I've been using other satellite parking options for the last few years, but I had seen the ParkDIA buses driving around and it looked like their lot was a bit closer to the terminal so I gave them a try this last trip. I visited their website, and they were offering a free week of parking if I downloaded their app...yes please! Downloaded the app, made a reservation and it showed up as $0.00, I even used covered parking, still free. The service and options they provide are nearly identical to other parking options around DIA, but I have to say their app sets them apart. I read some negative reviews of the app, but I had no issue with it. My reservation created a QR code in the app, which was scanned at the exit gate and off I went. Upon arrival, was clearly directed to a row with open spaces, within seconds a shuttle was at my car and we headed out. Upon return, I opened the app to find where to go for pickup (didn't use "text for pickup") and saw the map with real time shuttle location, that was what I really appreciated about the app. Will definitely be using them again, even if I'll have to pay next time (; One little issue: the app has an option to save your parking space. I'm used to being handed a slip from the shuttle driver with the location written on it, so I didn't know to save my space. I did it later from memory and was off by a row, but we still got to my car. Upon return, I saw that some did have the slips with their space written on it. I have no problem using the app for this, but a little communication from the driver to make sure I had the space info recorded (either paper or in the app) would have helped for the newbie to ParkDIA. read more

I have used ParkDIA two times now and both times the price has been super, shuttles to and from the airport are always available within minutes (or seconds) and they make parking so easy to find. I got to my car this morning after coming back to Denver from DIA and realized I had left a light on and the battery was dead. I told one of the shuttle drivers and he immediately called someone. Within minutes, two employees came with a jumper and my car was up and running 20 seconds later. I wouldn't park anywhere else while traveling. read more

After several bad experiences attempting to park at the airport garage and being left to park on the roof (at ~$25 a day!), I was so thrilled to find ParkDIA. Plenty of covered parking spaces, reasonable prices, friendly staff and plenty of buses which drop you right at your car. I was hesitant at first to park off site, but the speed and friendliness of the bus service far surpassed my expectations. read more

ParkDIA - Parking Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

This is my LAST time using this service!! I have had a few Groupons and THOUGHT it was a good deal! WRONG! The past three times I have used this service I have had to wait at the pick up curb for 10, 15, and nearly 30 min. Each time the vans would drop off and leave the area,returning to the lot. Once in the van the driver drove past two of the passengers vehicles and I had to call out the missed spots. Tonight I stood with 10 other people waiting while ONE van circled the lot. Mind you, we were ALL waiting in the area of the lot they had directed us to park in. Once we were picked up, the driver failed to remind the noobs to write down the sections they were parked in. AVOID this park and ride service and use the DIA lots or ANY other carrier!! read more

My first few experiences with ParkDIA were fantastic. In the last month I've traveled several times and consistently had issues. I've had horribly long wait getting a shuttle after parking and after returning to the airport both. My most recent trip I parked and there were 2 shuttles near me. One took off as I was getting out of the car. The other shuttle I could see was half full and left as I pulled my bag out of the vehicle. A shuttle didn't return back for 30 min. I can totally understand how sometimes you will have to wait at busy times of the day, but this is consistent waiting. I plan to research other parking options before my next trip. read more

Like others, I have always had a great experience with parking and pick-up on my departure day. I caution you: be prepared for long wait times when you return from your trip. I have used ParkDIA 4 times and 3/4 times the lines have had upwards of 50-75 agitated people waiting and no shuttles in sight. These have been night flights where we customers have been waiting 30-60 minutes between 9pm and midnight. It is very frustrating to have to wait so long for a shuttle after a long day of travel. I am seriously considering trying another parking option for my next trip. If shuttles came more frequently and were larger and accommodated more travelers, ParkDIA would retain my business. As a female traveling alone, I feel safe being picked up and dropped off at my car, and this is part of their business model that attracted me in the first place. The price is great, but I am willing to pay a little more for better service upon return. read more

The Bus situation is in constant crisis mode. They cannot let anyone stand, so people get left behind at the curb consistently. Expect an average 20 min wait after your flight. The wait is even worse late at night. If it's winter, you'd better have a jacket! Some buses only hold 12 people. They need a better solutions. Updated for September 2018. Bill took great care of us today. The shuttle was waiting when we parked, Bill was happily waiting for us and warmly greeted us and helped us with our luggage. Despite it being 5 am, he was cheerful and made small talk with my 4 year old. We were on our way immediately. Great service, quick transport, and a great price utilizing a Groupon. The first time I parked here I really liked it. The next time was not as good. I tried to get out and the gate wouldn't open. Then I was told it was because the guy who checked me in didn't "scan my phone correctly". Also, if you plan to only stay less than 2 days at a time, don't sign up for the elite program as it only works with 4 consecutive day stays. I wish I had just parked at the airport. read more

It was the best experience I have had during my nine years in traveling out of DIA. We used the Valet Parking and it was great. We were assisted by a young lady name Precious who got us checked in and ready to get on the shuttle that took us to the airport. Upon our return the shuttle was waiting for us, I had let them know our arrival time in advance. Aaron the drive was polite and very helpful with our luggage. The shuttle bus was clean and had nice soothing music playing. He also offered us water. When we arrived at the lot Malcom helped us with getting our luggage to our car that had been brought up from the parking garage. He assisted us with checking out and he too had placed two bottles of water in our car for us. The total experience was beyond five star. I would definitely recommend ParkDIA to everyone who travels out of DIA. read more

