Back then when Mario was working there, this place was honest, professional, and treated people with RESPECT. Now, Xtreme is a shop I would NEVER recommend to anyone ever again. Anibal Pilier who seems to be running it now is rude, PURPOSELY DISHONEST, insulting, and has no regard for the customers that have been loyal to this place for years. I brought my car in twice this year. Both times, I was LIED to, told parts were checked and/or fixed when they were not! My car sat on their lot for nearly two weeks before it was even looked at. UNACCEPTABLE. Anibal refused to admit the problem he had lied about months ago and told me was fine was the thing that needed to be fixed. Anibal avoids responsibility when asked direct questions about the work that WAS NOT done. If you want to be lied to constantly, taken advantage of by a narcissist, and wind up with your car not starting again right after you just had the problem supposedly "fixed" then go to Xtreme. Rolando was so quick to offer help, completed my purchase, and replaced the burnt out bulb with the new one. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. In the future, if I need anything for my car, I will drive the few extra miles to go to this location that is tucked away near the Loop.
