It was such a smooth and professional process from signing the lease (both times) til our very last day on the walk through. The only reason why we left the duplex was because I found out I was pregnant and we moved closer to my bfs family in the Bay. We constantly find us missing the 4208 property. Noriko and John were VERY responsive to any issues we had on the property. She was only a text away. She always made time to make sure we felt comfortable at 4208. The place itself was well kept! Nice flooring, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, updated fridge and stove, split AC/heat units, an amazing garage, small yard. If we ever return to Long Beach, we would definitely reach out to Noriko again. Also, we enjoyed the location close to so many places to eat. We use to bike down to the beach on weekends too. Tatiana notified me upon their learning of the incident while me being at my office and my teenage son being home asleep, my son had no clue. Tatiana immediately coordinated & managed my incident at the speed of lightning. Tatiana protected my son she shielded him as if he was her own, they notified me, inquired and brought every unit to secure and sanitize the unit with all precautions. The painter protected my son and adhered to him not turning on the light switch. I seen every event in my ring camera video, my eyes filled with tears of gratitude to Him & Tatiana. He knocked... asked my son are you okay he immediately stepped back and told him dont turn on the light! Told him it's upstairs you're okay, reassured as he Explained I NEED TO CALL THE MANGER AND LEFT. Beautifully DONE! Deescalation at its FINEST! As I drove and left my office she called me and calmed me down, I was frantic, she reassured me she would get all the water out. Tatiana was so patient, calm yet jumped at every need to resolve. As she walked into my unit she began picking up and treating my unit as if it was her own home. I was lost for words. I sat on my couch just taking it all in. Tatianas compassion, humbleness is to be noted. Tatiana has been sensitive, accessible, attentive in all matters. My heart and my son's heart are full of complete gratitude to her and Woodbrair Team. Worst Place I've Lived Due to Management…read more This property has significantly declined since the prior management. Before the current manager, Tatiana, the building was consistently clean, well-maintained, and professionally run. Management respected tenant privacy while also ensuring the property remained safe and secure. Under the current management, there is a clear lack of organization and accountability. Basic cleanliness and upkeep are neglected, while attention appears to be focused on nonessential projects. The manager is rarely available--often not in the office, unresponsive to phone calls, and frequently not on the premises at all. Maintenance requests routinely go unanswered unless multiple follow-ups are made or the manager is personally confronted. When maintenance does occur, staff have shown up without proper or legally required notice. Additionally, water service is repeatedly shut off without adequate or lawful notice to tenants, which is unacceptable and disruptive to daily living. Overall, this property suffers from poor management, lack of communication, and disregard for tenant rights. Unfortunately, these issues have made what was once a decent place to live a frustrating and unreliable one.

Landscaping is so clean, green grass. Because of it, we bought a security door so we can look out the front and enjoy the view. The Manager Yvette is very nice, takes care of any Maintenance request quickly. Most of my life I lived in homes and was worried about moving into a apartment. But love it here and it's really quiet. I lived at Hyde Park for a year and a half. Great location…read more- very central and safe. The complex itself is very nice - has a pool and a fitness center which is always a plus. The units are wonderful - so spacious and updated. Management is excellent. Very on top of everything, quick with responses and very helpful. Maintenance is also great, takes care of any issues very promptly. Overall one of the great finds as far as good pricing, spaciousness, and location which is hard to find in LA.

Genuinely a terrible, rotten company that will do everything they can to be petty and rude. Update: after writing a review on both google and yelp, they all of a sudden were able to return my call the same day I wrote it, smh. *Could* be coincidence, but I will also add that when I applied to this place I got the same treatment for TWO weeks and, again, got a call the same day I wrote a review on Google about that, so. Be very careful with this place, keep eye on your deposits, and take a good look at the itemized list they give you because they will make "mistakes" Very shady, unpleasant and rude experience. Moved out and was told I owe $177 and was given an itemized list only to see that they only included one of two of the $600 deposits I made (a regular and pet deposit totaling to $1200). I've contacted them FIVE TIMES for a week to ask why the second deposit was left out; text, voicemail, email, and have been ignored completely. I'm almost certain it's on purpose to try and keep the other deposit AND ask for more money because... how? How have they NOT responded for a week, from all different sources of contact, even after messaging them "this is my 4th / 5th time trying to contact you with no response," but was told my payment to them is "urgent" ? They really are trying to swipe my second deposit AND ask for more money from me. What a horrible, disgusting place. But besides being potentially scammed, and possibly needing to contact a lawyer since they won't answer any form of contact, I could not stand the older lady in the office and left after a year pretty much because of her. She's VERY rude and annoying. Before switching to automated texts to let us know if we have packages, she used to manually call everyone and would nag me, because I order a "lot" of stuff, so I refused to answer any of her calls (or else I would get nasty). Well, it even got to a point where she demanded I call her back and let her know why I was "ignoring" her calls? No, lady, lol you can leave your voicemails and talk to yourself since you want to be rude. Acting as if she's entitled to me answering the phone and letting her yap in my ear about how I order "too much stuff" (as if it's her business?). Thank god they switched to texts. People probably complained about her attitude lol. After that I just completely ignored her existence because she was so unpleasant. Hope she learns some basic customer support skills!
