Great experience so far! Very professional and responsive staff, even with my insurance questions. PSA: My insurance (and apparently, most insurances) don't cover the retinal exam. So, even though I am covered for a "Routine Annual Eye Exam," there were still charges for the retinal exam, which is part of Parkside's Routine Eye Exam. Just be aware! This is not Parkside's problem though - just an insurance loophole. Very satisfied with Parkside. read more

Dr. Brad Fielding is a great optometrist who takes the time to listen to your concerns and does a very thorough exam. I have been a patient for over 15 years and trust him with my eyes. He explains the tests and images giving me great information. Based on my and family history tells me when, and if I should be concerned. He has a great sense of humor and is a Christian, which is important to me. read more

I had an issue with my eye and Dr Moore worked me into her schedule that very morning as she has on a couple of other occasions when emergencies arose. She has never made me wait in pain to be seen!I have been with Parkside for a number of years now and I can't say enough about how great the staff is. I was able to see Dr Moore the same day for an eye condition. Only challenge for me is I can't afford $200 eye drops. I'll contact Monday to ask about getting an oral dose pack. My insurance was lower than the savings card but still over $200. read more
