They inspected my 11 year old furnace and said I had a cracked heat exchanger and it was $4800 to repair it. They quoted me $10k for a new one and disabled the wiring. Got a second opinion. Nothing wrong with the unit. They work on commission. Don't use them. If I could rate zero stars I would. read more

They call and text like promised before your appointment so you will know exactly when they will be there and don't have to wait around all day. I paid for a replacement water heater with direct vent. Technician 1 said they would install brand x. When they arrive to install the brand is brand z. After install I can smell gas fumes and they come back out 1 day later and tell me the exhaust pipe wasn't sealed properly. They committed to locating and installing new exhaust pipe today (day 3). I leave work early to be at home and still no communication from them at end of day 3. You decide if you wish to be treated like this after spending $4K+. read more

Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical overcharges and performs poor service. On the morning of 3/20/25, Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical sent a technician to my home to check a leak under a bathroom sink. The technician quoted $750 to fix a p-trap and a section behind the p-trap. When I was uninterested, the technician began to lower the price to $550, then to $450 and then to $385. I agreed to let him have the job but told him to check the leak and make sure he can fix it. Within an hour, he told me he was done but when I turned on the faucet, there was still water leaking. At this point, the technician told me it would cost another $930 to fix that additional section. That afternoon, I spoke to the manager about the poor service and he offered to send the technician back to fix the additional section for total price of $930 (including the $385 already paid to them). I declined. On 3/23/25, I had another Plumbing Company fix the leak and the new plumber noticed that Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical technician had done some poor quality repairing, using the wrong joint and glueing certain parts when he should not have. The new plumber was able to fix the leak on the additional section and he had to redo some parts of what Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical technician had done. Out with the old, in with the new- Hello 2023!! Parks Heating and Air replaced my entire system. We agreed on a price and they started the next day - and stayed in contact with me throughout the job. Ronald and Charli were troopers through the tight, muddy crawl space of my older home. And when they encountered multiple unseen problems under the house, instead of backing down they called the company for reinforcements and multiple men joined in their efforts immediately! I'm already experiencing the benefits of cleaner air in my home from the PureAir purifier they added to the new unit. Impressive company! read more

Parks did the original Lennox A/C installation on my new home in 2016. I'm now going on my 3rd set of coils on my A/C unit in 7 1/2 years. The last set of coils was replace by Park's exactly 3 years ago and is now leaking again requiring a replacement that will cost over $2500. After asking for a manager to call me back 3 times to discuss the situation, the first call at 7:00am in the morning. I was told a manager would call me back at 12:00pm and that's after I followed up a 2nd time requesting a call from a manager. A service technician was scheduled to come out at 3:00 in the afternoon, as of 4:30 they still haven't shown. I went ahead and canceled the appointment with Parks and went with another company, they just don't to care. read more

Our HVAC / heat stopped working so I called Parks Heating & Cooling to schedule a technician visit; they said they have a minimum $79 dispatch / service fee. When the technician arrived, I was not available for the payment so a family member paid. When I reviewed the charge later, I saw they charged us $830 to replace 2 parts that were under warranty. I confirmed with Lennox that we are still covered under parts warranty, and that we should not have been charged for the 2 parts. I called Parks to ask them to remedy the issue but they refused (they said the charges were for labor only, even though there is no mention of labor on the invoice). I have now filed a complaint with the BBB; this is a predatory and dishonest business practice and must be remedied. read more

Parks Heating and Cooling replaced our front yard water main pipe. In the process they broke our house lower level bathroom shower hot water supply. The hot water supply is now bone dry while it was working fine before these guys did their work in our crawlspace. We complained to the company and they said that was not their responsibility and that it must be something wrong with the water heater plumbing. They offered to come over to fix the issue for an additional charge. We do not recommend this company to anyone. read more

