I called on Saturday and told them my problem. They said it would take a few days to get the part in so we arranged for the repair Wednesday morning. Luckily I carry enough food and water for 2 weeks. Tow truck companies only send their trucks on paved road. I was 3.7 miles down a county maintained gravel road. After considering being towed to the pavement by a 4X4 and then by a tow truck, they decided they could send out a truck pulling a flat bed trailer. This cut my towing cost in half!!! Not a typical towing call, that's for sure. I asked for a tune up since the car was already in their shop. No problem. I needed new spark plugs and they recommended replacing the serpentine belt as well. They accomplished the work in the estimated amount of time AND they were very accommodating to me and my mini pig Kevin. Like I said, not your typical towing & repair job. THANKS to the whole crew!

Then we reached A2Z Towing. What a difference! Despite being busy, they quoted just a one-hour wait--and showed up even sooner. Not only were we driving an extremely large truck, but we were also towing a trailer loaded with a Polaris, which meant we needed an exceptionally large tow rig to handle the job. He quickly changed the tire to our donut and very nice. We called ahead to Joe's and they were so nice checking for our tire size in stock. Luckily the employee was able to plug the tire. He didn't stop there, he dunked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. Helped us put the donut back in truck after he filled it with air, and aired up all four tire. All this for $25. Founds myself with a flat rear tire on my motorcycle about 30 miles east of Quartzite, AZ on US10…read morearound 4pm. Called AAA who connected me with a dispatcher (Eric I believe) from A Toe Truck. Long story short, I wanted to get to Goodyear, AZ (~70 miles) but the problem was they couldn't tow me beyond Tonopah. In order to get me to Goodyear they need to arrange and coordinate a 'relay' where another tow truck would meet us and they would transfer my bike to the new company who could tow me the rest of the way. Eric was MORE than communicative and answered my calls looking for updates and progress. After 3+ hours and they hadn't been able to arrange a relay it was pitch black, cold, and we (my buddy stayed with me) had a hard time seeing anything other than the non-stop whizzing of cars/semi's rolling past. Eric sent a truck as a 'safety tow' to get me to Quartzite to spend the night in a hotel so I was safe and they would work on arranging a relay tow first thing in the morning. Erick coordinated with AAA so I could have the safety tow and AAA would still allow my tow (~100 miles from Quartzite) under my AAA membership. Wanting to avoid the relay experience from the previous night I opted for a tow to the Harley-Davidson dealer in Yuma first thing the next morning. All in all I dealt with 2 dispatchers (Erick/Jasmine) and 2 drivers (Tyrone/Javier) and they were ALL courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and showed the utmost in patience and attitude to me and my buddy throughout the entire ordeal. While I'm disappointed with AAA and this whole 'relay' concept and that they couldn't authorize an exception to provide A Toe Truck compensation given the time/safety of the situation, as a two provider A Toe Truck is top notch! We call AZ highway patrol and they sent the request to A TOE TRUCK to pick up our vehicle and made it a priority. Anthony met us at the Pilot gas station we explained our situation with needed our car towed back home and he advised his dispatcher would work with AAA to be sure we would be covered to the extent of our membership. Anthony was great at helping us with our situation and getting our car seats out of our vehicle. He was kind, professional and exceeded our expectations. Their rates were reasonable and their customer service was great! I would definitely recommend them if you are ever stranded in AZ.
