I lived here for 5 years and I am sad to be leaving. Jean is one of the managers and she has always been so kind. I've seen negative reviews on here about how college students aren't trusted, get taken advantage of, etc. I moved here as a college student and have never had any issues. All of the staff here are amazing and respectful! I like that packages get delivered to the office. It's a pretty big community but the staff seem to know who everyone is and always found our packages for us the moment we walk into the office. Sometimes packages are left outside the office or outside your front door, but we've never had a problem with things getting stolen. This past holiday season a manager even opened up the office on Christmas Eve so that residents would be able to pick up their packages in case they were last minute gifts. I was extremely impressed because one of the managers even called me to let me know I had a package on Christmas Eve and asked if I wanted them to deliver it to my door in case I couldn't make it to the office in time to get it. They definitely go above and beyond! On top of being a gated community, there is also security patrolling at night! Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly and things are usually fixed the same day or next day depending on when you submit your request. Pedro and crew are great at what they do! Yes, the walls are pretty thin but this wasn't too much of an issue for me. They also do leaf blowing every week which sometimes bothered me because it would make my car so dusty. But honestly there's so many great things I can say about this place that I have been able to overlook the small things I didn't like so much. Overall, this is a great place to live. Compared to what friends have told me about other apartments, I feel like I lucked out finding this place as my first apartment. If only there was in unit laundry and A/C here, I would definitely have stayed! read more

Let me just say, if I can give this anything lower than 1 stars, I would. - Firstly, considering how expensive this apartment is, the structure and material is CHEAP. The walls are so thin I can always hear doors closing and people talking. The paint is so cheap I remember when we first moved in, barely bumping into it started to make it peel off. Like wtf? The wood cabinets are so fragile and thin, it feels like it's a hand-me-down. - Like many people say, management here is super disrespectful and are hypocrites. When you park inside, you're supposed to have a sticker. Again when we first moved in, we didn't have one yet and we got a ticket. But I was looking at all the other cars parked and they didn't have any either?? I told this to the manager and she said "everyone has one." Oh really? Then go outside and check yourself. Go write the other 20 cars tickets. Yet she was stubborn and didn't check. - Someone else mentioned this and it ticks me off because it happened to me too and other people. There's a pre-inspection and final inspection. For the pre-inspection, it was scheduled at 10am, and no one ever showed up. Yet we received a letter charging us for the "paint" and how messy the house was? Are you guys pulling this out of your ass just to keep our deposit? How did you even check the house if you never came in? Or are you just entering our house whenever you want without notice? Either way, both can lead to a lawsuit. - When you pick a shipping order from the office, they always have a nasty attitude as if you're bothering them. Also, there are spots in the complex where you can't park, but if apparently you're a friend of the managers, you can park your car there which makes it super hard to get out. It's already right enough, don't make it worse with the same freaking car there every day. Find parking like the rest of us. - Another thing: I was charged for throwing small pieces of wood into the trash and that was considered "furniture." Where on your website/agreement does it say I can't throw trash in the trash? This place just loves to steal people's money, and in return, they give you crappy building structures that I feel will crumble one day. Don't even get me started on the old white security guard acting like the CIA. I entered the gates with a KEY, and he interrogates me by asking me which apartment I specifically live in? Questioning if I'm an actual resident? What the hell? I don't know if he was being racist or he just harasses everyone. If you're reading this, DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are so many better options in Long Beach. Either the same price but better quality and management, or cheaper while still being better. At the end of the day, they will steal your money. I lived in a few places in Long Beach for the last 7 years, and this was by far my best apartment experience...let me break it down: First off, I was living on my own so rented the 450+ sq ft studio apt ("The Cove" floor plan) and it was the perfect size! Yes it was a bit squishy especially with guests but what's great about this floor plan is the bedroom is separate so it feel like a bedroom even though there's no door. I lived there for 2 years and was always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (both office and maintenance and even more impressed by how well they maintained the property. The laundry rooms were always clean and the complex well manicured. Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a very timely manner. At night there's a security guard that patrols the area so it feels safe (he always cracks down on people parking without permits). There's also a remote controlled gate entry on the 11th street side. The units come with a refrigerator, full stove/oven and a dish washer which is a great plus considering the cost is on par with other apartment complexes that have similar options. The only down sides: -shared laundry (no in unit W/D) but there are facilities all over the complex and I never had a problem getting machines -limited parking (each unit gets one car port and indoor parking is limited) but street parking is plentiful enough in the surrounding neighborhood. They are strict on cars having permits while parked inside. -this complex is notorious for college kids and while I did experience some loud parties in the 2 years it was only a handful of times and I think security enforces the noise policy pretty well (gawd I sound like an old person) -thin walls and ceilings! I could hear everything and neighbors walking upstairs sounded like I was in Jurassic Park...but i got used to it and unless you have crazy neighbors is bearable. This place was great as a short term place to live and I highly recommend it for anyone that doesn't want to pay too much. The awesomeness of how the complex is managed definitely make up for any downfalls in apt criteria. read more

