The best calamari and the best muscles in red sauce the bread is excellent. The drinks are good. Everything on the menu was delicious. The only thing I don't recommend all the Baked clams the bartender always gives you a good poor on the drinks.

    Great spot with live entertainment!

I ordered the Seafood boil (Wild Crab Sauce-medium spicy--head on shrimp, mussels, crawfish, snow crab legs, corn & eggs) however when I opened the bag--they gave me potatoes as well which was nice of them to add. The smell was sooo good! The sauce was amazing. Next time I'll order it a little bit more spicier. Only thing is the crawfish were super small--could be cause wasn't in season, but I'll be back to try more of the menu. If you want seafood, come here! Definitely worth a try.

Anyway the service was great we sat down and the menu has plenty of options. I have been craving wings, so wings I had (the garlic flavor) super crispy and flavorful. Then I tried the seafood ramen with chicken broth, It could've used a little more flavor but I added some eel sauce and it hit the spot. Finished with the small seafood broil (definitely shareable ) with shrimp mussels Dungeness crab noodles broccoli and an egg in the wild crab sauce--- didn't disappoint. We also tried the teas which they'll make to your sweetness preference. Psssst.... Super affordable as well. I'll see you there.

Interior design is so aesthetically pretty and provides a wonderful and elegant dining experience!…read moreThe service provided by Behrouz was attentive, friendly, and warm, which definitely helped enhance the dining experience! Now onto the main topic, the food: This is by far one of the better middle eastern/seafood restaurant in all of Staten Island! The appetizers that were amazing were the chargrilled octopus, which is a MUST-GET, and the half dozen oysters which was by far one of the sweetest oysters we ever had (it was so good we ordered 3 orders!) The tuna tartare, calamari, and lobster bisque were all decent but nothing too special. For entree, the lobster pasta was perhaps one of the best tomato based pasta I ever had! Although the amount of lobster in the dish was on the smaller amount for its price, the flavor was so savory, sweet, and perfectly tangy, highly recommend it! The sea bass was good according to my family, but the flavor was on the milder side in my opinion; they liked it nonetheless so perhaps it's just a personal preference at this point. The lamb shank I would not get due to how overpowering it was; the sauce was salty and intense, where it overwhelmed every part of the dish. It was unfortunate because the lamb was so tender and had a nice proportion between its meatiness and its fat content. The dry aged steak was only okay too, since the spinach was so watery it soaked the steak in its liquid (as you can see from the photo), which detracted from the dish unfortunately. Overall it was a decent dining experience, where some were amazing and others were less so. It's a pricey dining experience but if you get all the right dishes, it's worth the price tag! Definitely recommend giving Sea Bar a try and I can't wait to come back again one day to give them the five stars I know they can definitely accomplish! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

They offered hummus and bread--super fresh. Ohhh, Get the lobster bisque it had the biggest pieces of lobster I've ever seen in lobster bisque!!! The calamari were cooked to perfection. They had the grilled watermelon salad and beets apps also delicious . Bronzino that was given was a hearty amount. The drinks were on point. They sang happy birthday and even though the kitchen was closed they made sure we didn't feel rushed or pressured. Can't wait to come try more and to get the soup again. See you there

Maybe serve whole pieces of pita? - cold appetizer - Mezze trio of eggplant salad , one of the most amazing tzatzikis I've ever had, and hummus. The eggplant salad tasted a little bitter to me. - my main was whole fried snapper. Nice and crunchy but a little bland. Small side salad also was a little bitter tasting. Lemon potatoes were a little disappointing. They could be a little more lemony. - friend had baked cod with potatoes and seasonal veggies. Desert was written on menu as strawberry crème brûlée but it was actually regular crème brûlée with small slices of strawberries on the edge. It was delicious. There has been a surge of Mediterranean restaurants opening in Staten Island and there is a lot of competition. There's a small parking lot in the rear so that helps since New Dorp is tight. Service was excellent. Clean restroom. Glad to see a large crowd dining on a Friday evening.

We started with drinks and some lite breakfast fare all of which tasted good. I went with the crab cake eggs Benedict with wasabi hollandaise sauce which was full of flavor. The crab cake itself tasted as if it just came out of the sea. Incredibly fresh. I also got to try their French toast entree too. What looked like 2 slabs of brioche made into French toast with a berry topping and maple syrup was also just as good. 10/10. Cucumber, lime, lemon, orange and strawberry. Do cool! For the appetizer we had the pork belly bao buns, lamb chops and fried calamari. For the entree we ordered the Chilean sea bass, the Salmon and Halibut, all were prepared perfectly. For the cocktails we had the Smokey blue sky and the blackberry flutterby delicious! Finally for dessert we had the warm chocolate cake, the pistachio cannoli and strawberry mandarin almond cake. Everything was fantastic.