They came out fast so I will give 2 stars for that but that is where it ends. The price gauging was assanine and when I got the invoice they couldn't even explain the line items. They gave me a "discount" on services and said it was charged by the job and not by the hour. It took them less than 2 hours (that is including the trip to get the materials) to do a super simple repair and they charges $1500. It wasn't even done correctly and when I tried to message them about it, I was told "that's just how we do it" and I had to have someone else fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Parks is deceptive and unethical. A simple toilet installation for $300 was halted when the technician said I needed a new flange to complete the job. The additional charge for it would be $825. A new flange is $10 and it took him 45 extra minutes. I had to sign an agreement form for him to continue, which in hindsight I should have refused, but I am 76 years old and can't do the work myself. I have complained but received no response. Don't use this company. I called them for a service call. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I had to speak with him by phone and my husband was home. I asked him to clean the unit and he left without doing anything. Basically we paid $79 for nothing. I called back the next day asking them to send someone because apparently the technician misunderstood. They scheduled someone for the next day which was 2 days later. I got a text saying they were on their way. It was 80 degrees in our home. Then immediately I receive a phone call from the technician saying his truck broke down so he doesn't have the necessary tools to clean out unit but they could do so the next day. I told him something had to be done right away because it was 80 degrees inside. I had told the 1st technician we were going to be purchasing a new unit and we would like an estimate. Next I receive a call from the company saying they could bring a portable ac unit to cool our home and if we agree to all terms they could install a new unit as early as the next day. Unbelievable. We weren't ready to do so the next day. She said she was canceling our appt. that was scheduled 5 days later because an estimate is only good for 7 days. I just received a text to confirm my appt. Called them AGAIN to tell them to cancel because the lady didn't. Just don't waste your time with these people! read more

My unit went down Friday June 16 2023. I called and was informed someone could not come that evening but would come out on Saturday June 17 2023. A tech came out said I needed a condenser coil had me pay upfront and to call office on June 19 2023 he charged unit said it would not last it went out Sunday June 18 2023 On Monday June 19 2023 I called they said part would be in by Friday June 23 2023. After numerous calls, different time given, no one came out to fix my unit. I called manager on Monday June 26 2023 my house was 86 degrees I was sick. All I want is my money refunded for services not rendered. My unit was installed March 2021. As a widow and veteran that is no way to treat a customer. read more

I am extremely upset and disappointed in the service that I have received. We are in a home that is barely 2 years old and have already had to replace a motor in the attic that generally has a lifespan of 5 years (per what the tech on-site said). I understand that not everything is under warranty and things do you happen but after we paid $450 for the repair, on top of the membership fee, that we are signed up for, we came home from being out of town after five days to find our AC isn't working. This is absolutely ridiculous and it's starting to seem like a scam. They post 24 hour emergency services, yet I called and there is nobody that can come and help us and there was nobody else that we can contact. How is this possible? I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT USE! Hired them for a shower pan leak repair for which they charged $4500 and proceeded to lose my beautiful $2K glass shower doors. When I asked them where my one-year-old doors were, they said they were out near the dumpster at their building and that I could go and get them. I went and only one door was there. No one was able to find the other door. So now, for a shower pan repair, I have to spend $2K of my own money to repurchase the exact doors I already had (I can't just buy one). I asked them to credit me the cost of the doors, or at least half the cost and they refused. They kept saying it was a demo and that I didn't tell them to keep the doors. Um, it was a shower pan repair, NOT a demo, and how did they think I was going to put the shower back? Without the doors? The unit is a rental so I wasn't there when they took the doors and no one called to ask whether I wanted to keep my doors! They are saying it's on my for not telling them but when I went over the very next day to meet them, I did ask where the doors were and they said they took them. Less than 24 hours later I asked for them back, but they didn't care. The man I spoke with was not at all customer-service oriented. I still am baffled at how they have justified that a shower pan replacement = taking my beautiful glass doors. What a terrible company. read more

