She was able to schedule someone to come out next day to give us a free quote. 2 STAR PUNCTUAL & PROFESSIONAL Roberto shows up! Incredibly professional, thorough, and answered all my questions in detail. 3 STAR ABOVE & BEYOND I began to have problems with the city Roberto and Red One Plumbing WENT ABOVE and BEYOND! Roberto literally walked around the neighborhood to find the city workers and contacted their supervisor directly to help resolve the issue with the gas line at my parents house. We were getting the run around, with Roberto's knowledge he was able to communicate with the City Supervisor to figure out what exactly needed to be done to get my parents gas up and running. 4 STAR HONEST! He kept his word and took extremely great care of my parents and their property. If that wasn't enough the city broke up my parents sidewalk and concrete was all over the place. Roberto poured concrete and fixed my parents sidewalk for them so by dad could pass through the backyard in a wheelchair. 5 STAR TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK Having to leave out of town a few days after the work was done, Roberto and his Red One Plumbing still made sure to reach out to us to make sure everything was good and their were no additional issues with the city or anyone else! The other plumbers had said they were going to need to cut holes in the wall to try and find the leak. We so appreciate the fact that Knights was honest and transparent with us and let us know the best course of action for us would be to call on the leak detection experts saving us time, headaches, and money.
