My family- my wife, myself, my two little daughters and both my elderly parents- arrived at DIA around 11:30 and after getting settled, we headed straight to island 5 on the fifth floor at the east terminal to get a shuttle. We had to wait from 12:02 AM until 1:15AM in the morning for the shuttle to finally pick us up. If I could, I might have counted dozens of other shuttles passed us by. Finally we were picked up by a driver named "Charles" on shuttle #6. This driver let my wife and two daughters get in but then he literally blocked my elderly father w/o even a warning, then stated that only 3 seats are left. Both my parents and I were the next ones up, so we told him that we "have 3 people." But the guy in the back of the line yelled out that he needed to get in because his family is already in the shuttle. So the driver automatically told us we have to wait for the next bus even though I also told him that" my wife and two kids" are also in the shuttle as well. All I can say is I'll never use this parking service again not only due to horrible customer service but also bigotry. ParkDIA needs more shuttles running or a more consistent scheduling of the shuttles running. On my last trip, I got to the lot to head to the airport and there was not a single shuttle waiting to load passengers. I called and the operator said someone is on there way. 10 minutes pass and I call again and she apologized and said that one is 30 seconds away. I asked if the company had cut the number of shuttles running and she explained that they did not and had 6 shuttles operating. 6 shuttles running and not one is sitting in the main lot waiting to bring passengers to the airport?!?! Ridiculous. I asked for the driver to drop at the east terminal first since I was delayed 20 minutes for there lack of coordinating shuttles and she said ok. Where did she go first? The west terminal... On my return home, when I landed, I called DIA as I got off the tram and said I needed a pick up at the east terminal. The operator says there is a shuttle there now and I said hold the driver, I am 30 seconds away. As I get outside the driver starts to slowly drive away... Are you kidding me?! She apologized and said that the communication was not received in time?! We are talking about real time radio communication....not received in time? Meanwhile she says a shuttle will be back in 15 minutes. OH GREAT, fantastic, now I can wait and count ALL of the other parking shuttles that have a more consistent schedule of pickups. I counted 5 Canopy shuttles, 4 parking Spot shuttles, 3 USA Parking shuttles... Do you know what waiting 20 minutes for one of your shuttles does to your customers ParkDIA? Let's them realize how much better your competition is at running an offsite airport parking company. Two stars for proximity to airport but that is the only advantage you have, everything else you are failing at. This place is a gem! Hands down this is the best parking experience I have ever had and I will be returning to ParkDIA every time I leave town. I signed up for their elite membership to try them out for free for 7 days of parking (uncovered, covered or valet). The only thing needed for the elite membership is a credit card, the membership itself is free. When I pulled up I was greeted at the gate to make sure I was at the right place and the staff assisted me in scanning my phone and getting into the facility. I tried covered parking with my reservation and it was very easy to find a space. The shuttle came and picked me up at my car and with only 3 other people on board whisked me off to the airport. The shuttles are very clean and drivers are friendly. The facility is about the same distance as DIA's shuttle parking, but much faster as you don't have to circle the lot stopping at every bench to pick someone up. The convenience of having a QR code on my phone to check in and out was fantastic, however the only complaint I have is that it takes a LONG time for the QR reader to read the barcode on the phone. This didn't just happen when I tried to get out but the staff also had trouble when I entered and they took my phone to scan. The technology is great, but it should be easier to have the machine read the code. Perhaps some instructions or hints on how to place your phone so that it reads well, or move the scanner to a different part of the machine. Upon return I was a little concerned because we would get back at 12:45am so I called early to see if we had to request a shuttle once we were ready. Nope! They run shuttles 24/7 and all we had to do was walk to the curb for pickup. Once we picked up our luggage, I checked the ParkDIA app to find out where the shuttle was (yes, it tracks shuttle locations!) and it was waiting at the transportation curb. We caught it before it left, did a quick circle of the East side of the airport and went straight to the facility. Even at 1:25am, with us being exhausted, the driver (Selomon) was VERY friendly and had us laughing. He dropped us right at the car and we loaded up and went off. There are not a lot of cars that park here yet, so this is truly a hidden gem for now! 100% recommended! read more

My friend told me about ParkDIA and I was a little nervous because I was doing this by myself and so late at night. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. I parked in the covered parking and they were right there to bring me to the airport. When I returned from my trip, I waited maybe 5 minutes. I've never had such an awesome experience trying to get to the airport. Parking in the facility was a breeze, and CHEAP!!! ($7 a day!) There was a shuttle that followed me to my parking spot, and waited for me to get my baggage (and life) together at my car (I was a mess that day). My driver was DRE .... super sweet guy, helped with my bags, just a great guy. When I came back from my trip, I walked out to the island where the shuttles run, I called the # on my ticket, and had a shuttle there in 2 minutes. They dropped me off at my car, and that was that. Park DIA is a good find. I flew out of DEN the week before Christmas. The airport was busy with the holiday rush. The shuttle picked me up as soon as I parked and got my bag out. on The trip back my experience was just as good. It was a cold day, I walked to the designated pick area and a driver pick me up within 5 minutes. I was taken right to my car and on my way. The shuttle drivers and the ticket clerk were very friendly. Park DIA is a brainer for me! read more

