I've always parked here for the last 8 years and it's gone so down hill this last year. When I flew out there were lines and line of people in different rows waiting for a shuttle to get to the air port it took about an hour just to get picked up to go to the air port, it was 3am.... Then coming back I thought it wouldn't be to crazy since it's at night but nope there is over 100 people waiting on shuttles. This company needs to figure out a better system or pay & treat their employees better so they can get their business back. I would recommend the parking spot they are quick and efficient. read more

Hi Sheri- I forgot to mention in my last message that on the morning of October 12, I, and a number of the other people that were stuck waiting for the shuttle tried to call all of the numbers that we could find for you. They all went to voicemail or IVR, and no one ever answered. We waived relentlessly at a few of your shuttles that were off in the distance, but it took forever for us to get picked up. Some people waited for forty five minutes (which is enough to miss a flight). I've parked at your lot about twenty times over the past two years, and have generally had fairly consistent and positive experiences. The one problem that has happened repeatedly is the availability of the shuttles (in both directions). Perhaps you could add a process in your website so logged in members could enter their outbound and return flight information? That web form should ask for airlines, flight numbers and the number of people traveling in the user's group. That way you could better forecast your demand for shuttles and drivers at given times of the day and week. Just a thought. Thanks, Colin read more

Headed to the airport for a few days and need parking? Park DIA is a good spot. They're close to the airport and offer both covered and uncovered parking options. If you're a "points points points" person like me, they offer a frequent parker club to earn points good for future free days. Make sure you note your spot number before you board your shuttle to the airport. On your return, they'll typically drop you off right at your car or very close to it. Shuttle drivers are generally friendly and welcoming. A couple of services they offer that I haven't tried are the car wash service and valet. They may be worth it to come back to a clean car or one that's been pulled right up to the door, but they're a bit too expensive for this cheapskate. A tip for first-time parkers - get the app and make a reservation. You'll save $1.00-$1.50 per day and can swipe right in and out with the bar code displayed on your phone. Just make sure that you turn up your brightness or you might have a little bit of a hard time getting the scanner to recognize it. read more

Made a reservation on Wednesday October 6th for parking October 9 - 13th. This reservation was made directly thru PARK DIA, and payment was collected for this reservation. When we arrived to park our car on Saturday we were greeted with a flyer saying that the lot was full, go some where else to park and we can go online to request a refund. WHAT???? How can someone stay in business that operates like this? DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! They have no regard for you as a consumer, they are quick to take your money, and then their decision to screw you and make you work to get the refund. When I read Yelp reviews I usually take the bad reviews with a grain of salt thinking something caused a bad outcome. This was totally PARK DIA's fault!!! This was once the best solution for long term parking! Inexpensive, easy reservation system, reliable shuttle, close to airport- it had it all. I've been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced such horrible wait times for airport shuttle pickup as I have the last few months. I see that there are many reviews regarding this exact issue that have been posted over the past few months, leading me to believe the Park DIA is not taking aggressive action to fix this issue even after getting this feedback repetitively. The last thing anyone wants is to wait for more than 50 minutes with heavy luggage just to get a ride 10 minutes down the road to their vehicle after a long day of travel. The lines for shuttles have been extremely long, convoluted, and hectic masses of angry and impatient travelers who are rightfully frustrated and unfortunately snapping at one another in an attempt to keep order in the disorganized line. It's just not a pleasant experience. The first time this happened I gave Park DIA the benefit of the doubt- hoped they were simply caught off guard by the unexpected demand or perhaps absent drivers, and guessed they would take measures to avoid repeating this bad customer service. Today is now thrice in a row that this has happened. Spend a few more dollars and avoid the mess and inconvenience until Park DIA decides to recognize this issue and invest in more shuttles. I will say, I have always been amazed at how friendly, cheery and helpful the shuttle drivers are- just wish there were more of them. read more

If you are a traveler and are looking for a monthly parking spot, this is your jam. It's 50 dollars a month. It has covered parking. The shuttle picks you up right outside of baggage claim. The only down side is it you are trying to get to your car after 1 am the shuttle can take more time than usual. read more

