Without ANY authorization or clear communication, I was later presented with a bill for $2,850!!! When questioned about the charges and asked for an explanation, the owner became unprofessional and confrontational instead of addressing my concerns. We were told it was a $80 part & $350 weld fee and the rest was labor! Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, he insisted that the full amount be paid and made comments that I perceived as threatening, which made the situation even more stressful. By law, customers deserve clear estimates, transparent communication, and authorization BEFORE significant work or charges are incurred. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone considering this business to get every estimate and authorization in writing before leaving their vehicle. Based on our experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this business.

I dropped it off at 8:35am and was told they close at 1 on Saturdays and should receive a call before 1 to pick car up. At 11:30 I assumed the car was finished and they forgot to call so I just head down to pick it up I arrived and was told they never got to my car. No sorry how can we make this up just a " we ran out of tome". Why was I given an appointment for 9 am if they couldn't do a simple task. I have 3 cars that they replace tires on.
