She then argued with me over changing it in the system despite it being legally changed. Additionally, she dropped something in my mouth. She panicked and called over someone else for help. I can feel it in my mouth so I lean forward to get it out and she pushes me back down, then five minutes later says "oh, it fell in HER cheek." After our son's bad experience at his previous dentist with a couple of extractions it took me some research to finally find Dr. Taylor & oh my gosh so glad I kept searching because he's definitely worth the 45 minute drive! We were basically there for a meet & greet/consultation being that our son needs anesthesia for EVERYTHING including x-rays! Once we met Dr. Taylor I knew we made the right choice, he had such good bedside manner & reassured us that everything is in house. He's the only dentist there as it's his private practice, so no worries of our son being scheduled with a particular dentist at random. They also do anesthesia once a month so that's very convenient versus some other dentist offices.