Was very pleased with the service getting out to the airport- picked you up directly at your car, and staff was very friendly. However, on the return we waited approximately 25 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. We had purchased a group-on for 5 days, and we showed up an hour past the 5 days mark, and got charged an entire extra day. Very frustrated with the customer service in the front office. This should be based on an hourly rate until a full day is used. read more

TERRIBLE. My truck was stolen from this lot while I was away on my trip. The manager offered me the phone number to the police department and a ride to AVIS to rent a car. He also suggested that I claim a high number of valuables in the truck. Police department told me many trucks have been stolen from this lot. INSIDE JOB. DON'T leave your vehicle here. They refused to turn over video surveillance and would not even refund my parking fees. A lawsuit is in order on this one. read more

Very efficient service. First time using them so I provided them my email and created a login with them(completely free although requires a credit card). First time users receive 7 days free parking in either covered or uncovered parking(you have to stay a minimum of four days to qualify). So I saved about $60 for my 4 day covered stay. Made a reservation through their app, parked, and a bus just happened to be waiting right by my parking stall. The driver, dre, was super friendly and helped with my luggage on board. Really awesome guy. He got to the airport in 10 minutes and was a safe driver. Return trip was just as easy. Used the app to text them i was at the airport and a bus showed up 5 minutes later. They even asked if I was the one that texted. They drop you off exactly at your parked car regardless of whether you park in covered or uncovered! Much appreciated after having a long flight. There's no doubt I'll use them for future flights, even though I would have to pay next time. TIP: SAVE THE TICKET WITH YOUR PARKING SPOT NUMBER THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU FIRST PARK. It makes it so much easier for the driver to return you to your car especially when the bus has several passengers. read more

This is an excellent service. The van takes you directly to the doors of DIA terminal, where you walk in directly to the counter. Then on return, you walk directly out of the baggage area, to the shuttle island, and take a van back, which is always there waiting. The drivers are communicative and excellent. The parking is easier than long-term because there is ALWAYS a space ready for your car and the van is right there! It may seem longer getting to the terminal, but it isn't - the long-term lot forces you to walk and take time. There is no beating the price and even better with their promotions. You are missing out if you don't use this service. read more

These guys are on the ball! We have parked here on 3 separate occasions, all of which have been completely painless and straightforward. The staff at the main parking building have been extremely helpful and courteous every time, and our shuttle drivers have been very courteous as well. We've never had to wait very long at either the airport or at the parking facility to be picked up either way - maybe 10 minutes at the most. Parking and exiting the facility is also extremely easy. We have yet to have any problems and will continue to park here when we need to for flights. Great experiences! read more

Today was my first experience with Park DIA and it was outstanding! At $6/ day for uncovered parking, the price is hard to beat. I paid online the day before, (although next time I will probably not pay ahead of time bcs it is the same price if you just pay when you get there.) and scanning my QR code was easy and got me right in where I quickly found a parking spot and immediately there was a shuttle to pick me up. Howard was my driver and he totally rocked it! He took my bag for me, offered me a complimentary bottle of water, made good conversation, and whisked me straight to DIA in about 5 min. He dropped me off at a great spot and explained how to catch the shuttle back when I return. Doesn't get much easier and more affordable than this! read more

I've used ParkDIA several times and had previously recommended it to many of my friends. It's cheaper than many of the surrounding shuttle lots and offers free days as you build up points by using their app. The 1 star is for their lack of customer support. I parked there for 8 days in December and made a reservation for the dates through the app a week before and was charged then. When I arrived, I used my reservation QR code to enter; however, when I went to exit my check out QR code wouldn't work. I went over to the person working the exit window and she seemed to get it to work without question. Turns out, I was charged AGAIN for another 8 day reservation. I have emailed them with details of the charges and have now called them 3 times and have received ZERO indication that they are working to resolve the issue. I will most certainly be looking to other shuttle lots for my future airport parking needs and will recommend others also avoid ParkDIA for this reason read more

Waited for about 45 minutes for a shuttle to come pick us up from the airport (Park DIA advertises on their website that a shuttle comes every 5 minutes). There were about 20 or more of us waiting for a shuttle and we called more than 3 times requesting one. Even with us calling, they still took forever to actually send a shuttle to us. It was about 25 degrees outside. When the shuttle finally came, the driver was extremely rude and insisted this was only happening because "all flights seemed to be arriving at once today." If you only send ONE shuttle every hour, then of course it is going to be crowded and appear that we all landed at once. When we expressed complaints to the driver, he threatened to not drive us at all.... I saw about 10 or more of every other parking lot shuttle (USA Airport Parking, The Parking Spot, etc.) come during the time we waited. I will definitely be using one of those lots next time I drive to the airport.... read more

