First, we had to endure their film about their 30 years in business, how they do everything from scratch, etc. One of the worst experiences ever-first, only get water, tea, coffee-no soft drink. So-called buffet was beef in gravy, seasoned chicken, boiled potatoes, corn, and carrot cake. Everything was either under seasoned or seasoned in such a way that left a bad taste in your mouth. Carrot cake was less than average. That night, I got sick due to the beef I had eaten. The cooks from this company need to learn how to cook properly.

We didn't make things easy on them, requesting a good chunk of the menu to be made dairy-free yet we heard compliments on every dish. To be honest they were almost too good as folks kept going back for more instead of dancing! We love this family business that uses home-grown ingredients whenever possible and we'll be looking for their food truck at local events for a long time (we didn't use the food truck at our event but it's a fun surprise every time we see it out in the wild).

She was able to answer questions and offer menu suggestions or tips that might help the meal. We had several allergies she was able to accommodate and when I realized a few weeks before the wedding that we had another allergy she swiftly was able to let me know her food did not contain the allergen. This brings me to the wedding. They were there early to set up the bar and the stations and arrived with food that was nice and warm (and delicious) at the perfect time. She did a beautiful job displaying our donuts for our dessert, which is something that was above and beyond what we expected her to do! She even included placards for the different flavors. Her staff was polite and were able to get the tables called in an efficient manner. It's been two weeks and we are still getting compliments on the food we served! I definitely recommend Krista and her company for a wedding or any other event that you may have.

I saw that the clams were priced 3.49 so I thought that was a wonderful price so I grabbed another when I went to check out I wasn't even greeted by the cashier who was an elderly woman with short gray hair, however she did greet the two gentlemen that were in line in front of me, strike one. When I handed her my rolls she said "oh sure you want those big rolls" as if she were judging me based on my purchase and then when it came to the clams, she rang them up and said wait a minute this isn't right I got to see then she saw the price tag marked 3.49 and then she gave me a side eyed look as if I was the one that put the price tag there? Strike two. And then to top it all off very carefully. She said I had to bag my own groceries myself having experience as a cashier never in my life have I seen a cashier tell the customer to bag their own products that should be the cashier's job and for the stellar service everyone raves about that's the complete opposite strike three. So therefore I love the products there but I have to take away two stars for service.