This place is great! The staff is very accommodating, the grounds are beautiful, well kept, and secure!! The apartments are really something, hardwood floors, full kitchens, enough windows!! The walls are a bit thin,..but the area stays pretty quiet at night,..and normal during the day!! The pool area IS CLEAN and gets regular to little use!! I've lived here for a year and a half now and decided to look at the reviews for the first time since before I moved in, because I'm looking for a new roommate and wanted to see what people see when they look up the complex. :) I was surprised to see that it only had 3 stars, but then I realized that the reviews fall into two categories: 5-star ratings from happy residents, and overly dramatic 1-star ratings from people who are sour over some minor things. I live in a 2bed/2bath (Colony layout) and feel extremely lucky to live in a nice unit in a beautiful, well-maintained complex for such a reasonable price. The apartment was renovated right before I moved in, and everything about it is gorgeous -- hard wood floors, brand new kitchen appliances, wall-long closets with mirrored doors. The grounds are always nice (the laundry room is somehow always spotless; how do they do that?), and there's a clean pool and awesome hot tub! One of the best things about living here is that the maintenance crew is CRAZY fast and responsive. Whenever I file a request, big or small, they have the issue fixed within a day or two. (Once, my roommate filed a request and then got in bed to take a nap; she woke up like 15 minutes later to the sound of men entering our apartment and FREAKED OUT for a sec before realizing what was going on. :D) The leasing office staff has always been friendly and professional. I'm always impressed that seem to know everyone by name and unit! I'm out of college, and I suppose it's possible that they treat students a bit differently, but I imagine they're great to you as long as you prove you're a good, responsible tenant. As far as the bad: The not-infrequent early-morning construction is definitely inconvenient, but I can't help but roll my eyes at some of the reviews here that are like, "WHY IS IT SO EARLY?!" -- uhh, probably because we live in a warm climate, and outdoor labor starts early in the morning so that workers don't have to spend as much time dying in the afternoon sun. I say this as someone who loooves to sleep in. The only other complaint I have is pretty trivial, but I wish that there were a way to retrieve delivered packages outside of leasing office hours (or that the leasing office hours were longer). We rented a 2 bed/2 bath at this complex and found the rent price to be well reasonable for an East Long Beach location. So many things make this complex an awesome place to live in: 1) There's patrol security at night, and the complex is gated. 2) On site laundry, one assigned parking + first come, first serve resident parking; on-site laundry. I had no problem in terms of noise or rowdy neighbors. There's an ongoing construction to update the stairs and railings. The finished building looked awesome! 3) The complex is always kept clean and orderly, and maintenance staff are quick to respond. 4) I never had a problem with the management staff. My favorite is Ashley, she's the one who showed us the unit and I just really appreciate her friendliness. 5) location can't be beat! Over priced. They've been doing construction to the property for 4 months and haven't said a word about when it will be done. Our apartment "came with" a front patio to eat and BBQ because the floor plan doesn't fit a dinner table. The patio has been removed since we moved in and rent was never lowered. This is a HORRIBLE place to live!!! They have too high of a rating on here so I have to help bring it down. *THIN walls, you could hear everything from next door. *Construction ALL THE TIME. Hammering and drilling starting at 8am. *Noise complaints ALL the time over NOTHING. We even got one when no one was home. *Parking SUCKS. Had to sleep at a friend's house once because I couldn't find parking for 45 minutes (inside and outside the gate) *No AC which sucks when it's summer. But THIS is why I'm leaving a review: MANAGEMENT!!! ARE YOU JOKING?!?!?!???!!!!!!!!! With everything I mentioned, I still would've considered living here another year but with a management like this, I didn't even give it a second thought. If you are reading this office, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves. *They hire office girls who talk to you with the worst attitude ever and not once smile. They talk to you like you're stupid and as if you're wasting their time and honestly they should use some of their time to remove that cake off their face. *(I believe his name was Nicholas) he was the NICEST person and as SOON as we signed papers, he was the RUDEST person in that office. I applaud his great ability to be such a FAKE person. *When we moved out, there was supposed to be an inspection before we move out and after we move out. I had signed the paper stating that no one would have been home during the first inspection but I ended up being able to be home with my roommate. We were home that ENTIRE day and NO ONE came to inspect our place. After we move out, they send us a mail that our pre-move out inspection had certain results and that our post-move out inspection had other results, leading to the claim that we owed the office an extra $250 rather than getting our security deposit back. Like I said, NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR THE PRE-MOVE OUT INSPECTION. So