Researched afterwards and found that reviews were unanimous in that these tires were not to be used in wintry conditions. I live in Vermont, so will try to survive the next two or three winters before replacing.   (3) Was not informed about waiting area (hidden behind row of tires). Instead, sat on dirty worker's chair outside of building. (4) Advertisement on counter says free check of battery, brake lines, belts, fluids, filters, and more. Upon inquiry, however, told that Tire Warehouse only checks battery. That's false advertising. Will try Brattleboro Tire next time.

Waited 30…read moreminutes to be called by the Attendant who told me that they couldn't switch my tires because my car is AWD and the tires are for a Front Wheel Drive vehicle. I explained my car is not AWD it is FWD and they have switched the exact same tires on the exact same vehicle last year. The Manager said "well, actually one of the treads on one of my tires is worn and I would have to buy a new tire." So I asked are you saying you can't switch my tires because there is a worn tread on one of the tires or because you believe my car is AWD. He said "well it says AWD when I look it up." I got the sense they just didn't want to do the tire switch. I made a complaint to the General Store Manager. She said she was going to be sure the complaint was filed, but I seriously doubt it. Would strongly advise not going to the Hinsdale Walmart for any automotive reasons.

I thought maybe I'd messed up my alignment and I called JB Auto. They were well aware of this kind of issue and assured me that washing it well at the car wash would fix everything. After trying a quick wash, I was still seeing the shaking steering wheel, so I called to setup an appointment. They told me to try it again and be more thorough with my cleaning and it did indeed clear everything up. I post this just to point out the honesty and decency that they displayed. A lot of disreputable garages would have just made the appointment and taken my money. They showed integrity by just walking me through the problem. Thanks!

Apparently they over heard me talking about not having a ride to work the next day and had my car ready for me by 5:30 the same day! They charged her 75 dollars to do one tire and scheduled her for the rest. We took it to another shop to have the other tires looked at and there were no stickers on the tires. The average four tire mount and balance costs 79.99. When I confronted the owner about the cost and lack of stickers on the tires he refused to have a civil conversation and told me he would not refund anything. He scammed my mother and I hope this review will help prevent anyone else from losing their money. Take your vehicle anywhere else in town.​