Park DIA has gone downhill! If I wrote this review 6 months ago I would have sworn by them. It was the only place I would park, as soon as you pulled in there was a shuttle following you to get you to the airport. The trouble for me started in September. I had an early morning flight to Chicago. My flight left at 6 and I got to Park DIA a little before 4. I didn't plan on a whole lot of time due to having pre and already checked in to my flight... well I show up and there is a line about 35 people long. It takes 45 minutes for me to get to the airport. Then on the way back there was a line about 25 people long and took me an hour to get back to my vehicle. I chalked that up to I caught them at the wrong time... it happens. Wrong! I fly again and give them another chance and about the same situation maybe not quite as bad. Ok I will chalk that one up to DIA construction and busy travel season... mind you that's strike two. My wife flew with my two year old and I told her to be weary of parking at Park DIA but as my last trips were solo trips she wanted to experience it herself. She regrets it. Took forever to get a shuttle to the airport then on the way back no one ever told her they moved the pick up spot (you would think they would remind people as they dropped them off at the airport). She tried to call... no answer. She tried downloading the app and it said it couldn't be downloaded. All in all we want to like Park DIA and we would if their standards were what they were a year ago. Step your game up and until you do I will find somewhere else to park. read more

I had a groupon for a 3 day uncovered parking, I was sort of skeptical because of all the negative reviews about park dia. Well my flight departure was at 530 am, I decided I wanted to give myself enough time to park as this was my first time using parkdia, I arrived at 230am, luckily the bus was at the pickup location upon arrival so I didn't need to wait. The driver was very helpful with information on how I can get a ride back and how to use the text/phone system for updates on shuttle arrival. My family and I were there on last Saturday at 5am, we were told they are only accepting reservation customers only. I guess they are no long welcome" walk in"customers also I have called the day before just to get more info, no one has mentioned a word about we need to making a reservation online in order to park there! there are lot of parking options near DIA, find somewhere else who wants to earn your business ! On your App there is no where saying needs reservation on July 6th, even thru when I called customer service on Wednesday the day before 4th July just to ask if I need to do anything to park there, they told me NO just come to park. Don't you think they should tell their customer over the phone about special parking rules? If you guys had one like this after holidays ? I've been parking here for 2 years and been holding off on this review. They started off so great with driver's customer service and low pricing that I called the manager to compliment the hiring/training. Over the past year or so the prices have gone up multiple times, I have issues with drivers picking me up when I park, and on this most recent trip had issues parking (row was full/mislabeled, no directors, waiting for pickup ~5+ minutes)... return trip waiting for 20+ minutes for a driver to pick myself and a bunch of other customers up. read more

The other companies have been coming and picking up people immediately, but ParkDIA sends one shuttle every so often. This service is terrible. Takes an hour in line to get picked up when you park, another hour in line when you return from your trip. We used to use this service with no problem. I'm writing an update based on the past 4 experiences I had parking here. While I was very annoyed at the time of my last review and searched for other parking options, there doesn't seem to be many better alternatives, so I continued to park here when heading out of town. I'm glad to say that lately, they seem to have gotten better with their shuttle schedule at the airport curb. While it still bothers me to watch other parking services regularly have shuttles waiting at the curb while the ParkDIA crowd grows, waiting for a shuttle, the longest I've had to wait recently was 15 minutes to get picked up. It certainly is concerning to arrive at the pickup area and there are 30 people waiting, but at least I haven't been stranded for an hour like I have in the past. Still not great service, but a 2-star review was a little harsh after my last experiences. read more

