These people sell TONS of Groupons and do not use the profits they earn to provide a better service for the customers. If your lot is full you should run more than a couple of shuttles. An hour long wait at the airport for a shuttle is just ridiculous. Avoid and do business with Canopy or The Park Spot. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would ... had to wait over 30 minutes for our van to the terminal, almost missing our flight. When we returned, we had to wait over 45 minutes BEFORE WE SAW A SINGLE SHUTTLE, then another 10 before we could fit on one the lines were so long. Will never use again. The first few times we used they were great, but this is our fourth terrible experience so no more chances. read more

ParkDIA used to be great, but the management has dropped the ball apparently. At drop off we had to wait nearly 15 minutes for a shuttle to show up, there were people waiting longer, to get taken to the airport. Upon returning we had to wait 30 minutes in 20 degree weather before the first shuttle showed up. Reason given by the office staff, due to the bad weather several drivers decided not to come to work... it's F@#KING Denver we get bad weather! Get control of your people! Also the ParkDIA app is a joke, upon return could not access it, so had to go to the office so we could exit. Get your SH*T together. read more

This morning, I arrived at DIA and headed to the new pick up location. There was an enormous line of people waiting for the shuttle (again). We all stood there in the 37 degrees while ALL other shuttle services picked up their passengers. While I feel that the shuttle to the airport is great, the last several times I have used ParkDIA the return to the parking lot has been HORRIBLE! I have decided the prices are good but definitely not worth the frustration and time to waste waiting for shuttles. I guess the shuttle buses state "closest" 1st in case customers need to walk back to their cars! read more

Parking at ParkDIA was really easy and a shuttle drove up to our car right as we parked. Coming back, an empty shuttle stocked with water arrived right as we got to the island and drove us back to our car. Drivers are very courteous and helpful. I was a little bit nervous reading prior reviews about the unavailability of shuttles but that was not the case for us at all!! A no hassle airport parking experience at a reasonable rate. My family and I used ParkDIA for the first time in March and it was a fantastic experience; MUCH better than parking at Pikes Peak, etc. However, we just got back from a trip in June and when we arrived, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for a shuttle -- we would have missed our flight if security was backed up. We thought it was a fluke... but then the return portion was even worse!! There were about 40 people waiting on the island to get a ride from the shuttle which maybe seats 15 and you aren't allowed to stand. It was super annoying! Their shuttles just aren't big enough and/or they don't have enough shuttle drivers. Either way, I seriously doubt we will ever use them again. Very disappointed. read more

We usually have nothing but great things to say about ParkDIA, but this weekend's experience was absolutely unacceptable. I don't know if they lost half their staff unexpectedly or what, but it took 40 minutes to be dropped off on Thursday evening and a whopping 50 minutes to be dropped off back at our car today. Also, what happened to picking passengers up at their vehicles? We had to walk to a waiting area and stand there with 30 people and fight to get on the next shuttle 35 minutes later. And the drivers aren't giving accurate locator slips because they're not picking up carside, so it's up to the rider to remember where their car is (it's easy to do, but made it take longer to find everyone's cars) Once we got back in the lot, the driver kept passing people's vehicles and they'd have to say "omg please just let me out and I'll walk," not a great experience by any stretch of the imagination- I hope management gets their team back on track and can provide the level of service they used to. It absolutely shouldn't take that long- we saw at least 6 Canopy shuttles in the time it took to get ONE ParkDIA to show up. If this doesn't change, we'll take our business back to USAirport or pay a little more for quick service at Canopy. read more

Terrible experience. First, online reservation system was erratic. Never showed our original reservation made weeks in advance. Then mysteriously, it did. But only after we made a "second" reservation. We called and they said system was having issues. Once that was resolved, upon our return to DIA at the conclusion of the trip, found lines 80-100 deep for a shuttle, which were not large like other providers, but of the smaller "van" variety. We opted not to weight in line for 1 to 2 hours, which would have equaled our flight time from AZ. Instead, took a cab to their garage. And on top of everything, its not much of a cost savings over DIA's close in covered parking. I think we saved $25 for our 3 day trip. Really a bad experience. We won't make this mistake again. read more

ParkDIA was unable to provide wheelchair access. After previously being told by an employee to call ahead for an accessible bus, they would not send an accessible bus until we were literally waiting outside at the pickup area. We watched four regular busses pass by, with all drivers saying the accessible bus was only three minutes away. We sat in the cold for an hour, which is especially harmful for anyone with medical conditions. It took an hour from calling to have an accessible van arrive, and the lift was broken. I had to be carried up the stairs by my wife. This is absolutely unacceptable service and access. No one should have to be carried up and down stairs as the only means of access. We were given a free parking pass as compensation, but no apology or promise for improved access in the future by management. read more

I have had nothing but good things to say about park DIA. Dre is the best driver, he's sweet and helpful and always seems to be working. It's always nice too see him after my long flights. It's the cheapest and closest. I'm going to continue to park here. I fly at least 5 times a month, never a bad experience for me. read more

Have had ok experiences in the past here and the rates are low but today was terrible. They usually drive around and pick people up at their cars. We waited about 20 min and still hadn't been picked up. We walked to the end of the lane and still nothing. We called and asked and they said to stay in our row and that they would be around shortly. Still nothing. Finally we start walking to other lanes and find out that several rows down there is a huge line of people in a line to load the shuttle with a sign saying to do so. No instruction on arrival or on the phone and this isn't typically how Park DIA operates, so how were we supposed to know to do this? We wasted so much time being patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt, and now we will probably be late to our flight. We are finally on the shuttle as I'm writing this, but by the time we get to the airport this process would have taken almost an hour. Very disappointed. read more

