Kelly helped us design the photo strip exactly the way we wanted, and it turned out perfectly. On the wedding day, our attendant Gisselle was wonderful. She arrived on time, was warm and friendly with our guests, and kept everything running seamlessly. Our guests absolutely loved the booth, especially that they could receive both physical prints and digital copies, plus fun boomerangs. We also loved getting a full set of all the photos a week or so after our wedding. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to photography. We've been to several weddings, and usually, the quality of the photo and photo paper for most photobooths is mediocre. We loved Magbooth because they actually use a decent DSLR (my husband noticed that it was a Nikon D3100), and the photo paper isn't flimsy like most other companies. They customize a logo for you and send you a coffee table book with all of your guests' photobooth pictures (with the option of omitting inappropriate pictures if you'd like), which we preferred over other vendors who create a scrapbook for the Bride and Groom. The attendant was great and let us know when he was shutting down the booth to check if we wanted to get some final pictures in. Victor is very responsive via email, and we received our CD of images and coffee table book very quickly. The only downfall is that you only get one photo per sitting so our friends who went into the booth as a group had to decide on who keeps the picture. However, all images are online for download so it wasn't a big deal. We'd highly recommend Magbooth!

The employee was rude the ENTIRE night (clearly at didn't want to be there) but lost her cool when she grabbed my 6 year old nephew and yelled at him when he tried to photo bomb his aunts. MULTIPLE (very sober) witnesses to this. Zero excuse for that and really unprofessional. If you want to be rude and crabby, a fun wedding probably isn't the place for you.

Great souvenir and they were able to print out multiple prints (if there are 4 in your party, they print out 4 copies so everyone gets one!) they supplied their own props but I can see how this would be perfect for any party or event, themed or otherwise! There is a timer displayed on the screen (4-sec-count) to get into ready position and you are able to take 4 photos (again, 4 sec in between each frame to change poses/props). Honestly, he helped keep me on track with all of the planning besides his own responsibilities. He made sure I had everything else lined up as well, which was really appreciated. Not only did he keep the music going all night but he also did tons of background work to make sure everything ran smoothly. He coordinated with the photographer and caterer to make the entire event run seamlessly. We had to swap out decorations in between the ceremony and receptions because it was held at the same venue and he even helped with that! I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service. He was worth every penny. All of his equipment is very high quality and most if it is wireless, which affords him a lot of flexibility to equipment location. He is very familiar with all of the equipment. Not once was there any feedback from any of the microphones or complaints about the sound being too soft or loud. The music always flowed well from one song into the next, which kept the dance floor full and active. That is not just my opinion. He was also complemented by several guests across all aspects of his work, lighting, music, coordination and general helpfulness. If I have missed something, it is safe to say that he also did that exceedingly well too. My only regret is not getting these reviews done sooner. He really does deserve it!
