He was very patient when working with us to make sure he had the right location and he organized to have a driver come out in less time than other locations. We actually ended up getting out ourselves and not needing the tow after all (which he ended up refunding us for), but I would definitely recommend Young's for anytime you're stuck in a bind (or in the mud)!
