First, we were a little confused when we walked in, since the host was not there, and there was a sign that said "wait here to be seated." After waiting for a few we decided to just l walked in and find a server instead. there we Thomas greeted us and showed us around all the rooms. He treated us so well. We were so happy with the service he showed. Hookah was good and tea was as well. they charged 18% gratuity for 2 people instead of 15%, that we see at other places. Parking lot is always packed and I would be wary of the valet. Also, TIP IS INCLUDED. but they never tell you so you can tip extra, to me this is unethical. That sounds cool and all but they don't have a bar and nothing on the menu reaches $30. Then you think maybe you're paying for ambiance when in reality all the "secret rooms" and "photo ops" are full of tables! You can't get pictures while people are sitting down eating! The lamb chops I had were really good and others in my party liked the Cajun pasta. The wings were tasty as well. The lack of bar, lack of photo ops, and the $30 minimum was just crazy. Decided on this place for date night with the husband and was really excited about checking it out after seeing it on line. It was very beautifully decorated on the inside and we were seated right away; however, the table was dirty. I had to wave someone down to ask for it to be cleaned. Our waiter was prompt and nice and we were impressed with how quickly we received our appetizer (the fried halloumi was delicious). We didn't have any silverware and after 45 mins of asking the passing by staff to bring some, I ended up just grabbing some from a nearby table myself. We saw customers around us sending back food, others receiving the wrong food and after waiting an hour for my own drink and food, we decided to give up and cancel our order. Shortly after notifying the waiter that we wanted to cancel, our food magically appeared. We turned it away and a manager immediately came over apologizing for the wait and offered to pack our food up to go and a 50% discount off our tab then dashed off from table to table trying to make things right. We explained to our waiter that we had somewhere else to go afterwards so we couldn't take the food with us and we were still charged for 50% of our full tab and had to pay for food we didn't receive. I was excited to come to this place to have my birthday dinner because of the ambiance. From the start there was an issue because the sign on the street says Rozado with no reference to Parker'z. We were a party of 8 I tried to call ahead on three different occasions and no one answered the phone. Fortunately it being a Monday we were still able to be seated. Some of the group enjoyed their food. I was hoping as the only plant based eater that they had more vegan options than fried cauliflower (which was delicious) and hummus. Our waiter was very passive and we had to ask him for details on the menu and request cups instead of drinking from a water bottle. It would be nice if the menu had photos or better details for those who aren't familiar with halal food. The restaurant has the potential to be awesome if some areas were tweeked like staff and service. The Valet staff has taken a lot of spaces, even the Handicapped ones, when I told them that I have Handicapped plates and that car has not, a guy told me that car belongs to a police officer and that HPD always parks there. Possibly my worst dinner experience to date. From the waiter to the food, everything was extremely disappointing. The food was subpar and due to inefficient management, the lines for the food were irrationally long and many items ran out and were not refilled. On top of that, we were served by an individual who was extremely rude. This older gentleman with glasses had very snappy responses when asked simple questions like "where the soup spoons were located" since they ran out. To make things worse, they charge for a simple bottle of water when they are serving sugary lemonade. Finally when it came time to pay the bill, he kept trying to charge for my 2 year old. Upon coming to our table we clarified that we were only a table of 7 with a 2 year old to which he felt the need to comment "yeah I am not charging for the baby even though he looks big like a 3 year old." I was utterly disgusted by his comment and wanted to leave the establishment immediately. He also did not provide us with a receipt after we paid the bill and kept repeating "No receipt."
