To me, that means they came out a lot quicker than the expectations they set and the price seemed fair and reasonable. We had Heir drill us a new well to fix our water pressure but our house still seems to have low water pressure despite their efforts. To add further problems to their work, they left our lawn in shambles with dirt scattered everywhere as if they did it on purpose instead of organizing it in a neat pile for future removal. DO NOT use this business at all costs if you value your money and your time. Now my family needs to spend even more money to fix the mess they made on top of their ridiculous fees. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Hier Drilling recently and we will absolutely use them for any well issues moving forward. Our well pump completely died at 9pm on July 3rd. We tried several companies and no one was willing/able to help us because of the holiday and busy schedules. We have two small children and elderly parents that live with us so being completely without water was a major issue. Hier Drilling worked us in within a day a contacting them and were professional, efficient and very reasonably priced. They were able to get water restored temporarily and then return the next day to replace the well pump and get our system fully back online. They truly came to our rescue and we are so appreciative!! Based on this experience with them, we are customers for life and would highly recommend them! read more

turned out be worthless as teats on a boar pig. Asked them to dig a well. 2 years go by, they don't show up. another year goes by and my permit expires. Visited their office 3 times to try and get them to drill. No go. Guess it was my mistake to not pursue other options. read more

Terrible customer service. DONT use this company. Called to get a quote for a new water well drill. Passed off to Bruce for a quote. He stated that he was too busy. I asked what his time frame was and he stated he was out 2 or 3 months. I told him that was perfect as I was looking to start in about 3 months since the home is just starting being built. He again said he was too busy to give a quote. Completely unprofessional. Companies like this should be out of business for the way they want to treat potential customers. read more

Thank you to Hier Drilling Well and Pump Services! They spent several hours here, replaced original copper pipes that had broken, and after 24 hours - we have water again! My well stopped working at 6 p.m. I called Hier at 7:15 a.m. the next day and somebody picked up! I told them my problem and they had guys out within 2 hours. They diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Thankfully it was a minor problem. I've used several well companies of the years, and I'll definitely use these guys again, and recommend them to my neighbors. read more

We noticed reduced water pressure, which had probably had been going on for a while. We built our house 23 years ago, so we knew there was a possibility that something would need to be replaced as pumps and pressure tanks typically have a 10-15y life. The guys from Hier Drilling came out and worked on the pressure tank, figured out it needed to be replaced. Then they tested the pump, and decided they would pull it up out of the well to evaluate it. It too needed to be replaced. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable, kept us informed the whole time and answered all of our questions. They got everything done faster than expected and the cost was very reasonable! I wish zero stars were available. They showed up unannounced, even though we were promised a day and time. I offered to move my trash so the trucks could have access...they said was not necessary and then ran over my trash. Removed a fence that was not necessary. Very little communication throughout the drilling process. When they ran into a problem, no options were offered. Choose anyone else before picking these folks. read more