tell me Grand Terrace, where did those results come from?!?!?! I even emailed them about it and they said "from what we know, you were not home that day." If only I had signed that paper right, I would have filed a lawsuit. SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAADY!!!!!!! I understand that many places don't want to house college students but if these students are paying rent and utilities diligently, being respectful, and not throwing parties all the time, then there's no reason for ANY management to treat them with disrespect and such arrogance. Or if anything, treat them badly from the start. Don't lure them into signing papers with you just to treat them like crap after. Oh right, its the money that this shady management wants. Do yourself a favor and live at Beverly/Park plaza. (Especially for college students). Regardless of who you are and what you do, Beverly management is always kind and helpful, SO HELPFUL. Ok so apparently they pick and choose as to who can and can't have A/C hanging from their windows ...secondly if you are late on any rent expect to have your lease terminated...yea even if you're late only 3 -4 times in a year and pay the late fee charges ...the leasing department is rude ....the security guards there think they're cops and without complaint will feel free to knock on your door to tell you to lower the TV when it's not even at full volume at night . I don't know where to start, but this place is not what it seems from the outside. When I first moved in, this place was really nice and they have good facilities. But after a few months, they start treating you like little kids and don't care much about you. Also, I feel like I've being monitored 24/7. Before I say more, let's start with the good. THE GOOD: One thing that you got to admit is that this complex is extremely nice and beautiful. The environment is clean and most of the people living here are pretty friendly. It is very safe as well. It is a gated community and there are security guards at night. The security guy is really nice and friendly. We were being loud one night and he came to tell us to lower our voice, but in a very friendly manner. He was very respectful to us. They have a swimming pool and hot tub next to the office building. They keep it locked so only the residents can use it. (I feel like they want to monitor who are using it) But most of the time people from the area comes in to use it anyways. The buildings are kinda well built. It's not a penthouse or anything but it is pretty nice for an apartment. They balcony are linked together so you somewhat share it with everyone. The reason I said "kinda" is because they ALWAYS, ALWAYS have to fix the buildings and facilities, which is my next point. THE BAD: Their management style is VERY BAD. They seems really friendly when you moved in but after that they don't give a damn about their residents. All they care about is money, money and money (I'll get to it later). They always have some new project that doesn't really benefit the residents much. They decided to change out the whole roof of the entire complex, when nothing was really wrong with the old one. They keep fixing the balcony floor and work on the stairs EVERY month. I feel like something always breaks or goes wrong in this complex. And the worst part is that it is really noisy and loud. They start work in early morning, destroying all peace you'd expect from an apartment. Workers are always walking in front of your room, climbing up and down ladders. I have to always close my curtain to feel like i have some privacy. When residents have any problems, they don't seem to care much at all. My friend's toilet got clogged and they charge $50 to fix it. I mean, it's theirs apartment, isn't it mandatory for them to fix it? My old apartment fixed it for free. There is and wasp nest growing around my balcony. I complain to the office, my neighbor complained. It's been around two months and the nest is still there (and growing). I guess they'll take care of it when someone gets sting and file a lawsuit against them. Oh, and talking about lawsuits, THAT'S WHAT THEY KEPT DOING TO US! THE UGLY: Other than their horrible management style, they always finds a way to kick you out or take more money from you. There's sooooo many times that it happened to me but I'll give the most recent one. My roommate ordered an iPhone to this apartment. However, she ordered it under her mother's name. When the phone arrives, they sent us a letter, saying we have to pay them $600 for breaking the covenant or something. I think that they think my roommate's mother is living with us. It's still unresolved so I have to go talk to them later. Another thing that I notice is that they don't trust college students (like me). It must be hard for them to trust their residents since many are college students. They didn't allow me to bring my dog into the apartment. They say that it has to be a companion dog. Otherwise, I can't have her here. A few months later, some people moved in next door (a lot of people moved out) with a dog. They're not college students and I guess it's ok for them to have dogs. I also see others with dogs everywhere and they don't look like college students. That's a pretty long review, but it's what I have to say about this apartment. I suggest if you're a college student, look somewhere else. If you're a middle-age man or woman with a stable job and income, they might treat you better. The only reason I'm staying here is because it's pretty close to college. I'm moving out after I'm done. read more

