I agreed and paid for three replacement tires, trusting that the work had been completed properly. One week later, the driver-side front tire had low pressure again, so I returned. That's when serious red flags started appearing. I was told there was a nail in the sidewall of the tire -- in essentially the same location as the tire I had originally been told was replaced. I questioned whether the tire was actually new and asked that the tread depth be checked in front of me. The measurement raised immediate concerns and did not appear consistent with what I expected from a newly installed tire. What made this even worse was the response afterward. I could not get a clear explanation of what had actually been done to my vehicle. I was told there was no detailed documentation identifying exactly which tire positions had been replaced. Think about that for a second: I paid for multiple tires, raised concerns about the work, and management could not clearly verify or explain what had been performed. This is not a minor customer service complaint. Tires are a safety issue. People put their families in these vehicles. I transport my children in this car, and the idea that there could be uncertainty surrounding work performed on something as critical as tires is unacceptable. To make matters even worse, after filing a formal complaint and waiting over a month, I received absolutely no meaningful follow-up. No urgency, no accountability, and no effort to address concerns that involved potential safety issues. I have completely lost trust in this location. My experience left me questioning whether the work I paid for was actually performed and whether customer concerns are taken seriously at all. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to think carefully before trusting them with their vehicle.
