It was great for us to build a rapport with one team who both picked up our whole house and delivered it to in Vegas. We had lots of vintage furniture and art, and we knew we needed some extra help to ensure that items were carefully wrapped, stacked, and packed onto the truck. The crew--Tanner, Benny, Ben, and Jonathan--were all professional, efficient, helpful, and very careful with our belongings. HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Yury responded to my Yelp project, had 5 stars!, provided me with an estimate, communicated with me promptly via text - to schedule, arrived promptly on time, was friendly, and - even though it took him longer than his original estimate to fix, and I offered to compensate him accordingly - he refused my higher price! Jordan was very professional and pleasant to deal with, he cleaned my chimney and wood burning stove, even moving the stove out of the fireplace that it sat in (something that previous chimney sweeps had never done before). His pricing was reasonable and he was very honest about what I could do versus what I needed to do down the road- contrary to the other guy who told me I needed to do $X, $Y and $Z otherwise I was going to spontaneously combust.