I would NEVER suggest this place to ANYONE Everything was a hassle with them, they thought that it was okay to try and take advantage of some college girls. So you're telling me that you wouldn't let me live there because my father didn't make a million dollars a year, and then you actually gave me a pair of keys to EVERYTHING when I signed a paper, WITH NO CO-SIGNER present with me? So you just handed me the keys without my co-signer? STILL. Okay, and why would I accept the keys months into the lease when you were already aware that I was living there. I had the keys the whole time, this whole issue is irrelevant. SO PLEASE, WHEN YOU MOVE OUT TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING, EVEN THE KEYS YOU TURN IN. Because they will LIE. The apartments do not have their own balconies you share with basically everyone on your floor, secondly the rooms are as small as 524sqft in the town homes which go for 1745$ which i personally feel the price is incredibly to high since the only thing you can fit in the rooms are a queen size mattress not even a dresser, a TV or anything else you plan on fitting in your room. It's first come first serve parking which is incredibly ridiculous I shouldn't have to race home to find a parking spot if I live in the community.... read more

This is going on my 3rd year at Grand Terrace and I love it. 1. Super safe community with GATES, no where affordable around here has gates 2. You get a covered garage parking spot when you move in which is rare 3. Leasing office staff are nice as long as you treat them with respect, they have water/snacks/coffee/candy in there which they are happy to share with residents 4. When you put in a maintenance request online the handy man (Pedro) is so sweet and fixes is almost immediately 5. Yes there is a lot of construction which can sometimes be out of control BUT at least they are constantly working to make their apartments better rather than letting them become run down and gross 6. Apartments are super nice and clean, no gross carpet or bugs like I've seen and heard in so many other apartments. People will always find something to complain about and make that their only lasting impression. It would be interesting to see where they end up living next and what other horrible things they have to say over nothing. read more

