top braces for 4-6 weeks and bottoms for4-6 months (way less time than Invisalign). Within a week of my consultation, my braces were placed. I really appreciated getting my teeth right to work. read more

Good for routine visits only. Detail - Our son had a dental emergency. The first call was to his dentist. I called during office hours, no answer, left a message. No call back. Tried again, this time opting to dial the emergency # provided. No answer, left a message. No call back. We took our son to emergency. They agreed that he needed to see his dentist ASAP. We called Park Smile's emergency line once more. No answer, left a message. No call back. Called our pediatrician for help. By this time, it was the weekend. We were referred to another dentist - saw us immediately. We left FOUR messages over the course of three days to the emergency # at Park Smile. We received a call back several days later. It was too late, our son had been seen three times; once at the emergency room and twice by his new dentist. The reason for not getting back to us? Vacation. The emergency # listed was for a dentist that was on vacation. Why we didn't receive a call back from the regular non- emergency line where we also left a message? No idea. Our son had a dental emergency. Park Smile was nowhere to help. We have moved to a different, more professional and reliable practice. read more

3.5 stars but hey I rounded up. Pros: - in network - located near my house right near the academy - specializes in pediatrics - not a ton of paperwork to fill out for new patients including that one about "authorize us to charge your credit card by listing it here and give us your social security number" - front desk staff were friendly and the hygienist Penelope was sweet. So we came here from one Parker which is only pediatrics. Very different experience from finding parking to the actual visit. Here are some things that were different: - no cute little doggies making the patients feel at ease - they don't paint your teeth to show you where the plaque builds up - I kinda wish they have done this to make my 3yo more comfortable. - rooms were more closed off. It was tight in there with my two young kids. - one Parker uses a fluoride gel whereas this place uses a foam. I think the fluoride foam is gross but maybe it's better?? - no tvs on the wall or ceiling like one Parker. - to be honest I liked the dentists at one Parker better. I felt they were more cheery and explained things better. I saw all three. I also only saw dr Chang for like five minutes and then poof she was gone. My 3yo kicked and screamed and this has never ever happened. He's been to the dentist since he was one and every six months at that. He normally watches his older bro and has no problem lying in the chair by himself. I'm guessing it's bc the room was so small, there was no time for him to get comfortable even though he was watching his brother! I just don't get it. He's usually fine about the dentist and will ask to go back when we drove by one Parker. One other thing I noticed that bothered me. Hopefully park smile will respond. - they don't cover the handles on the overhead, adjustable light with plastic. So that when you put your hand in my child's mouth, then touch the light, then back into my kids mouth - germs!!! - I also noticed that they ask you during the visit what flavor toothpaste you want. But by this time your gloves are contaminated with kid spit. Then you use that same glove to grab the preferred flavor. At one Parker and my adult dental places, they ask you prior to starting on you. So this place is in network, not sure if I will go back but I guess I have six months to decide. read more

What a difference a year makes! This was our little boy's 2nd checkup at Park Smile. During last year's checkup, I was impressed by the small neighborhood feel of the place, the friendliness of receptionist, the hygienist/tech who took the time to get to know our little boy and explained thoroughly everything she was going to do, which made him feel at ease, and of course, Dr. Chang who was absolutely great. Sadly, we went back for his annual checkup yesterday and found the practice to be completely different. This time, the office was swamped with patients; great for the practice I'm sure but not so great for us. There were so many people in the waiting room that the receptionist didn't even bother greet the people who walked in. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for the appointment, and when our son was finally called by the hygienist, again without so much as a greeting, we were led to the open space in the back and were told to sit down. Unlike last year, the hygienist whose name we didn't get as she didn't even bother to introduce herself started the procedure without explaining or forewarning our son what she was going to do. She didn't even bother to ask or take into consideration whether he was comfortable, and at one point when she was shoving fluoride into his mouth, I had to interject to see if he was ok. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes, "ridiculously fast", as one reviewer mentioned, and depending on how you look it, it can be good or bad thing ... in our case, definitely bad as it didn't appear that she was being all that thorough. We had such a great experience last year, but unfortunately, it seems that the excellent care we'd received has fallen by the wayside. read more

I had the best experience at Park Smile. It had been two years since my last dental visit between frequently moving and a global pandemic. Needless to say, I was pretty worried about my dental health. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They took their time and did not rush. They were extremely thorough and provided great patient education. A good dental office is difficult to come by, and I honestly hadn't had a "great" experience until coming here today. I am so grateful my boyfriend and I found Park Smile, we are here to stay! read more

Initially when I came to Park Smiles via a reference from a co-worker, I felt good about bringing my toddler to their offices. The initial hygienist was kind and patient and the dentist was great. I decided to switch over to Park Smiles as well and had a great couple of initial general cleaning visits. Then...my last couple visits were AWFUL. My last real visit was with the new dental assistant who was sweet in personality but horrible in skill set. I always rate my visits based on the hygienists cleaning my teeth since I feel they are the ones i meet with often. She complimented me on how well kept and healthy my teeth were but picked and dig into my teeth until my gums were sore. She had a hard time flossing my teeth and at one point questioned how often I floss (btw I floss with dental tape - not just floss) At one point she accidentally hit my teeth hard with one of her metal tools while she scraped my tooth which was super offputting. Because of that experience I specifically called the office the week of my next check up and and cleaning to NOT have her work on my teeth. I couldn't remember her name but asked if they would check my file to see who it was and make sure when I came in it was not her. The day of my appt I walk in and SHE is greeting me and seeing me to the exam room then proceeds to ask me questions about my oral health concerns. I am feeling super uncomfortable at this point and my palms start to get sweaty because I don't know how to tell her that I do NOT want her working on my teeth so I ask for dentist prior to cleaning and X-rays. The dental assistant looks down the hallway and tells me that SHE is busy with another patient. I asked who she was referring to and she mentioned another dentist name. I asked about Dr. Arlen Vartanian who is my primary dentist and who I ONLY want to see because he was awesome. The assistant tells me that he left and no longer practices there. Now you would think they would give you the courtesy to call patients to inform them of this news. At this point I felt completely deceived and angry. I asked to cancel my appointment and so the hygienist walked me out to "reschedule". I corrected her and said I was cancelling since they didn't tell me about Dr Vartanian. I also had my husband cancel my son's appointments afterwards too. They should have the courtesy to inform you of a dentist leaving - especially when you need to build trust with clients on such a sensitive practice. I would respect the notice more than them pawning you off as a patient to someone else hoping you won't say $hit. Not cool. read more

