This parking place has been open for 2 years and still hasn't figured out how to run this operation. They don't have enough shuttles for one. They try to pick up from both east and west sides with shuttles that only hold 12 or so people. On many occasions you could be waiting for a shuttle for 30-45min. Last night I had the pleasure of waiting for 40 min in 19 degree weather. Finally, I was able to get the last seat on the 3rd shuttle to come by, leaving at least 25 people waiting in the cold. Once you're on the shuttle they insist on dropping off each person at their car, so you better hope you're one of the first ones off or you could be riding around the park dia parking lot for 20 min. Just tried Park DIA for the first time. Thought we found a great place as I really do like the proximity to DIA. We usually park at Canopy but this place is much closer. Upon entrance, the ticketing and parking was confusing. There was no one to tell us where to park so we chose our own spot but then wondered how they would find us to pick us up. After a few minutes, a bus did finally come by but it seemed a little unorganized. The worst was when we landed at DIA. We waited for over 20 mins on the east side, all while watching Canopy, USA Parking, and Parking Spot each come by TWICE. It was 9pm at night so we called twice to make sure someone was coming and both times, they assured us someone was. Finally a bus came but because they pickup on the west side first, bus was full. We all had to cram in and stand going back to the parking lot. From the time we stood out there waiting for the bus, until the time we drove out of the parking lot, it was 40 minutes. I used ParkDIA for the first time this past week. Making the reservation was simple and easy and the app makes it even easier. Dropping off the car was fast with the app. Used the QR code to enter and since we opted for the valet the parking area was right when you entered. There was a lounge for us to wait for a shuttle which was nice but didn't need to wait too long for a shuttle to take us to the terminal. The return was smooth as well. I gave the shuttle driver our ticket and when we got to the lot, there was an attendant waiting by our car with the doors open. He helped put our bags in our car as well. The only downside was that because I had opted to have our car washed while we are gone (the car was clean inside and out), I had to go into the office to pay for that instead of it just being charged to the credit card that was on file when I signed up for their membership. That prevented us from being able to quickly exit. I was told that they are working on that and I would definitely give ParkDIA 5 stars if that issue is resolved. Other than that, it's in a great location close to the terminals and all the staff were professional and courteous. read more

I had a voucher for a free week of parking here so I decided to give it a shot. Typically I do everything I can to avoid shuttle parking lots. However, this place was amazing! From the moment I pulled in I was attended to and taken care of. The parking attendants answered my question about whether or not I could use my voucher for covered parking (I could!) and the minute I parked, a shuttle pulled up right behind my car to take me to the airport. Upon my return, I waited no more than 5 minutes for a shuttle and was dropped directly at my car. This is airport shuttle at its finest! Everyone who worked here was kind, helpful, and efficient. My girlfriend and I don't travel that much but we park here when we do and I highly recommend it. It's fairly new place and still building its customer base but it's affordable and close to the terminal. They offer both uncovered or covered parking. They've been in Groupon awhile which is where we got our deals. Don't think the deals will last forever so get them while you can. Happy customer here! read more

In the last 3-4 months, these guys lost their great staff and service, for which they were known for. No more timely pickup after parking the car (last two visits had to call their dispatch from my phone to get a pickup after 15+ mins). The 'Park in this Row' indicator is no more accurate and you will have to search for empty spots yourself. The Water in the shuttles are gone, that too in Summer. All this while their quickly increased per day Uncovered parking cost by $4. If you are in a hurry to catch your flight or if you are paying their full parking price, I would not recommend this place any more to anyone. read more

Sunday morning around 1030 we wait on East side island 3 on the right amd wait amd wait for shuttle. We waited over 40 minutes. We saw the shuttle dripping off passengers on island 1 but for pick up you have to be on island 3. We tried calling multiple times and only got voice mail. We stopped shuttle drivers and they kept saying we will send someone. We stopped the buses dropping people off and they kept saying they will send someone. This was an joke, when we finally got our car we asked to speak with a manager but there was no manager there to speak to. We saw so many shuttles such as canapy, USA airport and wallypark all passed by many times as we waited for Park DIA. read more