Where can I even begin with Grand Terrace. I am not going to sit here and just complain about how horrible they are, I want to simply state the facts of the kind of treatment I received from this place, even now that I am not a resident there anymore. I lived here for two years, and it was ultimately sad when I left because that was the place I learned to call home in Long Beach, and had to part ways from the best roommate ever. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the leasing office at this place. They were far from being warming, friendly, or welcoming. Did they make me feel inferior? Of course they did. Every time I walked into the office to pick up a package, or any other reason, I would feel as if I was bothering them. When I had a new roommate move in, they made his process extremely hard. Harder than it already is to get into this place. Due to lack of communication on their part, the papers were delayed, my new roommate moved in, paid rent and they cashed it, and a few days later they tried evicting us because paper work wasn't finished. I state again, the paper work wasn't emailed to the co-signer to sign yet, again, lack of communication on THEIR part. I was over with all the treatment and just let it go because I ultimately enjoyed my place and my roommates, but this review had to come up after what happened to me Fall of 2015. I had moved out already to finish my last semester of college. I placed an order on Amazon, a fairly large and expensive order. Later on I realized that I had placed the order to be shipped to Grand Terrace. When I went back to try to change the location, the items had already shipped. I didn't worry too much because my old roommate still lived there, and never would've thought the people in the office were going to do what they did. I drove to Grand Terrace, checked my old apartment first, after I didn't see the package at the apartment I had to go check the office. I walk in, I ask Jean, the general manager there, if she had seen a package for me arrive (she was very nice and sweet when I first met her, a few months later she changed and acted weird) she did look around and tried to help me find my package, which I appreciated. During all of this, Ashley (assistant manager or something there) was sitting at her desk this time. She didn't say a word the whole time. I walk back out stating I was going to go check the apartment again, so I do just that. I walk back into the office to double check, and then very snappily, Ashley states that a package did arrive for me Sunday, and that she sent it back because she didn't think that I would be coming by to get it. I walk out very confused, then March right back in because I had ordered the package Sunday, I was in there Tuesday, the package should've arrived that same day. So, she must've had it in earlier that day. I let her know that, and then she got even more snappy, and rude about it. At that point I was already very upset. She literally was just completely playing with me, my time, and money. I understand that it was my fault for accidentally sending it there, but they could've at least let it sit the day it arrived to see if I would go in to get it, instead they sent it back right away, that's the only thing that makes sense. Overall, I couldn't understand, and still cannot understand why I received such treatment. Also, why didn't Ashley mention anything the very first time I was in there looking for the package. SHE WAS AT HER DESK THE WHOLE TIME!!!! The package was indeed returned because amazon let's me know, so they at least didn't just keep it. I sadly can't say I recommend this place due to the treatment I received from the people who are supposed to make you feel welcomed and excited about living in your new "HOME" at a complex of this sort. Given, my review is a little late, but this needed to be up because what they did really wasn't fair nor humane. I want to say I hope things have changed now, but I do know that they are still working in the office, so I doubt things are better. Everything the management can do to make you feel unwelcome here they will do. The security guard will hassle you for the smallest things that don't even matter. Finding a place to live is never easy. Instead of writing generic remarks regarding my experience here. I will tell you my story. I was just relocated to Southern California for work. I approached Jean from Grand Terrace on January 5th 2015. I told her I desperately needed a place to live. I just moved to Long Beach. I had no family/friends here and nowhere to stay. The apartment I was supposed to move into wasn't going to be ready until January 19th, 2015. I advised Jean I have to report to work on January 12th, 2015 and requested to have the apartment ready a week earlier. Jean spoke with Pedro who is the maintenance manager (Pedro is awesome and extremely helpful BTW). He got his crew and had the place ready on January,10th. This allowed me to settle in and not pay a great deal of money staying at a hotel. Yes, there is construction going on. But isn't that a good sign of upkeep? Plus reminders are sent frequently and construction never takes place on the weekends. The pool/Jacuzzi area is always clean. Grand Terrace even remodeled the leasing office and created a space for residents to work/study with free coffee, bottled water, and WIFI. Grand terrace also just incorporated a portal that residents can pay their rent through (no more checks!). The security here is awesome and made me feel extremely safe too. Now my work in So Cal was coming to an end. I didn't know the exact date I would finish and relocate back to the Bay Area. I told Ashley about my situation and she generously offered me a one-month extension on my lease to figure things out with work. This allowed me to save even more money because my rental rate was locked in. Jean, some how managed to fulfill all of my requests. From letting me change my move out dates, helping me understand what I need to do to receive my full deposit back, and she was always available to talk. I don't really take the time to write reviews too often but I can't pass up this opportunity to acknowledge the experience I've had here at Grand Terrace. Due to changes in work and school I've lived in multiple rentals over the last 10 years. Grand Terrace is by far the best property I've lived in. The level of service that has been provided from the office staff to the maintenance team is incredible for such a large property. The staff consistently goes out of their way to ensure that maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and they are always courteous of entering your unit (taking your pets into consideration as well). Can't forget to mention the rental rates are pretty affordable for the area as well! Really appreciate the hard work and customer service all around from the Grand Terrace Staff! read more

The staff are extremely rude, disinterested and unbelievably disorganized. They nickel and dime you to death. Worse still, the walls are paper thin so don't plan on sleeping, especially if your room is not on the top floor. Other tenants are loud and selfish, with no repercussions to dissuade them. Plus, there's always construction and random fire alarm drills so the noise is further amplified. The rooms are incredibly small, lacking in privacy and wildly overpriced even when considering the location (which is okay at best, not that close to CSULB or the beach). And best of luck trying to find parking (the surrounding streets are very narrow and hard to drive down for fear of hitting other cars), there's always street cleaning and parking tickets. Each apartment gets only one guaranteed parking space so you usually have to park on the street. Overall, this place helped ruin my senior year and my savings. 100% would not recommend. read more

