Dee was an absolute dream to work with on my home projects + building site. I had been searching for quite some time to get my house up to par to be sold and then someone to also coach/help me with all my crazy ideas for a new build. Dee did such an amazing job renovating our house that we ended up staying and not even moving! His workmanship was top-notch and always got the projects done on time, sometimes even before! His motto is, undersell and overdeliver and that's exactly what he did. I'm not exactly sure why all of these other people are harping on him for bad reviews, but to be fair, there are always two sides to every story. I want to come on here and say none of what other people have said has happened to me in the entirety of our project. His pricing was fair, plus he has a lot of really good connections around Atlanta that helped me find quality items/appliances etc at wholesale or cost! He was seriously a lifesaver and made it so we didn't go down the long and gruesome road of house building in a crazy market. It is not every day that someone takes the time to write a good review about a company. Big Bear and staff were very friendly and also professional. We had a huge and very difficult job that required specialized licensed employees. From the very beginning to the end we were informed about what each contractor's job and responsibilities were. You know there's something to be said for a company when you're willing to take the time to write a review! We had a big oak tree literally through the side of our house and some other storm damage. The rain had caused some water damage in the house as well . They came out promptly and removed the tree, put a tarp over the hole, and dried it out. They were fantastic in dealing with the insurance company and got us a huge settlement to rebuild with. Their rebuild crews were equally as professional and now we have a beautifully redone house!! Parkview Restoration renovated my bathroom in the fall of 2019 and did an excellent job! My bathroom was very old and needed to be completely renovated. Parkview was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. They perfectly fit everything. We had a real bad flood from a busted water pipe while we were away. Parkview came out immediately. They were courteous and professional and did agreat job of cleaning up the mess.
