I purchased a few bottles of wine here, and had the misfortune of one bottle being bad. I mean really bad. The cork was half rotted and by the time we got the bottle open, the wine was more like brown sludge than anything else. Well now what? A store isn't going to take wine back. I called the store and explained what happened. They didn't give me a hard time at all! In fact, they explained that there is a no return policy on alcohol in the state of Georgia, but said they'd be happy to give me a credit toward my next purchase. They asked when I was coming in next. When I got there, Anthony verified my purchase, but during this time he was approached by several customers and other sales associates with various challenges. I would have been completely frazzled. Not Anthony. He was calm, polite and handled each issue and questions with a smile and confidence, the whole time not neglecting me. I really don't know how he did it, but he made it look effortless. Not only was I satisfied with the way the store handled my challenge, but I was very impressed with Anthony and his service toward me and about 5 others at the same time. I can only hope that he is recognized for his stellar work ethic. His skill of customer service is a rarity!

Why make an appointment, pay, and then the technicians DO NOT perform the work? It's total FRAUD! Not the only time this has happened; just the absolute worst! Took my car in for tire rotation and had a scheduled appointment for 10:30 a.m. Watched them put it on the rack after the counter agent told me it would be approximately one hour. I expressly asked about timing and stressed that I had a hard deadline that day and was continually told "no more than an hour." I believed them and worked on my laptop and phone until 11:55a.m. Decided to walk to the counter and check status and was told "We are about to start work on it." WHAT?!?! I looked - car was still in the air on the rack - no work done?!? I explained I could not wait as I had surgical cases to see at the hospital and patients were waiting! (I am a surgeon) I asked for my key fob and wheel lock, and she promised to get them back from the tech. It took an additional 30 minutes before I had them back and even then, the "supervisor" tried telling me they were "playing catch-up." After observing them standing around talking, drinking Cokes, laughing, and generally doing NO WORK for over an hour, I asked for the General Manager's name, and told the self-identified "tire center supervisor of the day" that I had no time to debate or complain and simply asked him if he was my 1:00p.m. patient how would he feel. He just shrugged. Two others (strangers to me) were complaining of the exact same thing while I was there. I advise buying and servicing your tires elsewhere. Saving a little bit up front was nice, but the service to maintain them since then? HORRIFIC!

Picked the truck up because the mechanic, Shane, said he did everything he could and it still wasn't running correctly and we Ended up paying $14,000 and we were left stranded because the truck broke down within 400 miles. Go figure! It blew a 4th set of head gaskets! They have said they will pay for repairs but it's been over a month since it broke down again, and they still haven't paid for their mistakes. Took it to a new shop and we were told the engine doesn't even have the right bolts in it. Clearly this shop knows they messed up big time but even tho they say they will back their warranty and pay for it to be fixed, it's all lies and they don't keep their word. BEWARE of this company. Nothing but lies and really bad work. This was a Welding truck and it's been 5 months of lost wages because of really bad work. I attached pictures of the motor when the truck was considered "done". Two were found at my families house in Ringgold and by the time I arrived at Ider, Alabama I had lost a third lug nut. I messaged them on facebook because they were closed and they were at first willing to make things right until they found out we were an hour away. I told them I was in Ider and they would send a technician and they said to send an address and we will come or we will be here at the shop at 6 am. They then responded asking what is make and model of the car. I then asked what time they were coming with no response. I asked if they were coming and again they did not respond. My husband and I called at 6 am when they said they would be open and he then proceeded to blame it on someone else and refused to make things right. He did not have the decency to inform us that it was too far or even offer to meet half way. He even stated that someone had to tamper with the lug nuts that there is no way I could have driven that far. He then proceeded to tell me to come to the shop and he will loosen my lug nuts and see how far we would make it down the interstate. He is right, only by the grace of God that me and my twin boys were able to drive as far without a life threatening catastrophe occurring! He was extremely rude, course and unwilling to even consider human error. My Husband drove in from South Carolina to help and my father had to run to toyota to buy special lug nuts. All for cheap tires and service that comes with a threat!

They never told me they don't sell interstate batteries anymore and then they me $44 to pull a battery out and put another battery in that was not the brand I wanted. There was no communication at all and I paid as much for a cheaper battery than I paid for the interstate battery and it should have been at a reduced rate because it still warranty left on it, but that's OK I will never go back. Shame on you people shame on you. I will go straight to interstate and put the battery in myself.
