He could've blamed it on something with the car and charged us another $100+, but didn't. He took responsibility, apologized, and fixed the problem with no charge to us. Great customer service!!

Fine... so I tried to drive there around 6pm to see if they had it. I waited ten minutes. No one came out . Lights were in, mechanics bays open. I tried calling 50+ times to check if they had it. Clearly they don't want to make money. I know they have messed up other peoples engines before so maybe this was a sign not to go here.
