After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. We then had to go around the entire arena after he dropped us off at the incorrect entrance, which presented another problem. Unaware that someone in the party had already paid him, the matron of honor and bride gave him another cash gratuity. Without uttering a word, he accepted the packet. When the bride's family and I realized the next day that we had paid him twice, we called the firm. However, the driver insisted that our party member had never paid him, despite the fact that several witnesses had seen the money! As long as this dishonest driver continues to operate, we will NEVER suggest this company to anyone. They were really difficult to work with in attempting to make things right, and they never offered us an apology or a refund. If I could, I would rate something with a negative star. Very dissatisfied with the service we got on this important day.
