He checked my battery and confirmed it was bad, but instead of immediately trying to sell me a new one, he told me it most likely had a warranty and even explained where those batteries are usually sold. He genuinely didn't want me to spend money if I didn't have to. After I called and found out the battery unfortunately wasn't under warranty, Stanley had Rafael install a new one for me. The entire process was seamless and professional from start to finish. Two top-notch men providing outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate the honesty and care--this is how customer service should be done!

I go to the store to look for the product so ask for help. The gentlemen at the register was helpful to look it up and see they didn't have it. They offered options where I could go to a store that had it stocked or I could pay ahead and have it shipped to the store for pickup. Depending on the urgency you can pay extra for expedited shipping or in my case, wait about a week for it to come in. It would be nice to have them ship it directly to your house but alas, there are other storefronts and companies for that. In this case I liked their affordable prices and how it's in the neighborhood so don't have to travel too far to pick up. I signed up for their rewards program when the employee was setting up my account info and later got a $5 coupon just for signing up! Get in the zone, AutoZone!!

I have to drive on 3 highways to get to and from work everyday so this was frightening to me. In addition, my steering wheel was feeling loose and like my gas pedal was wobbling. Driving down the road, making turns or negotiating dips in the road became terrifying to me. So I contacted my local Discount tire shop for a repair appointment. I was told the part would cost $230 and the labor was $75.00 So my husband did some digging and found out what the part needed was. My co-worker Diane Guthrie who has lived in Goose Creek for a while suggested we shop at Parks Auto Parts, which has been her go to store for autoparts for years. Off to Parks Auto Parts we went @ 207 S Goose Creek Blvd, Goose Creek, SC. We were greeted by the Parts counter representatives who assisted us in finding the appropriate parts for our vehicle based on the "symptoms" of my car and here I thought it was "Man Talk". We walked out of the store with a box containing my left front spindle hub bearing assembly for only $72.00 and to save on Labor the my husband replaced the old part with the new part in 15 minutes in our driveway in exchange for a steak and potatoes with gravy supper. Oh, we also picked up a new Car Radiator along the way for $100 . : ) The service was quick, the guys had extensive product knowledge, and we were in and out in very little time. Parks Auto Parts is close to our home so if we need additional parts in the future this store is just 2 miles away. We are pleased with the service, the location and the quality parts for low prices. This will definitely become our go to store for auto parts.

I was tryin to buy a part for my car but I guess I was a inconvenience to him cause he did not seem like he wanted to help me. And the way he talked was very unprofessional. And not just me. While trying to help me he was cussing and throwing parts around. I guess they communicate to their drivers via a radio. And he was yelling and cursing at them over the radio also right in front of me and another customer. A customer called and he picked up the phone and said "stop fu**ing hanging up and calling back" and put them on hold. And to top it off the other customer in the store left cause they didn't have what he needed and the "manger" said under his breathe "good, glad we didn't have it. Don't fu@@inh come back". I Just was in shock as I have been working retail for decades. Luckily he ended up having to do something in the back. So the other guy took over and was very nice and even said sorry for the way his manger was acting. But he seemed like this is the norm around there. I shop at Parks anytime I need parts. But this will be the last time I go to the goose creek location even tho it is the closest to me. I usually don't do reviews on businesses but I felt that I had to after this experience.

Had my wipers replaced, the rear wiper has a cover over it, the employee placed the cover under the…read morerear of the car, went inside to get a different wiper as the one he had was too large. while he was in the store, the wind blue the cover into the parking area where a car ran over it. The manage stated that they would gladly pay for it but to just bring him a receipt. I returned and gave them a receipt and was getting the run around by a different manager. finally got most of the money, but shortchanged me 15 cents. I mentioned that I could not put the cover back on as it felt like it might break, assitant manager declined to put it on for me. I walked out, never to return.
