Two weekends ago, I parked here. Upon my return at midnight, I expected to walk right on a bus after calling and alerting them I was waiting. I get to the island and see a long line. Everyone is waiting for a shuttle bus. There were a good 50+ people in front of me and behind me. People were upset and so was I. There was one shuttle every 10 min or so. ParkDIA is aware of when people return as it's a question on the reservation form. They need to plan better! Then the driver didn't even bring us to our cars but rather dropped us off at the isle. It was 12:45 am and here I am walking by myself. Unacceptable! read more

NOT ADA FRIENDLY I frequently park at ParkDIA. When I arrived on January 6, 2024, it was pretty empty as far as customers go. A shuttle passed by me and didn't stop. It wasn't full. The driver reached the end of the row, started to reverse, stopped and then kept going in drive mode. I called and spoke with someone in customer service and they told me I needed to walk to the beginning of the row in order to be picked up. That has never been the protocol for pick up at ParkDIA and it's also an unreasonable request for someone with a disability. read more

This is a parking lot for the airport. Obviously everyone's experience is going to vary a little bit depending on how stressed of a traveler they are, how busy of a travel day it is, etc. I happened to have a great experience. I booked this a few days in advance online because it was the cheapest option out of all of the parking spots. I got an uncovered parking for 4 nights and paid ~$28 dollars. When I pulled in I was given a row assignment to park in. When I parked a bus was nearby and actually was driving around and picking people up. The bus driver helped me and my party with ski bags. We drive around picking up more people and then went to the arrivals. The bus dropped each person off at their respective airline check-in gate. When we returned there were really frequent buses coming to pick people up who were arriving. We missed the first one we saw, but another one came quickly. We showed the bus driver the card we were given which communicate the row where we parked and we were dropped off right at our car. read more

Sucks. Their Christmas present to me was to cancel my reservation the night before (which I'd had, paid up, for months). On Christmas eve late in the evening I happened to check my email and saw to my horror that ParkDIA had canceled my reservation because they were full. It is their job to make sure that they have enough spots for their reservations. Period. I was left to scramble for a place to leave my car for my 5:40 a.m. flight Christmas morning. Luckily, other parking lots guarantee your spot. Just like a real "reservation". ParkDIA doesn't apparently understand the meaning of the word. I will never use them again. read more

Like recent reviewers, I also experienced an horribly long wait. I ended up just ordering an Uber because I have a family to get home to and I did not want to wait another hour. The line was atrociously long and there was only 1 shuttle during my 30 minute time standing there. I would have needed to wait for three more shuttles before securing a spot. I've used this lot so many times before and it's gotten progressively worse over the years. Oh and my driver was super rude when leaving the lot for my departure and didn't even give me a paper for where I was parked- I had to write it down on my phone. Unbelievably bad service. Arrived, with family, on the morning of 17 Oct 2024 at 4:30am and had to join a line of ~50 people waiting for a bus. After 20 mins considered an uber but projected 10 min wait nixed that. Was heading back to car when van finally arrived. Bottom line - missed flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight! I have been travelling a long time and this was one of my worst experiences. Never again!! read more

Park DIA is always incredibly reliable. There is always a shuttle that will pick you up within 5-10 minutes even at 4:30AM. The drivers are kind and helpful. It's a great price (cheaper than even one Uber) and nice to have your car so easily accessible after a long trip. Highly recommend!!! read more

My flight arrived after midnight, and the Park DIA shuttle was already there when I got my bags. My service dog and I were the first people on the shuttle so I figured we'd be waiting, but Amine (our driver), took us right away to my car, without me even having to ask him. He let my dog and I off and carried my bags down for me. He was so nice and helpful, I will DEFINITELY use ParkDIA again! read more

ParkDIA used to be the belle of the ball for airport parking when it was the new kid on the block. Now that it's gotten more popular because it lives on Groupon, it is probably the worst off-airport parking lot. You might get lucky with them a time or two, but after a few times, you realize that they don't invest in enough shuttle drivers for the number of people who park in their lot. They have one of the biggest parking lots, but they run shuttles at probably 25% to 50% of the frequency of The Parking Spot, WallyPark, Fine, and pretty much any other lot. After returning to DIA after my last trip, we saw 3 Parking Spots, 2 WallyParks, 2 US Airport Parking, and 2 Fine Parking shuttles in the 30 minutes that it took us to see one ParkDIA shuttle. How many people were lined up for ParkDIA as a result? At least 50. Since only 15 people can be on the shuttle at once, if you're in the back of the line, you are waiting for the fourth shuttle. That is INSANE. You'd be waiting for 60+ minutes! When you're either heading to the airport or coming back from a long journey, the lines for the ParkDIA shuttles add a whole different variable to your travel schedule that is really difficult to predict. This is not the place to park if you're cutting it close with your flight time. While the lot itself is big, it is incredible that they won't invest in some stop signs, even stop signs in cement Home Depot buckets. New customers have no clue that they're supposed to stop before entering the many plus-shaped intersections throughout the lot, and this leads to MANY close calls if you're parked far away from the exit. The lack of direction and signage is begging for you to get into an accident with someone who is there for the first time. People use ParkDIA because it seems cheaper, but when you factor in the additional 30-60 minutes that they add to your total journey compared to other lots, just pay the $5-$10 difference and park somewhere else. read more

