What stood out was how much James explained along the way--what actually failed, why it failed, how the safety switch worked, and general education on SEER ratings, single vs. two-stage systems, and brand differences, without any pressure. He gave me straightforward answers to a lot of questions, including ones about a full system replacement down the line, but never pushed it as an immediate need. A few days out, the repair is holding up well. Would recommend for anyone who wants a same-day fix from someone who explains what's actually going on with your system rather than just handing you a bill.

In my opinion, the pricing and communication were misleading, and I do not feel that LMH stood behind the work we had already paid $600 for only three days earlier. This year the refill exited far too quickly and I called Heights A/C for a quote. Thomas replaced the old unit and re-worked the ducts for a great result.
