I had an amazing experience in dealing with Holli Mendez. I needed a place right away, and she was able to accommodate to that. She made the whole transition easy, she answered all my questions, and she made sure I was comfortable and happy before I moved in my new place. She was so easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly in a professional manner. These apartments over the past 2 years have definitely improved. We had a good manager named Virginia and she recently left and we have a new one named Tara which is equally amazing. We have been overpopulated with cats for some time and I must say Tara has done an amazing job of cleaning up the place. She has even stated she is adding a puppy waste station which sounds silly to be applauding but it really is helpful for us dog owners. We do still have some problems with the landscapers blowing dust on our vehicles but besides that everything seems to going great. There is security and I feel safe walking my dog at night. I do see the new manager cleaning the laundry room and sanitizing our mailbox area now that's something to applaud. I really hope we get to keep Tara and hope Parkside continues to flourish. 4 stars because the landscapers. read more

Got a complaint from Virginia that my music in my car was "too loud" which it wasn't i got tired of her complaining so I parked on the opposite side of the leasing office when I did that my car got broken twice within a day "nice gates community" my ass these places are terrible. read more

Parkside apartments are an example really bad management.They will leave you with no after hours or weekend maintenance person they call for illegal inspections.The managers are mostly rejects from other places and seem to Napolian complexes.I advise others to stay away from this place. read more

This place is a rip off last month they were offering rent at 750-800 for 1x1 then a couple weeks when a unit becomes available it jumps to $875/$975. Then all sudden now they advertised a 1 bed 1 ba that was that price to $1000 a month? What a crock! also homeless people dumpster dive through garbages at night making messes everywhere Smh! read more

I went here and looked at a studio and missed getting it by 10 minutes. But the manager Virginia remembered me and two days later called me that she had an opening for a junior one bedroom. I went back and applied right away and happy to say I will be moving in to my first very own apartment and starting my New Life. The apartments are very updated from what I saw in the studio I like the fact that it's a gated community and I get to have my ESA (CJ) with me. Virginia the manager is very nice and really makes you feel welcome even when your are just looking and applying. She even took her lunch late the first time I went. This place is horrible!! I moved here when section 8 housing was not allowed. Now they allow section 8, so basically my neighbors smoke weed inside their apartment all day while their kids stand outside and try to look into my apartment windows! WTF right? This place is located in between two other ghetto properties so it will never improve. No matter the improvements, the people living here/managing this place make it ghetto. It always smells like weed, and all the manager does is post paper notes on everyone's doors pretending that will fix the issue. We have a new property manager every few months because it's such a trashy place. Now charging over $900 for a one bedroom apartment! Hahaha wow! You might as well pay $1200 to live in a nice well run complex. read more

Not bad at all :) Manager Leslie is very nice and friendly and I like how she makes sure people or little bad kids are not terrorizing other tenants. They were very quick to respond to small issues I've had with the apartment. Rents cheap and I love rental terms. Only thing I did not like was the then walls it seems you can almost hear your neighbors (not really) and the sound of the stairs when someone is coming up sounds through the entire unit. I definitely think its the nicest apartment in the little community. I would recommend this to the person looking for cheap rent and a reasonable place to live :) read more

These apartments are still horrible to live in. Do not be fooled by the term "remodeled they have remodeled it into a cheap rushed apartment. As soon as you move in, appliances break down or fall apart every thing is very cheaply made and they will charge you for it if it breaks. If I could have given these apartments a zero when it comes to noise then I would've. First they have been working on these apartments for almost 2 years because the owner is to cheap to get real company to do it so they hire people who really don't know what they are doing to do the job. So that means construction noise all day and sometimes late at nights! You have neighbors who fight and argue all night and the walls are very then so you will be up all night hearing them arguing or sometimes they will come outside and it will start to get physical. You have meth and heroin addicts who physically fight and you can hear it. The police have been called a lot of times for fights and for parties and the apartment still doesn't do anything about it. People come in blasting they're music in they're cars all through out the night. You will have no peace of mind here and on top of the "all night noise" and it being hard to sleep at night the apartment is redoing the cement in the pool which is extremely loud and there is no way to relax or take a nap in the comfort of your own home. Also they had all last year to redo the pool but now that it's extremely hot and summer is pretty much here and all we want to do is swim but we cannot because they are redoing the cement in the pool area now we pay all this money to live like this. The pool was also close the majority of the Summer last year. The apartment is infested with roaches mices and bed bugs. You can see all the roaches on the ground at night. and HUGE roaches in your house and mice. These apartments do not care about they're tenants they keeping changing the managers every month and they make promises when you sign the lease but then lie and do not follow up with them. They raise the rent constantly for a ghetto place mousey dirty place to live in. Do not move here you will be upset and disappointed. As soon as our lease is up then we will be gone too. These are the worst apartment's to live in. They are ghetto, infested with ROACHES and MICES, yes inside your apartments it's so nasty. You tell management and they don't do much. The noise is so annoying they are always working on something it's never quiet a lot of ppl have moved out so now they are remodeling the insides of they're apartment so it's even louder everyday. Not to mention the Neighbors are loud slamming doors all night blasting music kids running all day all night in the apartment. Weed smoke and cigarette smokes come in the house. Ppl hanging out on the stairs. Dogs accross the street barking all night and plenty more! It's terrible. Move here at your own risk!! You will be sorry If you do! read more