My friend and I had a Denver weekend adventure; so until I flew in, she rented a car through ParkDIA. Because I flew into Denver really late, she was able to have me take the complimentary ParkDIA shuttle from the airport, to meet her at ParkDIA. I found the shuttle service with the other airport and hotel transportation options at the airport, and let the driver know that I was meeting my friend at ParkDIA. The shuttle was spacious enough, with a rack for your luggage. When we arrived to ParkDIA, the driver drove to those who had their car parked at ParkDIA, so they didn't have to walk very far. And he dropped me right off in front of the office where my friend was waiting. Until our Uber came to take us into Denver, we were able to wait in the lounge, which had complimentary drinks, a bathroom and a TV. It was nice that they were also open so late, since I arrived after 11PM. Overall, this was a good experience with ParkDIA. read more

READ THIS REVIEW!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!! We had a reservation days in advance to park for 10 days at ParkDIA. Upon arrival, they were completely full and would not honor our reservation. They were rude and gave us no guidance on how to proceed..we were willing to wait for cars to come out of lot to allow is to go in...apparently not an option!! It was 11 oclock at night as we were taking a red-eye with two kids and lots of baggage. Our only option was to rush to the onsite parking and schlep..our parking bill was 170$ plus the unreimbursed 50$ for park DIA...a crime really and we will look into recouping our monies.. Well, I left off my last review a few months ago mentioning I had yet to experience one of the "nightmares" of others but now here comes an updated review just to say that I have and will be moving on from ParkDIA as things have just been getting worse. I just want to echo the sentiments of others who are frustrated and saying that ParkDIA has deteriorated in their service. They have. The app sucks/doesn't function, no one picks up their phones, and the lines for pickup from the airport back to the lot are long and simply absurd. They clearly have organizational dysfunction and/or not enough drivers to run the shuttles to accommodate the number of individuals who use their service. They use their radios/walkie-talkies but I don't know what the hell they are even talking about because it's not working. The waits are simply getting longer and more disorganized. I waited 25 minutes to be picked up in a shuttle this time. I was lucky. I was one of the first that was waiting. The group of us waiting got exceedingly longer. We watched 3 ParkDIA shuttles drive through to the drop-off area. I signaled to each driver that we were waiting. Ultimately one finally came around. They claim shuttles run every 15 minutes. Even if so, this is pretty terrible for a parking shuttle service at a major airport. All of us watched as competitor lots (WallyPark, Canopy Parking, Fine, The Parking Spot, etc.) had multiple shuttles come through and pick up their guests. Additionally, the rates at ParkDIA have gone up as the customer service has dropped. The Groupon is simply not worth it anymore. I'd rather pay a little more and take my business elsewhere. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Cost me an extra $140 above what I agreed to pay. I had a reservation for park for 10 days at ParkDIA. Upon my arrival to the lot, I was turned away, stating they had overbooked and could not accomodate me. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I was left to scramble for parking at another lot just hours before my flight and was put in danger of missing my flight. When I arrived at the ParkDIA lot, the attendant was very friendly and promised that ParkDIA would cover my unexpected additional cost for parking last minute at a more expensive lot. When I emailed to request my reimbursement, I was told by upper management that they would not reimburse me. ParkDIA cost me an extra $140 dollars for parking. If only they had notified me ahead of time that the lot was full, I would not have been left to scramble. Every attendant and shuttle driver I have interacted with is great, but the corporate office is GREEDY and DISRESPECTFUL of people's travel plans. read more

Let's face it they are some of the cheapest parking around and you get what you pay for which can be great or something else. Management has made the focus on profit not service. The spaces are small and they do pack them in. Shuttles from the site to the airport are pretty fast. When you get back you have no idea if you're getting your car. Shuttles are packed or nonexistent. The people seem good, but management has made their jobs hard. ParkDIA should reread their mission statement or change it to we might try harder some day. read more