If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. I got a Groupon for Park DIA.. We are now waiting longer than 30 minutes and they still haven't showed up to pick us up. When the shuttle finally came (after 40" and three phone calls) the driver had trouble finding all the vehicles so that was another 1/2 HR on the shuttle. Then when we tried to exit, the machine would not take my Groupon & I had to pay another $38 on top of the Groupon I had already purchased. read more

They pick you up in one terminal and drive to the next before going to the lot. It doesn't matter which terminal you board the bus on. Recently I've parked at four of the off-airport lots, and ParkDIA is the best of them. They are the closest to DIA, so the shuttle ride is the shortest. Their covered parking is better than others because it's a big parking garage structure, not just covering like a car port (picture what you park under when you go to a Sonic Drive-In). At other lots, even with "covered" parking, my car would have snow on it when I returned. They use mobile technology. Everything is on my cell phone. I get discounts, free days, and I never need to pull out my credit card. They still need to iron out some of their procedures, but with my issues, a quick email or phone call, and everything is cleared up. Customer service is great. I've found my place to park. read more

I used the new parking facility called ParkDIA for the first time this week. It was a great experience. Located on the south west side of Pena (across from the other parking facilities and rental car agencies) it is a quicker ride to the terminal. Also, pickup was very fast, and the bus locator feature on their app gave me some piece of mind that they were en route. The staff are courteous and conscientious. I've used ParkDia probably 20 times over the last year. Today, it's 22° out and you had zero shuttles at the airport for 57 minutes!!! You are absolutely never getting my money again. Completely unacceptable especially because no one even answers your phones. There was no reason for this. We returned Sunday evening and went out to the island with about 50+ people waiting out there for a shuttle. There was no line, people were getting mad as people walked out and worked there way onto shuttles before others who waited longer. There were about 3-4 Wallypark/Canopy shuttles for every 1 ParkDia shuttle. I tried calling the office and getting a live person - that proved to be impossible. 30-40 min later, we were on a shuttle. I asked the driver who I would talk to about the wait, he told me to call the office. He said they can't get enough drivers to meet the demand and that the drivers were unhappy as well. I have used Park DIA many times. Each time it is a little worse-long waits and full busses from the terminal to parking. This last trip on 10/14 was terrible. Trying to get to the terminal from their lot we waited over 45 minutes for a bus to pick us up in their covered parking lot! Waited 10 minutes for the first bus and it was full. Waited another 30 minutes for the second bus. This was all in the covered parking area!!!! Needless to say it stressed out the entire trip. I talked to the staff while we were waiting and they recommended that I take an Uber from their parking lot to the terminal!!!! Are you kidding????? I'm looking elsewhere next time or maybe I will take the Uber. read more

Very Disappointed with Park DIA lately. I have religiously used them since they opened and raved about how great they were. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, But in the past 3-4 months they have significantly declined. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous, specifically when you land at DIA and are trying to get back to your vehicle. The amount of wait time and fighting within customers trying to get on shuttles is too much to handle. At this point I would rather pay more for a better service because Park DIA is not making the cut right now. read more

We had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle to take us from their lot to the airport. There were over 50 people waiting in line for a shuttle, so it was a total cluster trying to figure out who got on the shuttle when one finally showed up. They will not allow you to stand on the shuttle, so they can only take ~15 people per shuttle. read more

Don't be fooled! The wait time for this parking going to the airport is really about 30-45 minutes. The shuttle doesn't run consistently. I parked at the covered parking (paying double the price) but when the shuttle got to me, the shuttle was already full from customers who parked at the uncovered who pays way less. My husband keeps going in and out of the office to ask when the shuttle would come and the people in the office would just say we already called another shuttle. Coming back was the same issue, people were lined up when I got to the pick up location and I asked one person how long they've been waiting and they said about 20 minutes. When a shuttle got there, it only fits about ten people and the rest of us had to wait for another 20 minutes. read more

This was the absolute WORST experience ever!! The promise of "friendly" and "accommodating" was so far from the truth!! The staff was rude upon arrival to park-the promise also of handing out cards to remind you of where you parked was not accurate. The shuttle driver was friendly but the process was very uncoordinated and not smooth at all! Upon return at 11pm, not ONE shuttle EVER came to pick up anybody in the 40 mins that I waited!! There were multiple other shuttles for other parking placed multiple times that showed up! I finally paid for an uber- which ultimately defeated the purpose of the "cheap" parking and a service that was PROMISED to me!! After a long day of travel and flight delays it is not how I wanted to end my trip. Then when the Uber dropped us off, there were multiple shuttles with multiple staff members just sitting around chatting. THEN to top it off, my QR code that I'm just supposed to be able to scan to get out wouldn't work! This was by far the WORST experience!! I will never recommend this place, and I will pay 3x the amount to park elsewhere next time!! read more

I don't know what has happened here. We've parked here a ton of times and it was great. Suddenly there aren't nearly enough shuttles with picking up or dropping off. No one was guiding people at the car pickup line. We had to drive back to the main building to see if anyone was picking us up. Then we had to wait forever to get picked up.
