We were staying at a nearby hotel and chose Parma for its proximity. However, I would have traveled much farther for the delicious meal we enjoyed. Three of us shared a Grandma Pie that was one of the best pizzas of my life. In the small dining area we could see others enjoying dinners that looked delicious and huge! Every patron left with a 'doggie' bag. Service was quick and friendly. If you're anywhere near this area of SI, make the trip to this authentic, generous and enjoyable restaurant. We came across an amazing restaurant in Staten Island! Paul the owner literally guides your table through an amazing dining experience. First comes the hot bread with a bowl of evoo for dipping. Sounds good right? Then we all got a nice side salad to enjoy while we waited for dinner. Then it happened!!!!! I ordered the Sunday Gravy special!!!! OMG this baby was enough for 4! Rigatoni loaded with meatballs, pork ribs and huge sausage, served with a large side bowl of fresh ricotta! My uncle ordered the scungilli in sauce, delicious. This little place on Staten Island is awesome. I was greeted by Paul and right off the bat, he struck up a conversation. I ordered the Clams In Linguini and it was fantastic. Big clams with loads of pasta. The white sauce was excellent. The calamari was also tasty. This place is a gem. If I lived up here, I'd be a regular. Its a smaller place with about 8 tables or so. I have been to Parma a few times. Brooklyn Pie is ridiculous. Staff is very nice . Quickly became one of my go to places on Staten Island

First time dining here and it won't be my last. Once I realized the owner is Paul who was the former owner of Nuccis, I knew I had to come and try it. And I'm so happy we went and dined in. It's small but cozy. Service is impeccable. There's only street parking. prices are very reasonable. There's delivery service if you order takeout, but I recommend dining in. It's a small place with about five tables. The food is worth it and the hospitality, I can't say enough good things. This is a great addition to the Neighbourhood. This is a prime example of pizza getting destroyed by that horrible "Cardboard box" very few pizzas survive this enemy of the almighty "Za". Extremely well spoken and friendly staff, sauce was a little on the sweet side. This is definitely a pizza I'd like to try in house. Delivery was in a very timely fashion. Called to pick up a pie and upon arriving told it's still in oven. I said ok and about 10 minutes later brings out the pie in box. I picked it up and noticed it didn't feel hot at all. Where do I start? Wow, wow,wow!!! The food and service were impeccable! We came here on a recommendation from the hotel we were staying, not far from the restaurant. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and they were very welcoming. The owner waited on us. He told us about the specials. It was hard to decide which one to choose. I got the linguine with white clam sauce, my boyfriend got the veal parmesan and his dad decided on the chicken parm. I haven't had such good white clam sauce since my mother passed away. It took me back to my childhood. The veal and chicken parm were also excellent. The fresh bread and salad were also a nice touch. The dressing was so good I would have drank it. An old school pizza place serving high quality entrees. While the dining room is modest and relatively small, it brings back memories of great pizza joints I frequented as a kid. But, it wasn't the pizza that we came for. We were warmly greeted by the owner, service was excellent. Unbelievable. Got take out on a Saturday night (fresh mozz and basil pizza) and my son and I agreed it was the best pizza we've ever had. Came back the next day to dine in for lunch. We both kept saying it felt like something out of a movie. The most authentic food, owner Paul and his son go above and beyond, everything about it was amazing. SO much food for the price.
