Most unprofessional business I've ever tried to deal with. I saw this company out and about with a nice company truck, I currently had a truck bed full of blown out tires I was taking to have repaired so I came up very nicely to this man and said "hey do yall repair tires." All I got was a yeah and then he looked down at his phone and drove off. I called out saying I have 4 tires in my truck, do you want business as I was ignored again and he drove off. I wanted to see the name of this company so I knew never to do business here and as I was looking at the name on truck the driver was even more rude leaned out and said what do you want. I left a meeting today off of Leads Ave. and noticed I had a totally flat tire. I was headed to another tire shop off Dorchester Road when I saw Williams Tire! I turned in and a kind man named Sheldon greeted me. I informed him of the situation and he immediately took a look at my tire. Sheldon explained the possibilities and showed me to the waiting area. When I arrived in the Waiting room there were two men having a spiritual conversation. It was so powerful that it brought tears to my eyes. Ted was the spiritual leader, more like an angel. He was so kind to everyone and before leaving to my surprise blessed me. There are great people in this world, especially Sheldon and Ted. I never forget today and my flat tire that led me to many blessings! read more

I was stuck for training down in the local area and had car issues (rattling noise) on the drive down to S. Carolina from the NYC area. I checked around and my insurance company had them listed as a reliable repair center. So I called them and they were happy to work with me in getting my car checked out since it was difficult with me having to be in training from the crack of dawn till late afternoon. Their first diagnosis was that it was my rear brake drums. I happily paid and when I drove it that weekend, the noise was still there. Which meant, they never tested it AFTER replacing the part OR... they never checked it out properly. I was able to text the car guy late at night who told me to bring it back in. The second and final diagnosis was that my car was too old and had to be replaced because everything was falling apart. I was obviously worried about my drive back, but what was I going to do? Buy another car to drive back? I went back to my usual guy @ New Hope Auto in Brooklyn. They replaced one arm and changed out my tires. Car drives almost like it's brand new with no rattling noise. As for me, I gave 2 stars because they were friendly people. I would hesitate on the honesty since that's up for questioning as well as their quality of work. Or would that be more a training issue? They are the best! They came to our campground today to change 4 of our tires. Since we are traveling with kids and dogs, it was difficult to find a place to take it to. These guys came out same day, and even found a new rim for us since ours was destroyed when we had a flat yesterday. Great company, highly recommend! read more

A couple of weeks ago my daughter, Olivia was driving to Isle of Palms and damaged 2 rims and tires. Both needed replacing. We went to Calliber in Mt Pleasant and Brandon Jessup referred to Drew Finnigan at Williams Tires to install the new rims and tires. I cannot say enough about Drew and his techs. When I called, he called me right back and was wonderful to work with. Once we got the car back Olivia thought she saw the check engine light on and a noise in the right rear tire. Drew said to bring it right back and his guys would run a diagnostic. In the end, Olivia saw a light icon not the check engine light. They did not find anything and said the car was good to drive back to Charlotte. He did not charge me for this second visit. I said he needed to but he declined. He also gave me the diagnosistic report of all the codes that came up. I would recommend Williams Tires hands down. Drew thank you for all your help, you and Brandon went over and above....THANK YOU! I called these guys this morning because I had a blowout and it ruined my rim. I needed two tires and a new rim asap. They sent John out and I was very impressed not only did he change both tires in a timely fashion but he also fixed my rim so there was no need to purchase a new one. These guys truly know what customer service is all about and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know as well as definitely use them in the future! read more