I don't know what has happened to this company, but over the past year or two, their service has diminished considerably. The last three times we have used them, we have stood at the pickup point for more than 25 minutes. This weekend, we were first in line and within 15 minutes, there were enough people to fill three shuttles. I called and the "customer service rep" (which there was no customer service) said they would get us picked up shortly...another 15 minutes goes by before a shuttle gets there. (Back in late March, this same thing happened to my wife and two granddaughters, except they had to stand in the cold/snow waiting.) When the driver got to the parking lot, it took him soooo long to get people to their cars- one passenger told him her car was just up the row (straight ahead) but he decided he was going in alphabetical order and drover 10 rows north and into a different section to drop off one person, then all the way back to where this lady told him her car was. We were the last to be dropped off - from the time we got to the pickup spot to when we got dropped off was over an hour. We will take our business elsewhere until they can get this pickup stuff figured out. All the other parking lot shuttles came 2 and occasionally 3 times in between Park DIA shuttles. They are not there for the customer obviously! read more

It was my first time parking here and I think it will be my new spot. The shuttle was very clean and a comfortable ride. It was super close to the airport which was nice and the shuttles came every couple of minutes. The price is why I picked this spot as others were double for the same uncovered parking. Our family of five arrived at the lot with PLENTY of time. However, there were 50-75 people standing in the lot waiting to be shuttled. When I asked one of the drivers what the plan was, he shrugged me off. People were cutting in front of others, creating more tension and frustration. We tried to call the office and alert them to the crowd waiting and becoming more upset by the minute. NO ONE would answer, maddening! We barely made our flight. This was completely unacceptable and frustrating. We won't be parking here again. read more

Is 0 stars an option?? This is the worst parking service at any airport I've ever visited. Last time I travelled an employee closed the back hatch of my car onto items in the bag, getting the latch stuck and requiring $100 of repairs. This time on the outbound the shuttle driver yelled at us for getting our luggage and when we returned the shuttle pulled away from me and my small children literally as we ran to the door. It was freezing out and the next shuttle was another 10 mins. This service is a joke and an embarrassment to the airport. We will never use it again. read more

Horrible place to park. Don't do it! We had a flight at 6 am and parked here. The bus sits at the end of the row and does not pick you up at your car so we had to walk on a sheet of ice about 70 yards to the bus at 4 am. Then at pick up after our trip the line was so long to get on the shuttle we were waiting at 11 pm in the cold for 5 shuttles before we got a ride. They sent a van and the driver does not even open the door for us to get on while he is loading bags. Don't park here. read more

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY-- poor shuttle service, do not recommend if you are traveling with young kids and/or a lot of luggage. They do not drop off at the airline entrance, they claim it's cause of covid but other parking services will drop you at airline. I noticed all the bad reviews and was a little hesitant, but thought hey, I'll just give myself some extra time before getting to the airport just in case. I used the 50% uncovered coupon code making parking there a steal and drove on over to the lot with my reservation. Upon entering they scan your reservation and then direct you to which row to park at. Once at the row I could see a line of 40 people waiting for the shuttle, my stomach dropped and thought here we go. I parked and got in the back on the line. And luckily enough 3 shuttles all showed up at once to pick us up. I had to wait maybe a total of 10 min from parking, waiting in line and loading on the shuttle before we were off for the airport. I could see how the people in front of me could have waited a bit longer, but I think this is one of the busiest off site airport lots so the line grows quickly. All in all the drop off and pick up a few days later was right on time. My drop off, was prob more luck than anything. I got the last seat on the shuttle and then was lucky to have the closest uncovered lot spot after exiting the drop off area for covered parking. I will definitely use them again, but will always plan for the worst and hope for the best, ha read more

Expect to wait quite a while when you return to Denver. Lately the line for shuttles back to the lot is incredibly long with very few shuttles picking up. There were several other shuttles from different lots that came by multiple times before we saw one bus from ParkDIA. We like the price but we're likely to park elsewhere next time. read more

