Our daughter's wedding was held in a remote location with no kitchen--everything was prepared and served from a tent under lantern light--and yet the food was beyond amazing. We didn't have a set guest count and had a few special requests from the bride and groom. Chef Dawn handled every detail with calm professionalism and genuine care. The meal was delicious, beautifully presented and served on time. Our guests are still raving about the skewers and meatballs! When our dessert caterer ran late, Chef Dawn and her crew stepped right in to assist, ensuring everything stayed perfectly on schedule. They even helped with the ceremony-to-reception turnover. I can not say enough great things about Dawn and her staff. We had lost a caterer and were blessed to have Dawn and Party in a Box. Everyone raved how great the food was!! Honestly I am glad we lost our other caterer. Dawn went out of her way from the very beginning. She personally went to the venue sight for us, took pictures and then called me on the phone to talk about everything . This was so helpful as we are from out of state. Oh My Goodness!!!! Chef Dawn from Party in a Box was amazing! The food was fabulous. We stayed at Zion Red Rock Oasis with 32 of our family and we couldn't of had a better dinner. We ate it for lunch the next day and the fruit was so fresh.... We are farmers from California and we were impressed! The tri-tip was delicious! Dawn was so easy to work with and she helped us with our menu and was so flexible and friendly. She delivered it at a reasonable price and we were thrilled. We all highly recommend her ... Our group had many food allergies and specific requirements for delivery. Dawn was flexible and on top of all of it. Her desert trays are out of this world! The food for our wedding was great and delivered as promised. Communication was good. The guests finished plates and went back for more. The lemon chicken was so good that even the next day when I ate it as leftovers I was still wowed by it.