My flight took off early and landed late so I was worried (as a woman) about security but the shuttle picked me up immediately in the well lit lot. The drivers assisted me with my bags and the drive to the airport was about 7 minutes. Check out was extremely simple. I will be using this again for future trips. read more

Drivers are friendly and they drop you at your vehicle. However, lately they have been very short staffed on drivers and the wait has been up to 45 minutes until a shuttle comes that actually has room on it to get to the lot. Not a fun wait after a long day of travel. If they can't get the shuttles running more frequently we won't continue to use them. read more

We came for an early morning flight. The shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Our shuttle driver, Melina, was courteous and I can tell she truly cares about her guests. Her shuttle was full immediately and she made a great effort to ensure that other drivers knew about the guests she couldn't fit. On May 28th my husband and I landed at DIA and were promptly picked up by Howard in the Park DIA shuttle. We told him our problem. Our kids had left the country for a vacation in Viet Nam and we were unable to get their message as to where in the Park DIA parking lot they had left their vehicle. We had the car keys, but no location to find the vehicle. So armed only with the info about the vehicle, make, model and license plate, Howard, my husband and I cruised that large lot for over thirty minutes. Finding nothing, we returned to the reception area where the supervisor Rocky initiated another search party while we relaxed in comfort. Howard returned within ten minutes to say that they had found the vehicle. Within minutes we were on our way. Thanks to Howard and Rocky for their kindness, patience and courtesy. I have to say this place was great when it first opened, but it is already going downhill fast. The last two times that I parked here, I've had an impossible time getting out late at night. Only two of the four lanes are open. If most people are using a QR code to scan and leave, why can't there be more lanes open? One time my QR code wouldn't work and this last time the same happened to the person in front of me. It clogged up our entire lane while we waited for them to find a solution. Gal in the booth never came over to help the customer, cars backed up for 10 minutes. I finally had to get out of my car and go talk to the booth gal. She was completely unhelpful and unconcerned. If they are supposed to be utilizing technology to speed the process, they don't have a clue because it has been a fiasco lately to get out of there and I personally am done using ParkDIA. read more

This is my "go to" when parking my vehicle before flying out of DIA. I love that it's close to the airport, parking costs are reasonable with discounts (Corporate and club), and the drivers are always accommodating and polite! I love the app to request a ride when landing and being able to kind of track where there buses are. I know competition is coming in the same location but as long as the discounts are offered, I don't anticipate to change parking garages. read more

Left 50+ passengers waiting at West terminal for an hour+ in the heat. Shuttle drivers were angry and complained about management not being able to staff them adequately (which was evident). Also their method of whipping around the aisles of the parking lot while you click the clicker of your car to see the lights on the car light up seems wildly inefficient. All around a stressful experience and I feel bad for their customers and shuttle drivers. read more

Really bad experience...will absolutely not return. I travel quite a bit for business and routinely park at one of their competitors. I have seen their new facility and nice vans- so I figured I would give it a try over the holiday weekend. Booked a reservation online for outside parking, paid with my credit card and they sent me a QR code. About 20 minutes after booking the reservation (they send you a confirmation email) I realized that I had booked for an hour too short, although the extra hour would not push me anywhere near a full day...I had scheduled to drop off at 9am and return at Noon, so the extra hour would not really affect the overall reservation since I had paid for five full days. So I called the office immediately and was told "just scan your qr code when you come in and don't worry about it." I was skeptical and called again the next morning only to be told that the customer service person could not find my reservation and to just "show up and get a ticket when you pulled in." I explained to her that I had prepaid and it didn't seem to get through to her - so I gave up. So many things concerned me -- including the fact that she "couldn't find my reservation" despite the fact that I had already paid...but clearly there was going to be no "service" for this customer so I figured I would try to handle on-site. When we pulled into the facility the following morning, I asked the attendant where to scan my qr code, to which she responded "take a ticket." I explained to her that we had prepaid, and she said "I don't know what you should do - it's only my second day." Great. It wasn't her fault - she was actually really nice and i felt bad for her...but why bother having someone at the gate if they don't know what they are doing??? So despite the fact that there are no people directing you where to park, we find a parking spot quickly that was nice except the bus stopped nowhere near where we parked. As a matter of fact, no one we came across seemed to know where or why the bus stopped. I think we were lucky and we're able to accidentally run into a shuttle bus... They actually seemed quite disorganized ... even when we got on the bus things were disorganized - with the very friendly driver just basically doing laps around the lot. The kicker for me was that the driver did not offer or have a parking locator card - a must for any long term airport parking lot. That seems basic block and tackle to me... Anyway, to make a long story short when we returned, I was very pleasantly surprised that I had to pay a full extra day despite explaining to the woman at the exit gate the whole situation. She simply would not bother looking at my reservation, the timing or anything. All she would say is "if you go over your reservation you have to pay a full additional day. If you have a problem with that I can give you the number of the manager." Very disappointed in ParkDIA - I had high hopes and in the end was let down. Will not return. May be the worst and most disorganized airport parking experience I have ever had! read more

Love that it is so close to the airport. The are plenty of shuttles to get to end from the airport quickly. Friendly staff and drivers. Live the checkin/ checkout app. Had trouble figuring checkout but the attendant made it work. read more
