Eye exam went great. After the eye exam, I wasn't asked if I wanted to leave with the prescription or buy glasses there. So an older gentleman came and got me and he immediately started to pick out 2 frames and had me choose a pair. I'm blind so I don't even know what I look like in these glasses. When my glasses were ready, I couldn't even see out of them. So they were sent back to get the lenses redone. A MONTH after my eye exam, my glasses were ready. I tried them on and hated the frames immediately. The person who takes you after your eye exam doesn't say anything. You don't even know they are already picking out your frames for you. He's like a pushy car salesman on steroids. I now am a proud owner of a pair of glasses that I will NEVER wear. I will find a new optometrist. Ive never bought glasses from this place, I've always got them at EYE MART, where the selection is better, the sales people aren't pushy. My husband got his glasses from Sight to See before me and he too is a proud owner of a pair of glasses he has never worn. It takes 2 weeks to get your glasses. If you can't see out of them, you're looking at another 2 weeks. read more

My visit with Dr. Simon in June was great - he answered any questions and helped figure out my prescription. He was very kind and made good conversation. My issues were when I never got contacted when my contacts prescription came in. The next time I showed up to try in a different brand of contacts, I waited for 30 minutes as different people were racing around in the back and repeatedly asking about my insurance. I had already paid for the contact fitting fee at the first visit. (no other customers around) I was finally helped to a new brand/prescription and was told I would be texted when the new one came in. Later (November), I emailed to let them know I never received it and to send me my prescription so I could order somewhere else. I got a reply saying they texted me 10/18/22 and to confirm my phone number. I replied with my phone number. No reply. I finally called them a couple days ago to ask for the prescription to be emailed to me. They emailed my glasses Rx. I called the next day to ask again. I was on hold for 15 minutes while they searched for my paper chart. The woman on the line came back to say she'd send it as soon as she could find it, and she did! Not happy with my experience here. read more

I started coming here in 2016. I recently contacted them to help me with switching over to a new eye doctor since I moved out of state and they were asking for my previous records and dr information. I called and they instantly started interrupting me while talking. I then was transferred to the optometry department where a man completely lost his mind on me. He had a terribly nasty attitude and spoke to me in such a belittling manner. My husband was sitting next to me and he about lost it hearing how I was spoken to. He refused to answer any of my questions and proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Completely frustrated considering I held myself with such kindness and didn't let his attitude or lack of help irritate me. I hope Dr.Strange considers switching staff because from the recent reviews to my experience just now, they are unprofessional and do not deserve to work in a field designed to HELP people. read more

I have my eyes examined every year, an decided to use someone closer to Edmond. Dr. Strange At Sight to See was excellent! Very thorough and explained every test, every step of the way. Her staff took over over when I tried on contact lenses but she came in a checked to see how the lenses were fitting. It was an excellent experience and I can see so much better. She even took my favorite frames and put better lenses in them so I was happy. Highly recommend Dr. strange and all of her friendly staff. read more

Dr. Strange is great but the place has gone down tremendously and customer service is suffering. I am not sure that Dr. Strange is aware how rude some of them are to the customers. Recently. So this is a eye doctor in edmond, which is actually a misnomer, the people here are not ophthalmologists (medical doctors), they are optometrists (good for checkin(g vision and screening for problems, but not fixing problems) but that is not why i really dont like this place. i dont like it because of the price of contacts. it is outrageous. $42-$48 a box? Sam's club sells them for $25 a box. other local options also have cheaper prices. it just seems ridiculous that they are making so much money off of selling contacts and screwing the customers in the process. the optometrists themselves are pretty good the other staff seem super fake, very "edmond house wife" -esque. kind of creepy nice. anyways, i wish they were more genuine, i wish the prices were not astronomical. and i wish they were actually medical doctors (ophthalmologists) overall -- NOT recommended Pros: - good optometrists Cons: - Very expensive contacts and glasses - awkward staff - not actually medical doctors read more

I am new to Oklahoma and needed to get a new pair of glasses. My mother in law recommended Dr. Strange to me. I went for my appointment yesterday and had a wonderful experience. My family has been seeing Dr. Strange and Dr. Simon for years. They've always been very kind, helpful, and patient. I go in frequently due to my children needing replacements and adjustments. I visited Sight to See Vision having never had my eyes checked before, and was very pleased with the care I received. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and everything went very smoothly. Every test that was done was explained thoroughly to me and I had every chance to ask questions. Dr. Strange saw me very quickly and walked me through everything she was going to do. She definitely knew what she was talking about. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and my vision/health and that's very refreshing. I'm sorry I would have to disagree. I went in just recently for a contact lens exam. The staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes tops. (Probably the shortest time I've ever waited in a doctor's office) lol. Dr. Strange was extremely helpful. She did a few exams on me that I've never done in other optometrist office, but that was to insure proper care of my eyes. She had informed me of things that were very important about my eyes. Things that other optometrist should have informed me about. I wasn't nervous going to a new facility because she was very thorough in explaining what she was doing during the exam. Afterwards I went and tried on my trial pair of contact lenses. I tried on 3 different pair until they knew I was completely satisfied with my vision. I've paid a lot of money for my contacts in the past. This time It ended up costing me a lot less money than I expected, and lastly I was amazed at how they were very happy in saving me money. They had given me several discounts on the exam, trial pair, fallow up visits, and contacts I would be ordering in the future. This is coming from someone who has no vision insurance. read more