The wait times for both getting to the airport and getting back to your car are just atrocious. We waited for a shuttle back to the parking lot this evening for 1 1/2 hours. There were so many other companies shuttles passing us by. I will never use this service again. Not impressed. I made a reservation for indoor parking at ParkDIA and unfortunately, I made a mistake and scheduled it for a day earlier than I needed. I didn't notice this until I arrived at ParkDIA. When I arrived, the automatic gate would not scan my code and let me in. I actually had to exit my car and hunt someone down to open the gate. When they finally managed to open the gate they handed me a ticket and said to use it when I exited the lot. I asked about getting a refund for the unused day and they said it would be refunded upon my exit. After I parked and walked to the pickup point (unlike other offsite parking spaces, they don't pick you up at your vehicle), three shuttle vans passed me without stopping. None of them were full. Finally, after about twenty minutes (I've never had to wait more than five to seven minutes at other sites), a fourth van came along and picked me up. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle driver was very personable, which was a nice change from the other employees I had met at ParkDIA. He went around and collected the parking space information from the other people on the van and I realized that I hadn't been given one when I headed out. Fortunately, I remembered the row I had parked in and it was pretty close to the end so I knew my car would be easy to spot. When I went to exit Park DIA I attempted to use the parking ticket the employee had told me to use. The system told me I had to pay again! I had to exit my vehicle and walk over to the booth attendant. She told me that because I was using the ticket instead of the confirmation I had originally been given, it wanted to charge me. I told her that was what I was instructed to use when I first arrived. She said that was incorrect. When I asked her about the refund for the unused day, I was told to email an address she gave me and request a refund. The next day, I emailed the address I was given and about a day after that I was given a refund for the unused day. I sent another email asking if I could get an updated receipt showing the final amount I was being charged. I received a response saying they had already exited the system and couldn't help me since it was a 'one time deal'. These may sound like minor inconveniences to some but I have used two other offsite parking locations that are nearby. I used ParkDIA this time just to try them out. The other two companies are comparable in price but they offer far superior customer service. So, I gave Park DIA a shot but I won't be back. read more

This place is pretty terrible. I parked my car for a week and on my return there was a huge crack in the windshield and damage to the back of my car. I reported it immediately before I left the facility and never heard a word back about it. I called numerous times to talk to someone and was repeatedly handed off to another person and told that they would call back after reviewing the footage. A month later and I called back again since I hadn't heard back and they told me that they couldn't even find my car on their cameras even though I told them exactly where it was. Something's rotten here. Every person I talked to was nice enough but I've never had such terrible service anywhere. read more

Park DIA = worst airport shuttle service ever! No signage indicating where to go. No people directing where to go. No directions on how anything works. I had to walk around forever (along with 8 other ppl), with my luggage, to figure out where to go. Once we finally found someone to help us, there were no shuttle available. "Are there 'gender neutral' restrooms?" Really, Yelp? Quick side note before I write a review. Yelp seems to be concerned as to whether or not you'll be able to find a restroom on the premises that will suit your needs. Chances are you've been doing this your entire life, you'll be able to find the correct restroom! After using ParkDIA services for the first time, I can tell you that it's the best park service I've used in all my years traveling. Several staff members and shuttles were present in the parking lot when we arrived. We were directed right into an open parking spot by an attendant. He took my bag to the shuttle and we were off within minutes. The shuttle filled up quickly, and we were off to the airport in no time. When I returned, I walked out to Island 5 and was on a shuttle immediately. Didn't have to wait. We did a quick loop to the other side of DIA, and we were off to the lot within a matter of minutes. The driver dropped me off right behind my car. No hassles, no issues. The ONE critique I'd offer to ParkDIA is to mark the way to the Exit a little more clearly. I got lost in the lot for about two minutes but figured it out. Stoked on the seven free days. Thanks! read more

Every time I try to book a reservation with ParkDIA, I have a problem. I've flown three times since August and this is driving me crazy. I like the location of this lot and pay for covered parking. It takes a nanosecond for the money to come out of account, but the reservation doesn't show up in my reservations. I'm flying out Christmas Eve and have to know I have I'm confirmed. If this doesn't get rectified in the next few minutes, I'm requesting a cancellation and I'll never use ParkDIA again. read more

