Instead of fixing the issues they charged me $200 to confirm that indeed the truck was throwing a code and the block heater cord needed replace (they originally wanted $400). I spent an hour there as well as the $200 and my vehicle still needs repair. They did indicate that if I had the work done I would get the $200 credited to the bill. The estimate was outrageous! Over $400 to replace a FILTER. Remove 8 bolts and install a $130 part, reverse the process. Maybe 1/2 hour of labor. NO way! Again go somewhere else!
