When I met Zondra, I had very dry, straight, box-colored hair with lots of grays growing in. She is a great listener, was receptive to what I expressed I wanted, and we worked together to come up with a beautiful plan for balayage (first time I've ever done anything beyond a single color to my hair). She took care of my color and cut in exactly 3 hours, which was 2 hours shorter than the original quoted time. Such a relief!! She guided me in selecting the appropriate hair products to bring my hair back to health. Zondra was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to have work on my hair.
