When I tried to talk to AMY all she does is yell and it is only a matter of time before they are shut down, from ELDER ADULT abuse, to cockroaches to neglect. If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. My father said "after visiting and responding to dozens of care facilities, as a professional firefighter, I would rate this one at the top". They have visiting hours every day, they provide food for their residents, help them bathe, get them dressed. Our loved ones could have their own room or share a room with another resident. They have the living room area where our loved ones can socialize. They had a lady over 100 years old in their care and she seemed very happy. All of the residents are friendly to the visitors that come. When my grandma was nearing the end of her life, her caregiver Matthew was so gentle and kind. He notified us every moment regarding her status and let us know that it was time to visit. If he didn't take the extra step, I may not have been able to say goodbye. She passed peacefully in their care. The actual facility is a house on a quiet little street. It's quaint and the residents in this home get to know each other and become friends.