I am not very happy with Parks. I installed both AC and Heating with them, and had to keep calling them to get it fixed. First tthe safety inspection failed for the AC unit, next my AC unit doesn't run, and then my other equipment like the dryer is not running properly after they messed with circuit board. Built a new home end of 2015 and our builder (Pace Development) hired Parks to install all our Lennox heating and AC systems. Just 7 years later and our coils for the AC are leaking and neither Parks nor Lennox will honor our 10 year warranty because they said our builder did not register the warranty. Parks has a record of it being purchased., however. Now we are going to have to spend $9,000 to replace the first floor AC. Do not use Parks and DO NOT buy Lennox products- they are GARBAGE. read more

Parks installed a tankless water heater at my home earlier this year. Their follow up service is NON EXISTENT. Their customer service people are not knowledgeable nor competent. They always will have a manager call you, and they never do. Now Christmas Day and the cap on the pipe where they removed the old water tank has burst. I questioned how this was left when it was originally done and was assured it was correct. Apparently I was right. This has nothing to do w the weather. Now trying to contact their emergency service. It's an answering service who says "we hope they'll contact you tonight but if they don't I'm sure someone will call you tomorrow." Meanwhile I have running water from an uncapped pipe. I live out of area and own a rental in the area, I contacted them to repair my furnace and was given a price of nearly $1400 to replace less than $50 of parts (flame sensor, ignition, capacitor), that took the repair man 1 hour to replace. **** my tenant photographed the repair before and after; and the tech left wires pulled and the system less functional upon departure. read more

When I called Parks heating out to diagnose this issue, I was told (by the tech) that that particular water heater was known to be defective and they no longer even carried it or installed it in homes. Upon speaking with the plumbing manager a few days later I was told that 5 months after my original install, the plumbing industry received notice of parts recalls for my water heater brand/line. Nobody from Parks ever reached out to me to notify me of these recalls. The plumbing manager told me that the technician who came out "didn't know what he was taking about" and that they had fulfilled their responsibility to me as a customer by bring my water heater up to code for free. (Another plumber from a different company noticed that the water heater had not originally been installed up to code as the expansion tank was not insulated or placed far enough away from the exhaust vent). Thank goodness they were so willing to come back out and fix something that they installed incorrectly, for free! I'm such a lucky customer who will no longer do business with this company. Don't ever ever use this company. Their prices on their website are not true. The technician didn't not disclose that they bill by flat rate. He fixed two faucets that were leaking, the kitchen faucet shut off the water it just took certain angle to shut it and the bathroom faucet had drip drop.. He billed us almost a thousand dollars. I asked the manager for an itemized receipt, all that was written on the receipt was fixed two faucets and he got nasty when I I asked for some of my money back. They didn't not change any part. Even if they did, probably cost no more than 4 dollars to change the seal in the bathroom. It took the technician less than 30 minutes.. it's just so wrong. I felt like I was robbed. They are crooks, money hungry. I will leave to the Lord. I filed a complaint on BBB and I will report them to the public consumer protection. I won't tolerate bad business practices. Their prices were very competitive, and they literally installed our new HVAC system the next day. The installers arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete the install in a timely manner. Both men were very professional and experienced. They knew exactly what they were doing. We're very pleased with the product and the service. Parks installed our original 2 units. Several years ago, they replaced our downstairs unit, and now they've replaced our upstairs unit. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend Parks HVAC!! read more

Our builder used them for our new home and we paid for upgrades to all bathrooms fans, thermostats etc and they did not install the ones we paid for but instead installed the most basic cheapest everything thinking we wouldn't notice. We have made them aware multiple times so they can correct it. My husband even drove down there to confront them in person. Every time they tell us they will be back to replace the cheap shit with the upgrades we paid for they never show up. The bathroom fans they did install were also not done correctly and they don't work. During the job they also damaged drywall and installed vents upside down. They send guys out who have zero training and have no idea what they're doing. Stay away! read more