Booked a reservation a week in advance only to receive a cancellation email 15 minutes before arrival. Obviously already in the car and pulling up. There is no way you just found out you were overbooked and at capacity 15 minutes before reservation and had no way to give an advance notice of at least 24 hours. This is my go-to for parking when I need to fly out of Denver! I'm honestly surprised that the rating isn't better overall. I have used them more than 20 times by now, and it has always been a great experience! You can choose to register ahead of time (sometimes there's a discount around holidays!) or take a ticket when you get there. You can choose between uncovered, covered, or valet parking. I'm cheap about things like that, so I do uncovered and double check I have an ice scraper in the car for winter just in case. They usually (only once they didn't) come meet you at your car with the shuttle. They'll give you a ticket for your car location so that the return shuttle driver can help you find it. The shuttle runs quite frequently, and it's a short ride to the airport. They drop you off by your flight company for your ease of check-in! When you return, they're on the very end, making it super easy to find. Again, the shuttles run quite regularly. Then, you give the driver your ticket, and they drop you off right at your car! The drivers have always been super friendly and helpful. I'll always keep giving this place my business! read more

Do not park here. Is cheap, but you will wait 30 to 45 mins for a shuttle after you land. This is a picture from 08/22/21 with over 100 people waiting. They will probably respond to this with "we're sorry" but that doesn't give us all back the hour of waiting. "Sheri H", listed as the owner has replied to my post and even listed an email. I sent them and email and they have not replied. This is not a good company, they leave you hanging after they have your money and then post this "canned" reply to every Yelp reply as lip-service and do nothing. Don't bother. Purchased pre-paid reservation through a third party vendor only to show up and have them try to turn us away. Finally agreed to let us park as we had a plane flight to get to but no explanation as to why they initially wouldn't honor a reservation. Return home and they tell us we can't leave until we produce proof of payment. No longer had the confirmation email because we used it to get into the lot, thought we would just need the ticket issued to leave. Asked what they wanted us to do as we were not going to pay an additional 90$. Finally let out and will never use them or cheapairportparking.org ever again. read more

I went with ParkDIA because I couldn't find the Facebook deal for Canopy, so this one became the cheapest option. You can reserve and pay online in advance, which makes it very easy. I arrived in the parking lot at 5:50am (on a Wednesday), was shuttled out by 5:55am (no wait!), and at DEN security by 6:15am. It was very quick, the driver was very friendly, and the shuttle picked up right next to my vehicle. The trip back was just as easy. I walked out of DEN and a ParkDIA shuttle was waiting (this was around 4pm on a Sunday). We were there for about five more minutes while other passengers loaded up, and then I was dropped off right at my vehicle! I will use this service again. read more

Overall this is very convenient. The buses and drivers are quick to help you, easy to use, and the price was not too bad. However, the parking lot signage is pretty terrible. You need to be on your guard because there are no stop signs or ground paint nothing stops between shuttle lanes and parking spaces. My wife and I waited a full hour for The ParkDIA shuttle to pick us up on the way to an international flight. A very long line of people waited for shuttle service. The airline agent told us we arrived at the desk 5 minutes before the acceptable check-in time! I complained to ParkDIA's customer service, who refused to give us even a partial refund for our inconvenience. We'll never use ParkDIA again and suggest that you don't either. read more

They pick you up at your parking space and drop you back off as well.. no long walks with your bags! They have a lot of shuttles so no long waits at their location or the airport when you return.... Okay... this post has nothing bad about the drivers. They have been very nice and courteous. But the company. SUCKS. Maybe they've gotten so popular overtime and the increased demand in traveling is not something they expected immediately? Which I think is bull. As a company you know you're going to make a lot more money during this time post Covid so increase workers. It's always the big guys sitting on a huge pile of gold while the small workers suffer. Anyways. I used to park here a lot over the last 3 years and now I'm finally letting go. Here's why: We waited 40 minutes in line to get picked up. And that's considered lucky. Others gotta wait even longer. And I'm not counting the moment that I got off the plane. I'm counting the time when I got to island 3 to wait for pickup. I've been parking at Park DIA since they opened. They have 10 electric car charging spots in their covered parking , so we've relied on being able to park there and paying 3x more to do so. Unfortunately this is an area where birds tend to nest in the rafters and there are a few spots that are consistently plagued w bird droppings on those parked cars. It makes for a disappointing return when your car has been bombed by birds. Now, to make matters worse, Park DIA has begun to allow ANYONE to park in these spaces. Today, for the second time, we arrived only to find NO electric charging spaces available. Out of 10 spaces, the were 8 occupied by non- electric, non- charging vehicles. When we drive to the airport having made a reservation, we rely on being able to charge our vehicle. It is maddening to arrive and find more than half the spaces with gas powered cars taking up those spaces. Speaking with one of the drivers, we were told that management made that decision to allow anyone to park in the charging spaces. It is very disappointing that a company to when we've been loyal since the start seems to care less about their customers. They fenced off half their covered lot for something else now, offering even less covered spaces. Park DIA has lost us as a customer. read more

30 people waiting for a shuttle... one group was rejected twice and had been waiting 30 minutes. Our group of 4 got rejected (covid capacity limit). We walked to the entrance and ordered a Lyft. Never again!!!! read more
