A nice lady in a spider man costume had a little iPad and you tell her the number and size of the costume you want to try on, and your name. Then she tells you to follow this little path marked by Halloween stickers to a table where they give you your costume and you can return it if it dosent fit. This is a very prompt system and is much better than other Halloween stores where you have to search through unorganized shelves to find the right size

Picked up last night for a celebration tonight. They guaranteed the balloons will be good for several days if not longer. Two hours after picking them up some were already deflating. By tonight they will look horrible! A case of a very bad customer experience gone worse. And to mirror a previous comment, they do not leave behind the counter. There can be three sales reps and they point and shoot to where they "think" an item will be located.

Melissa has added more material than they had before. I was always disappointed by the selection of batiks, but since Melissa has come on board she has added so many more colors. I have done Block of the Month, Saturday Sampler and other projects and I have been extremely pleased with the end product. Linda is very helpful when you have questions on your Saturday Sampler. This is the place to go when you need material or help with picking material for a quilt you are working on.