We moved here from up north for school and finding a safe, reasonably priced apartment was almost impossible until we stumbled upon the Grand Terrace. The staff here are some of the nicest people we have met since moving to southern california. They are always willing to help, answer questions or even just chat for a bit. Anytime something is broken in the apartment you only need to let them know and the super friendly maintenance staff comes to fix it. Our first day in the apartment we asked if they wouldn't mind fixing our sink because the water pressure was a little low and that same day they brought us and installed a brand new faucet! You won't find a better priced apartment in a safe area like this one. Especially not one with parking, laundry, a pool and hot tub all included. They also allow pets, something unfortunately most other apartments don't allow. After we moved in they began construction on our deck which was finished fairly fast and even resulted in us getting a bigger patio for no extra cost. If there are ever any construction works planned or things of that nature they always let us know ahead of time so that we can prepare :) The only other apartments we have seen that have this level of quality are much much higher in price, or if they are cheaper it's because they are in more unsafe neighborhoods. My husband and I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and love our place so much! We thought not having a laundry room in our unit was going to be terrible and it's so convenient that each building has a laundry room. Only bad thing is only get open parking spot per unit so if you have two cars you have to park on the street. Other then that super nice complex. Office management is super nice and helpful and the community is nice too! Recommend living here! read more

Miss this place so much!!! I lived here from December 2009 to June 2011 while I was in college and unfortunately had to move after I graduated as Long Beach was too far from my new job in LA. I lived in one of the junior one bedrooms and I feel I got so much for what I was paying...walk in closet, dishwasher, hardwood floors, a ton of windows etc. not to mention a parking spot, pool and laundry facilities! The complex could get a little noisy but nothing I wouldnt expect from apartments that house a bunch of college kids and there were never any huge problems with noise. I am not sure if they are still there but the management (Jean and Janet) were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help me so many times. Upon moving out I received my FULL deposit back and a sweet note saying they miss me. If I ever moved back to Long Beach I would live here again in a heartbeat! read more

I really enjoyed living in this complex. It is a great location. You get assigned parking, so no looking for parking. The community was kept very clean. There are laundry rooms on site. The pool was always clean and any time I needed assistance I was contacted immediately. The reason for only four stars is if you plan to have anyone over there is minimal guest parking which is always taken up by other residents. Also, the walls and floors/ceilings are very thin. You can hear every step your neighbors take. I, unfortunately, lived under neighbors who had children that jumped and played at all hours of the day non-stop. Management was very responsive to my complaints and advised me that it was being taken care of. The only reason I am no longer a resident is because I lost my job and had to leave pre-term. Management was very understanding of my situation and allowed me to go on a payment plan for the remainder of my lease. With the pros and cons weighed out I would definitely consider living here again. read more

Used to live here a couple of years ago. For the price this wasn't a bad place but the walls were pretty thin and I couple hear my neighbors tv all the time, fun stuff. My biggest issue was parking, I couldn't get a spot for the 4 months I lived here. I thought it was funny because the office assistant was all "street parking isn't bad as long as you park early". Well thank goodness I get off at 9:45 at night. I told the girl this and all she said was "oh", super helpful. My friend moved here (not at the same time as me, afterwards), complained a bunch and got it right away. Just a tip. read more

I have lived at the Grand Terrace Apartment Homes for several years. I have found the office staff to be very professional and helpful. In addition, the maintenance staff is the BEST! I read a few of the negative reviews and all I can say is that if you are nice to the staff they are nice to you and if you follow the rules you don't have issues. As to the ongoing work within the complex it is to keep the complex nice and up to date. The Grand Terrace Apartment Homes is a great place to live. read more

Do yourself a favor and move any where but Grand Terrace here. They take advantage of college students. Kept the deposit even after they had a pre move out walk through done. After they moved out, they were then charged an additional $1200.00. Charged for keys that were never issued, charged for wear and tear on the carpets -prorated charges to replace the carpet. The walls were so clean but yet they were charged to paint them. Charged for counters that they painted and had a little chip of the paint missing due to water from the faucet, in no way should a tenant be charged for their cheap paint job on bathroom counters! Pictures they took to try and make it look like they had a reason to charge you couldn't see clear because they would take a picture of a tiny spot then enlarge the picture, ridiculous. To top it all off they have the nerve to send them to collections after several attempt to dispute unfair charges. Then to top it all, the amount sent to collections was 3 times the amount because they sent 3 people all for the same amount. Still in shock, worst management team ever! I would love the owner of the property to call and discuss. read more

Lived here for over a year now, staff is always fast and willing to help. Any maintenance is handled pretty much same day if you need. The place is always getting renovated and looking well kept: new laundry machines, more patio space, new stairs, fresh parking line paint, regular bug inspections, and seasonal decorations! The only reason I tack off a star is due to my studio having poor insulation. It can get cold in the winter and the heater is an ol' school gas starter-upper. I personally don't like using this type of heater is all, but I get by with a small space heater and bunny slippers. read more
