I needed to have AAA send a repair truck and they sent Arts towing, the guy that came told me exactly what was wrong with the jeep because he had the same problem, once I told Dan's they finally found the problem that the man from Arts said it was. I was so thankful for him otherwise I would have kept throwing money at Dan's and it never would have been fixed. I was super pleased with Arts towing because of that incident.

My truck didn't have not one scratch on it and I did a ton of damage to my rear quarter to my beautiful truck that had less than 15 k on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma double cab! My body shop I used to go to retired out of the business after 40 years and I heard through word of mouth Marty did excellent work so I immediately took my truck down to have them look at the vehicle! I met with the secretary when I walked through the door who was very friendly and had me meet with Sam the adjuster who was very helpful and friendly person! He calmly told me that the damage I did can be easily replaced because it was all bolt on and can be painted before it gets put on the vehicle! I sold Toyota for 38 years and sold myself this vehicle and did not know that! I was a nervous wreck! He said to drop the truck off that Sunday night and while we were talking he ordered all factory parts! Two and a half days later the vehicle was done perfectly and properly without blending paint! They matched the paint perfectly! He also never asked for parts money up front! He never knew me from a hole in a wall before this encounter! What a guy! Marty came out at the end and took the car back to take care of a chip I had no charge! I highly recommend Marty! You can't ask for a better repair facility! Both Sam and Marty are awesome! Being in an accident I'm an be so stressful and time consuming to communicate with all parties involved, so it was a relief to have them working on our car, keeping us upsets and having empathy for us in our situation. Indeed, they contacted my insurance company repeatedly to get additional change orders. What had originally been a "maybe $1,500-$2,000, and about 3 -4 days" estimate became several times larger and more time consuming. And yes, it caused my premiums to increase as well. So overall this was a disappointing experience (from several years ago), and I will use a different body shop in the future, if and as needed.
