The good news is I live really close to Barnes towing and tire. I drove in and rang the bell, and Tim came out to help me. It took about 10 minutes to finish the car he was working on and he took my car back. 15 minutes later he came out and told me that I had a tiny nail, causing a tiny leak in my tire, I was so relieved he was able to repair it before the trip. I have nothing but great things to say about Tim and this company, they really helped me out. The price was great, I love being able to use neighborhood businesses that do a great job. They cancelled the pick up 3 times before finally coming. Mind you this is a short summary of 6 hours of waiting and calling OnStar again and again. Barnes finally sends someone out to tow the vehicle with the wrong type of tow truck. The driver tells me he need to try to jump my vehicle but somehow doesn't have a jump box. He said he was going to run up the street to get a jump box. After an hour of waiting, I find out that they cancelled the tow again. I finally gave up and called Coastal towing. They were right over to pick up my vehicle. If you want to waste a day call Barnes. If not, call someone else. If you have OnStar and they say they are calling Barnes for you, demand that they call someone else or you'll surely be in trouble. These guys are the worst!!!

I'm not exactly sure why you would tell a customer that you will come by to provide service when you really do not have any intention of doing so and on top of that why you would ignore said customer when they attempt communication and literally want to give you their money. I'd love to know the answer to this question but Cory probably wouldn't answer in the first place so I guess we'll never know. Strange, do not recommend using this service.
