We had driven by their lot a few months ago and saw that they had several but they were a bit out of our price range at the time. However, we knew that they were one of their fleet vehicles so I have been keeping an eye on them. Today was the day! My husband found the truck he had been looking for and it was in our price range. Our salesman, De' Ontre, was incredibly friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable. The process was very smooth and actually was a lot faster than I recall previous car buying experience is to be. When I called De' Ontre not five minutes before I knew the dealership was about to close, he did not rush me or seem annoyed and answered my question with no problems. From start to finish and even after we were home, he took great care to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. We would definitely go back in the future when looking for another vehicle. Also, they were very safe and followed all the protocols to maintain a safe environment during this pandemic.

They told me my warranty was cancelled and have not provided much assistance to correct the error or a rental while I've been without a car for 3 weeks. I have a 6 month old at home and don't have the time or the resources to fight everyday with the staff about an issue enterprise caused. I don't blame the salesperson. I blame management for not following up or accommodating for the situation. They clearly don't care. Fuck this company. I'll make it my hobby to tell people how shitty this place is.

They offered us a price that exceeded the value that other retailers were offering. We just purchased a car from them. The price was great, the car was a 2013 in near mint condition, and with exceptionaly low mileage. We were interested in an SUV and they had 41 SUVs on the lot. I reviewed most of them on line from home and then took 3 of them for a test drive. Dave printed out the Carfax report for the one we liked and we reviewed it in detail. The experience was very pleasant, fun and satisfying. I highly recomment Sports and Imports.

Okay, so I guess the days of walking onto a used car lot and haggling over the price are long gone…read more I remember being a teenager and watching my mom negotiate at dealerships. There was always a little wiggle room. But here in 2025, it seems like those days are over. Whether you're paying cash or not, most dealerships--including this one--just aren't open to negotiating on price. I found this dealership online through CarGurus. While I didn't see a vehicle I absolutely loved, my situation pushed me to make a quick decision. The fuel pump went out on our Chrysler 300, we were burning through money on Turo rentals, and our Kia had recently been involved in a serious accident. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, so we needed a car fast. When I visited the lot, the selection was limited, but I managed to find a diamond in the rough--the vehicle I eventually purchased. As mentioned, there was no flexibility on the price, even though I was ready to pay in full. Still, the car met our needs, and time was of the essence, so we went ahead with the purchase. On the positive side, the dealership has an on-site title and registration office, which was a huge convenience. I got my tags the same day--no waiting, no paper tags--which was a big plus. The owner of the dealership also gave me $20 for gas since the tank was low. It wasn't much, but it was a kind gesture, and they even installed the tags for me before I drove off. Kudos!! So, would I return? More likely than not. The salesperson was a decent guy--no pressure, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a good experience considering the urgency of our situation. If you're in a bind and need a car quickly, this place could be worth checking out. Just go in knowing that negotiation may not be on the table. Good Luck!

Changing from 5 stars to 1: Here is why…read more Update 07/25: I had to pay $250 for a new battery, as my old one was 15 years old. Austin could have replaced it, as I brought the car back multiple times under warranty. After I told Mr. Will about his son and hung up the phone, he tried to resolve the situation in his favor, leaving me uncertain about the status of my car. Look at the screenshots. Unbelievable! By the way, the place isn't next door; it's 9 minutes away. Update: 07/04- Austin was very inconsiderate and, frankly, lazy. The car had a transmission leak, and he and his mechanic attempted to charge me when I requested a warranty repair. Initially, Austin dismissed it, stating that since my Volkswagen is a foreign car, it's best not to interfere with it. However, my brother advised me to get it fixed immediately, as it was a significant issue given my commute for school. After a calm discussion with Mr. Will and his mechanic, I was not charged for sealing the transmission leak, despite this occurring just one day after purchasing the car. Upon requesting a work slip, I was informed that since no payment was made, no such slip would be provided. Approximately one month later, the check engine and ABS lights illuminated. I contacted Mr. Will, with whom I have had no prior issues. He instructed me to bring the vehicle in so Austin could examine it, noting that the mechanic would be available on Thursday. After traveling to the location, Austin informed me that I needed to return on Friday, resulting in wasted time and fuel. He did not inspect my car or acknowledge my presence. Consequently, I am now at Meineke to determine the cause of the issue. Mr. Will worked with my fair credit, a result of unforeseen circumstances, and found a vehicle within my budget. While I initially desired a Honda CRV, my financial situation was slightly insufficient. However, he provided me with a reliable 2015 Volkswagen Jetta, and I am satisfied. The vehicle is well-equipped, and I am learning its features. My current payments are more affordable than those for my previous car, and the down payment was manageable. Mr. Will and his son responded promptly when I encountered an issue. They are very friendly. He will alleviate your concerns, as a woman seeking a quality used car at certain dealerships can face challenges. I was referred to him by my lender and could not be happier or more satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Will