Don't plan on wanting to get home anytime soon when you land. Yes, I followed the "text to be picked up" and yet had to sit waiting for a shuttle for 20 minutes! How do I gauge that as being too long to wait (other than it being common sense)? They always have very low rates and are easy to check into. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle. The last time I was there my car battery had died during my trip and the attendant helped me jump it right away. I've always been very impressed with their customer service. read more

This is my second time using parkdia, and it will most likely be my last. I waited over 25 minutes each time for a return shuttle. Three shuttles from other parking services came through before one of parkdia's shuttle came through. They claim to be faster, but both of my experiences thus far say otherwise. I will most likely be going back USAirport parking off Tower road. Farther away, but never have had to wait more than 5 minutes for a return shuttle. read more

So, overall my experience at Park DIA was good!! Chip, the driver, was very kind and courteous and a good driver. Upon our return, a shuttle was available within just a few moments. The driver was driving pretty quickly on our way back to the lot, but we arrived safely (clearly). She found our car quickly and was very energetic despite it being late in the evening. Also, the young lady at the exit booth was very sweet! She even offered us water! This is going to be my only choice for parking. I'm quite happy. read more

Sadly, ParkDIA has gone downhill over the last few months. I'm a regular traveler and twice have had near missed flights because of poor shuttle schedules. Returning from the terminal to the lot is just as bad - Monday evening there was almost a one hour wait. They gave me a two day free parking coupon as a consolation for bad service and when I went to use it, it was declined! I'm using The Parking Spot from now on. At least they are reliable. read more

Have had two back to back poor experiences. Over labor day we waited in a line of 40+ people for a shuttle back to our car. Decided to try them again. Bad decision. Today we experienced the same thing but instead, waited at the parkdia lot to get to the airport. Need to staff appropriately for rider volume. Any perks or rewards for parking off site are not worth it for parkdias lack of customer service. read more

ParkDIA is our preferred location for all our travel parking needs. The staff is engaged every time we travel, pleasant and courteous throughout each interaction, and we love that our car is getting detailed while away. We learned quickly to always book in advance as it's a popular location and covered spots go quickly. The convenience of this location gets us to the airport quickly and saving time is key. I'm not sure about the other delayed shuttle pick-up reviews. Sounds like those were during peek travel periods, which many would understand, all shuttle services are likely delayed due to the high volume of people. Great price but that's where the greatness ends. If you wait on the east side to be picked up when you return to Denver, good luck getting picked up in under 40 min. They pick up on the west side and then leave for the lot cause they're full, no love for the east side. We returned on Dec. 27th and waited over 40 minutes, EVERYBODY was calling and asking to be picked up and were continuously told shuttles were coming. The line grew to over 50 people before the shuttle finally picked up. Not only does it suck to stand out in the cold waiting, but the crowd grows angry and when a shuttle shows up people start jumping the line and causing arguments. We watched shuttle after shuttle from the other companies (The Parking Spot and USAirport Parking) come through and I had wished that I hadn't paid for that Groupon and chose Park DIA. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only redeeming quality of this place are the managers besides that everyone else seems to be incompetent with an attitude problem. From the get go I was greeted with crass and eye rolling as I was told my third party reservation for COVERED parking would not be honored and I would not be refunded. When asked what I should do she responded "not my problem". When returning from my flight today myself and about 15 other customers waited for over an hour for a shuttle to retrieve us. We called multiple times and see told one was coming. It never did. Completely unacceptable. Thank you to Deborah and Natasha who seem to be the only ones there that truly care about customer service and experience. Simple the best way to park at DIA, cheaper and friendly service. Once you arrive you are directed to a parking spot and a shuttle bus is waiting for you. Treated like a VIP as the shuttle drivers helps you with your luggage and provides you a reminder card for what section you are parked in. Next you arrive at the terminal in just a few minutes as this is the closest parking lot evening closer than Pikes Peak and Mt Elbert and $6.95 a day uncovered vs. $8.00 for Pikes Peak and Mt Elbert. The return was a smooth as the drop off. I waited a few minutes and the shuttle bus was picking me and my family up. The shuttle driver helped with my luggage and verified my parking area, I pulled out my reminder card and once again a few minutes I was dropped off right behind my car, yes they took me near my car. Overall a great experience and friendly staff. I've used this company quite a few times and have been nothing but happy! Just minutes away from the airport, and so much cheaper than parking at the actual airport. Seems like buses are running every few minutes. Staff was respectful and friendly! My last trip I sprung for the valet, and they parked my car for me, leaving me in the VIP lounge where the bus came to me for pick up. They knew my return date and time and had my car running, A/C going with cold water waiting! Totally felt like a boss!! I will definitely continue to give these guys my business!! read more

This parking area is very easy to get in and out of. It is the least expensive option that I'm aware of, yet it's also the closest to the airport. The shuttle never seems like it's more than a few minutes away. The only hassle I've run into is when things are busy. In those cases, the shuttle can end up making a lot of stops dropping people off at their cars before you finally get to yours. The upside is that they do drop you off right next to your car, not just in the central office. Covered and less expensive uncovered parking is available. They also have a AAA discount making their lowest prices in the area even cheaper. I use it every time I need to park and fly. read more

Best airport parking experience I've ever had. I used to regularly park and fly out of Chicago, Houston, and LA & nothing comes close to park DIA. They will pick you up at your car and get you to the airport fast. When you arrive back in Denver shuttles come often at ground transportation and will drop you off right off at your car - offering you water and assisting with your bags. Every time I've used park DIA I've had an amazing experience and have recommended it to all of my Denver friends. Not to mention, the best price for parking you can find! read more
