I had to wait for a consult until Nov 10th, 2022, which was another 5-minute appt. to confirm "yes" biopsy as next step. I then had to wait until Dec 15th for the actual biopsy. Totally get that medical facilities are busy. However, I was told I would get results within 5-7 days, yet it is now Jan 10th, 2023, and I have yet to receive a call. I've called multiple times and have had to leave a message each time. Still no call back. Very frustrating especially given the anxiety about cancer or some other cause that should be treated. So, if you are concerned about a situation I don't recommend going to this clinic.

I was in a deep, deep depression for the year and a half after the botched job, and Dr. Lamberti was able to provide exactly what he said he would. Unlike other plastic surgeons, he doesn't keep a pretentious office or surgery center, it seemed to be a regular hospital but the quality of his work is much better than the flashy practices. He also doesn't get overly personal with patients and sticks to business in a friendly way which I respect. From my experience I would say you can definitely trust him, it is expensive but for me I got my life and identity back which makes it worth it.

After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.

Needless to say we aren't tree huggers....it would probably kill us. Shots are quick, appointments are easy. If you're in need of an allergist...check them out. Upon arrival, I was shown into a room to do a hearing test. The woman doing the test was very kind, patient with me and thorough. I then saw Dr. Lowrey. It didn't take her very long to figure out what my problem was, she listened very carefully to the symptoms I described and checked me thoroughly. She was a great listener. She was patient with me expressing my feelings (and fears) and diagnosed me, giving me the specific directions of what I could do to "fix" my problem. I was very satisfied with the entire office, their staff and my experience.

The PA may ultimately be correct that this is eustachian tube dysfunction and fluid that will take time to resolve, but I did not feel heard during the visit. When I asked about additional options, including imaging, tubes, or other interventions given my ongoing symptoms and upcoming travel, the discussion felt dismissive and at times patronizing rather than collaborative. The visit itself consisted primarily of earwax removal and a prescription, which left me feeling like I had not received the level of specialist consultation I expected from an ENT practice. I've since scheduled follow-up with one of the physicians and am hopeful for a more thorough discussion of both short-term management and longer-term prevention strategies.

Dr. Christopher Yang, ENT (Otolaryngologist) performed four procedures on my husband: UPPP,…read moreglossectomy, repaired a deviated septum and tonsillectomy. These procedures were being performed because my husband had terrible sleep apnea and could not tolerate the CPAP machine. He explained all the procedures in great detail, so we could understand the associated risks and potential outcomes with surgery. Dr. Yang is one of very few premiere surgeons who perform the CPPP glossectomy procedure. This it is a very complex and complicated procedure in which he customized perfectly for my husband's anatomy, so he could breathe better especially while he slept. This was very significant as my husband had more than 22 sleep apnea episodes per night where he quit breathing. Dr. Yang is a phenomenal and skilled surgeon as well as, a very compassionate physician. My husband was a very difficult and complex case to begin with, so the extra care and attention my husband received made Dr. Yang the BEST ENT as far as we are concerned. We are so very thankful to Dr. Christopher Yang for all he has done for us, because he did go the extra mile for us, he definitely made us feel as we were his number one priority (he even came in on his day off before he left on vacation). No accolades would be enough to express our gratitude, appreciation, admiration and respect we have for Dr. Christopher Yang. We highly recommend him without any hesitation.

I have been a patient at Hands For Living for 2 years now with multiple surgeries to my hand. All the staff have been incredibly compassionate, professional, timely and friendly. Although each staff has been excellent in my treatment, my favorite caregiver has been Vanessa. She is engaging and lively and competent. Thank you again Vanessa for your guidance in my healing. The clinic is clean and spacious. They interface with my hand surgeon for any updates to my treatment. They also speak Spanish for those clients who do. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I called Hands for Living looking for occupational therapy that centered on hands. I have a…read moreneurological disorder that leaves the muscles in my hands weak, and I have a tremor that makes fine-motor work difficult. The person who answered the phone didn't know if they worked with hand tremors or neurological disabilities involving the hands. No problem. I don't expect everyone at a job to know everything, especially in the medical field. The problem was her attitude. She sounded almost surprised that I was asking the question. She acted blown away that someone would call into an occupational therapist's office that focused on hands with a HAND-focused nerve problem. She almost sounded disgusted. When I asked if she had any recommendations for other clinics, all she would tell me is that "I wouldn't even know where to begin to figure that out." Then she wished me a good day and hung up. For a medical clinic that treats people with debilitating medical conditions, the lack of sensitivity when communicating with a potential client was astounding. It's hard enough to find compassion in the medical field, particularly as a woman, but the least they could do is have a little more tact.
