Crazy not to number your parking slots when this place is 500 car stacks? Too cheap even to number c1 or c80? Damn!

Easy to park and pay. We stayed overnight for $12 and saved a lot of money since it was $50 st our hotel.

Beware there is a card reader at this location in my opinion! Had to cancel my card after using it due to unauthorized charges right after.

The coat of parking should be cheaper to park especially considering that Tesla chargers are at the top.

Review #989 2026-059…read more Old Town Pasadena no longer has garages that offer free parking for the 1st 90 minutes. De Lacey Garage is 1 of 3 "Park & Walk" city-owned garages that offers the cheapest rates in the area; Schoolhouse Garage (33 E. Green St.) & Marriott Garage (48 N. Raymond Ave.) are the other 2 sister garages. Both De Lacey & Schoolhouse (1 block east) Garages are more centrally located in Old Town, whereas Marriott Garage is at the edge across from Memorial Park. Rates (as of April 2026): $1: 1st 2 hours $2/hour thereafter $12 daily maximum Or if you truly don't want to pay, you could walk a few blocks west & park at Ralph's (320 W. Colorado Blvd.); however, I'm not sure how vigilant the supermarket is about towing if you're not a customer. When I was a student at Pasadena City College, there was free street parking & limited free time in parking garages in Old Town Pasadena. Since 07/2022, the longstanding 1st 90 minutes of free parking in city-owned parking garages were eliminated & a new policy was implemented to $1 for the 1st 2-hours to fund maintenance & repairs. I was in the area for a Yelp event & wasn't sure if I can find free parking nearby & with my time constraints to return in time for my daughter's swim meet, it was easier to use a parking garage. Luckily, De Lacey Garage is just around the corner of Lather so it was perfect! When I returned to my car, I had a hard time spotting the payment kiosk(s) since there's notices that state you need to pay first before attempting to exit. There was no kiosk by the stairs & elevator, which would be a sensible location to place a kiosk since it's an exit point. I looked at both ends & didn't see one, so I drove to the exit & paid there. It wasn't until I checked the reviews that there's only 1 payment kiosk & it's located at the ground level. If you're planning to dine or shop in Old Town Pasadena, I recommend parking here at De Lacey Garage or Schoolhouse Garage; they're centrally located & cheaper than metered parking.

It is super convenient and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in the area. I have parked here many times and have never had any issues finding a spot. The atmosphere is fantastic, with outdoor seating where you can enjoy a coffee, get some work done, or just hang out and relax. A unique feature of the courtyard is the two red telephone booths, which add a fun decorative touch and make the space feel even more inviting. After our meal, I was able to shop at Williams-Sonoma, which is conveniently located here, along with other great businesses and restaurants, including: * FACILE * SOULCYCLE * Drybar * Green Street Restaurant * Lemonade Restaurant * Philz Coffee * UOVO * Mercado * Dan Modern Chinese * SUGARFISH * The Counter * TravelStore Whether you're grabbing a bite to eat, shopping, or just looking for a cozy spot to relax, The Commons is a great place to visit. What caught my eye were the two red phone booths (feels like you're in London) but it had no phones inside, but it's okay! There is still a Christmas tree in the middle of all the restaurants. The places to eat here are the following: * Philz Coffee - my fave coffee shop in Pasadena! * Dan Modern Chinese * Lemonade * Mercado (Mexican cuisine) * Sugarfish by Sushi Nozawa * The Counter * Green Street Restaurant * Uovo (Italian cuisine) Some of the restaurants I had tried in other locations except for Dan Modern Chinese, Mercado, Green Street Italian and Uovo. Looking forward to try these! For retail and services, there's the Dry Bar, Soulcycle, Facile Skin Care and Williams Sonoma. It's a small complex and not too crowded. I would take family and friends here to eat and relax.