My 2 year old son and I had a great experience at Park Smile! The hygienist, Emily, was very patient and introduced him to all the equipment before she got started. She really made getting his teeth cleaned a fun experience! This was our second time with Dr. Pearline and she had been wonderful both times. She knows how to communicate with kids very well. She always takes the time to answer my questions and gives a full explanation of her answers. I'm so glad to have this wonderful pediatric dental practice right here in the neighborhood! read more

We've been seeing Dr. Lebus for many years now with our 3 kids. He's incredibly kind and relaxed and puts the kids at ease without talking down to them. He always goes over all our options considering cost, effectiveness and practicality, which has been really helpful given the varying levels of responsibility my kids had at different ages. The office itself is lovely--they have a nice garden in the back and the waiting room is very well done. They are always kind if I need to reschedule due to illness or my own mistake in over booking our lives. As a side benefit, I love that it's on the N-Judah and around the corner from a lot of great shops, so we usually run several errands when we schedule a visit. read more

Park Smile is located on 9th and Irving in SF.... if you know the city, you know parking can be challenging. But I have still taken my 3 children there for the past 2 years. If your our of quarters for the meter Park Smile will actually pay for the meter for you (just take a photo of the meter # and they will call in or use the computer and give you an hour). The staff and Dr.'s are very friendly and understand how to ease my nervous little ones. I have no issues regarding service, technique, or price. The lobby has plenty of magazines and toys to play with. They even offer free mini water bottles and Starbucks Via instant coffee. As a mother of 3 I sometimes miss a phone call or ignore an email... but Park Smile reminds me via Text Message, Phone, and Email which works out great because it helped manage my otherwise hectic life. read more

We recently moved to the East Bay (including through a tunnel!) and I have actually considered keeping Park Smile as our dentist, by making the ~1hr. trip to the city for appointments. Unfortunately the commute is too far with Kindergarten starting, etc. so we're leaving the practice. But, I would recommend to nearby families without hesitation based on our experiences. More info: Both my sons (now ages 5 and almost 2) had their first dentist visits, along with follow-ups, with Dr. Pearline. I have nothing but positive feedback about the office, all the staff, the hygienests, and Dr. Pearline. The office is modern, bright, clean, soothing and kid (and parent)-friendly. Water, tea, coffee, toys, books, magazines available in wait room. Administration has been easy, including billing, payments, and appointment reminders. I've always received prompt correspondence when leaving messages or emails at the office. I had one billing issue where they accidently charged incorrectly for one service, and they quickly cleared this up with my insurance provider. The kids get cool sunglasses to wear when they sit in the chair. The team made them feel totally at ease. They were calm and sweet with the kids and explained in a child-friendly vernacular what to expect while working with them. My oldest son had a cavity to fill and I was amazed at how easy the procedure was - I expected some anxiety and there was none from him (just a bit from self watching my child undergo the procedure!) when he was 3 or 4, thanks to the team there! The kids also get excited to select a little token grab-bag toy at the end of their visit. Because I was so happy with our experience with Park Smile, I asked if they'd like to visit our preschool as Guest Visitors in the 2013 - 2014 school year. I attended their guest visit with the kids at school, and the preschoolers were all engaged with the special outdoor interactive circle time that Dr. Pearline herself led (along with her hygienist partner) regarding oral hygiene. I can tell how passionate they are about serving children and their families by the efforts they make inside the office and outside of it to spread the message of the importance of oral health in a way that is fun and understandable to their young audience. I can't say enough about how wonderful Park Smile is. My 4 year old had to get three sessions of fillings, and I was so nervous about it! But everyone in the office contributed to both of us having a wonderful experience. Susannah helps with everything from billing to parking (yes: they will pay for your meter while you're at the office!) and is simply lovely, kind and responsive. Dr. Pearline is gentle, does a great job of explaining in kid-terms what she's doing and helped make me feel better about the process too. Liz, the tech, is sweet, funny, kind and loving. They were ridiculously fast, too - in and out in barely 30 minutes, and that's including time for my daughter to pick out stickers! These three ladies made what could have been a terrifying, traumatic experience into a pleasant, enjoyable time for both myself and my daughter. I choose Dr Lebus after interviewing 3 other Orthodontists because a) he personally spent the time to explain his thinking, b) he was thorough, thoughtful and timely in answering followup email questions (I never heard from the other 2 and 1 after about 3 weeks) and c) I observed he was someone who was thoughtful about his craft. My braces came off this month and the result is great. My teeth weren't bad to begin with since I'd had braces as a child (I'm not 50+), but they were misaligned and now they are perfect, perfect, perfect! He's professional, competent and cares about his craft. The results so far are great. I'll post a followup on how the aftercare goes over this next year...I understand that teeth move and so he is now focused on keeping the results we've gained. Net: highly recommended for: 1) results 2) professionalism 3) friendliness 4) 21 century online scheduling and followup ...