This is the only off site parking company at DIA that consistently has a huge line and only 1-2 shuttles running. We have waited 45 min to an hour for the shuttle when returning on our last 3 trips. Every other parking company has shuttles coming every 5-10 minutes. We will be changing companies on our next trip. read more

Drivers care about what they're doing, but management and dispatch really need to know what's going on at DIA and look into ways of improving management of logistics. Be prepared to wait longer than every other service for pickup. Since Park N Fly took over management they run far fewer shuttles. I'm waiting in a line at least 50 people long for pickup. Customer service says they dispatch shuttle every 20 mins. Finding a new spot for my next trip. read more

I have nothing but a great review for Park DIA. It was easy to book and received a confirmation on my reservation. Two day before my trip I called to confirm my reservation and was greeted by a very professional hostess. She informed me that my reservation was confirmed. When we got to Park DIA we were greeted by friendly staff. We parked and only wanted a few minutes for our ride. We have had our SUV parked there for a year. Each time we come to Denver we call them and they have charged the car for us prior to pickup. Today they advised us that our car had been charged and we went to the car and the battery was completely dead. We went back in to the office and the manager stated "we don't do that anymore. New management." He was a complete ass about it - I asked what he suggested we do and he said "call AAA". He then walked back into his office. We will NEVER use ParkDIA and highly recommend you not either. YUCK!!! So uncaring and indifferent - how callous can one be? read more

Parking was fine no issues, upon return there was A LOT of people waiting and while other company shuttles came like clockwork over and over we waited as people came and went I called and asked if maybe they were not running shuttles and if I had to find a different way to the lot. The woman who answered was rude answering said there are shuttles running should be there soon and said she would inform dispatch asked what side we were on and as soon is I told her she said okay and hung up didn't allow for follow up questions let alone for me to correct myself to tell her I was not on the east side as I first thought I was actually on the west side I didn't even bother calling back I saw one shuttle leave empty as it drove past everyone and then when we finally got two shuttles that showed up they couldn't even pick everyone up the shuttle was so small read more

Awful service and totally mismanaged! USE SOMEONE ELSE. Showed up at shuttle pick up at 11pm to find over 100 people in line and only one shuttle in sight on the app. People had been waiting over 1.5 hours to get a ride back. This is the third time ParkDIA has made me stand and watch other services pick up their guests (watching multiple shuttles from others services go by) while ParkDIA customers wait. They SUCK! I waited almost 45 after parking my car and waiting for a ride to the airport. I got to my gate as they were boarding. My return flight and ride back to my car was yesterday. The line was LONG. We waited in freezing cold 20 degrees blowing wind and snow for hour. Everyone in line tried calling their number to find out why, but NO answer. Some called Uber to catch a car to pick up their car. A guy in line said he uses them all the time because he travels a lot and said the last 6 months with every time use is getting worse. Parked my car for a 4 day stay, it got damaged and they were unwilling to help my insurance company with their investigation to try to find the party at fault. So basically this little stay at Park DIA ended up costing me $30 + my insurance deductible. Save yourself the trouble, you're better off parking anywhere else. read more

After getting tired of the BS at Canopy Parking (extremely slow shuttle rotation, busses that sound like they're about to fall apart, etc.) I gave ParkDIA a shot. Not only are they great for the close proximity their shuttles are kept clean and in great shape! Also, our drive Dewayne this evening was the happiest fella I've seen in a while. We arrived at ParkDIA at 3:45 a.m. on Friday 10/11. There were about 40 people lined up, and it was 13 degrees. After 20 minutes and NO buses, we were getting worried....and freezing. We waited ANOTHER 15 minutes....still...NO buses, and there were now over 100 people standing around. We finally left and quickly drove to Mt. Elbert, and got right on a BIG bus...one of MANY in THEIR lot. I should have read reviews before picking this place, because it is a consistent problem for this company, both coming and going to the airport. Two reviews mentioned that they actually missed their flights, because of standing and waiting at ParkDIA for over an hour. Avoid this one. There are too many other great options to choose from. read more
