I have done Block of the Month, Saturday Sampler and other projects and I have been extremely pleased with the end product. Linda is very helpful when you have questions on your Saturday Sampler. Their classes are very good and I enjoy all the employees at the store. They are always helpful. Do not be deterred by the other reviews. This is the place to go when you need material or help with picking material for a quilt you are working on. The prices are the same as other quilt stores but the sale room I can always find a bargain.

The nice gal at the register, I think her name is Lynn, Took my machine apart and even though she was not a tech she was able to determine what was going on and why the machine continue to jam. I wouldn't ordinarily ask for on the spot diagnostics but I was a regular customer. Because I was able to learn what I was doing wrong I was able to help my daughter complete a project due the next day. Five stars to any business who is willing to go above and beyond like this one!!!

It took over 2 weeks, and when I got it home the bobbin was still hanging up and in addition, the feed dogs wouldn't raise/lower! Called them, they said the service "is under warranty" but that they can't take it in for at least a week. ARGH! It cost $119, the tech is supposed to be Pfaff-certified, but right now I am so frustrated I could bite! But I'll take it in next week and see what happens. By the way, the ladies who work there could not be nicer - I have no beef with them, just the technician/repair on my machine. Expensive, slow, and added a problem without fixing the old problem! I'll write back with the resolution once I see what happens.

Cashiers were friendly and there were employees throughout the store although none really asked if I needed any help with anything. Store is in a busy plaza shared with other businesses but there was no problem finding any parking. I will definitely go back again.