This was hands down the worst parking experience of my life. I waited 40 minutes, in the rain, after I parked to go to the airport. There were people waiting for over an hour for the shuttle, an elderly couple, and a handicapped women told me they had been waiting for over an hour and were going to miss their flights. A full shuttle came by and said another one would come for us in no more than 7 minutes, the shuttle came 25 minutes later. Upon arriving back at DEN and heading back to parkDIA, there was a line of over 50 people waiting for the shuttle. I had to wait in line for over an hour as multiple shuttles for all the other companies came by (Wally, Fine, The Parking Spot). I suggest Groupon takes parkDIA off their site until parkDIA makes major improvements. UPDATE: I got a response on Yelp (below) asking me to email them. However, I had already emailed that email address on September 8 (5 days ago), and followed up on September 10 (3 days ago), and still no response. Park DIA is a great service! It's very quick and easy to make a reservation through their app, they have lots of shuttles so I've always been able to quickly get on one after parking. When they pick you up at the airport they're very friendly and make sure everyone who has been waiting gets on first, highly recommend this service! Great prices too :) read more

The most unorganized shuttle service ever!!! Nothing is consistent, one day they have a covered only shuttle, the next day outdoor parking gets priority. East side and west side pick ups are a train wreck, never enough shuttles always being left in freezing temperatures for the "next" Shuttle. Classic line from the driver: "next shuttle is literally right behind me" My last trip we were about to leave the lot and the driver circled all the way back around only to find out he didn't have enough seats. The radio is filled with chatter about two vans being in the same spot at the same time. Sounds like chaos. The management tells me to plan my arrival accordingly; hard to plan when you don't know if it's a 3 minute or 30 minute wait for a shuttle. read more

Last week I parked here with the help of Debbie. I was running late and she made sure I was taken care of and made me feel welcome. Upon returning the shuttle van picked me up within 10 minutes and I was back at my car in no time. It was my first time here, but it will not be my last. It was a great experience and I am grateful to Debbie and the employees for making my rough arrival at DIA a good experience. I love utilizing ParkDIA, dba Park N Fly, to keep my car handy without a huge price tag. If you're a member of Park DIA which helps you earn points towards free parking days, your uncovered parking will run you 7.45/day and the covered parking will keep your car safe from the elements for 14.95/day. If you don't make a reservation in advance, drive up parking is $8.95/day for uncovered. The most difficult part of the ParkDIA system is getting your barcode to scan at check in and check out. Be prepared to spend a few minutes angling your phone every which way to get it to register. Be sure to turn your screen brightness all the way up. Once inside the gates, parking is a breeze. There is a sign directing you to the aisle where they are currently boarding a bus. Your wait time to departure is about 5 minutes or less and then you're off to the airport. PRO TIP: they always stop at West Terminal first. Just get off there and walk across to the East Terminal, if you're flying out of east, as it will save you a few minutes rather than taking the round trip back to East. The buses do not run frequently, so if you see one pulling out of terminal, you're likely going to be waiting at least 10 minutes for the next bus, and since its the last stop on the island, you get to watch every. Other. Parking. Company. Run. Their. Multiple. Buses. It definitely sucks more waiting in the winter! Be sure to bring a few dollars to tip the driver and to hold on to your parking ticket as the driver will request it to help drive you to your car. What I do love about ParkDIA is that they will take you directly to your car upon return. read more

I advise anyone who wants to park here two things. One get the app so you can see where the shuttles are and for a cheaper option to get into the gate. Two make sure you give yourself another hour or two (on top of your already given time) especially if you're leaving prime time as everyone else aka 9-12 because we waited for a shuttle with at least 60 other people out in the snow for about 45 minutes. They're only letting about 10 people on these shuttles as well. Also as nice as it is for the drivers to drop people off at their cars; if there's a huge line of people waiting for their flight and sending out multiple pings on the app it's a little irritating. Prioritizing people who have to make flight times rather then people returning to their cars. Also possibly have more then 10 active shuttles for that early considering the lack of people that can be squeezed on is a huge oversight. Anyways yes it's cheap, it's good if you don't want to park at DIA itself and going to be gone for any length but know this place is not a slam dunk, especially if it snows; the lot will be a mess to get in and especially out of. read more

If you like terrible service, incompetence, waiting for nearly an hour in the cold and snow to get a bus back to the parking lot to get your car then this is definitely the service for you.
