I was disappointed with my experience. The service was excellent--Rachel was attentive, friendly, and did a great job taking care of us. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I found it to be bland and lacking the variety of pasta options that I've come to expect from Italian restaurants. Compared to other local Italian restaurants we enjoy, the menu felt limited and the flavors were not particularly memorable. As a first-time visitor, I also found the restaurant a bit confusing when we arrived. We were immediately asked whether we wanted to attend a show rather than being directed to seating or given an explanation of how the restaurant operates. It seemed like there was an assumption that guests already understood the concept. A brief welcome and explanation for newcomers would have been helpful. There were ten of us eating dinner on July 10, 2026 at 6:00pm. They took us all the way to the back of the restaurant where another large group of people were seated. This group had a lot of kids and they were so loud that it made our dining experience miserable. Someone should have spoken to that table to get control of their kids and to be respectful of other diners but as usual, nothing was done. Starting off with our waiter he was great, super nice and attentive, unfortunately no one else of the staff we encountered were that way. The entertainer was great as well. However the design of the restaurant seems to be the only good thing going for them. As for the food the breadstick looks and tastes like it's a frozen great value breadstick. My husband's chicken Alfredo had no flavor he said it tasted like water and noodles. I did enjoy spaghetti and would recommend that if you did come here but don't waste your time. read more

First off the hostess was not friendly or welcoming at all. Our waitress told us that we were to order our food and drinks all at the same time and it was to all be on one ticket. She then said "thank you much" and walked off. It was so incredibly loud that we couldn't hear each other and the waitress got irritated that she couldn't hear us. Our food came out cold. We all ran out of drinks before we finished our meal, which is a huge pet peeve! I got up twice to find our waitress to refill our drinks but could never find her. We finally just decided to pay the bill and go... but she never came back to request the bill. I had to go get the hostess (who thankfully was a different one) to go get our bill for us. This place was so fun inside, staff was friendly, and quick service. The menu was pretty standard for an Italian restaurant. My kids loved the spaghetti but the rest of us weren't really over the moon about the food. I had the fried ravioli as my meal with a side salad. Those were pretty good. I think someone else had steak bites and they said they didn't love those BUT the drinks were strong! Which was a plus after the afternoon we had. The vibe of the restaurant was beautiful, very eclectic and nicely lit. Our waitress Terry was horrible. It took her 13 minutes to get our drink order, we got our main course before our appetizer, when we said we didn't need the appetizer anymore she stopped talking to us and had the two guys busting their asses help us and cash us out, while all the tables around us got WAY better service. Food was alright not worth the price though, Olive Garden is probably better for overall niceness and price. We were up in the Branson area for a weekend trip, and 4 year old Cason wanted spaghetti and bread sticks for supper. And, since 4 year olds usually get their way, we went to Pasghetti's. It was around 6 pm in Branson, but the restaurant wasn't too busy, and we were seated quickly. Our server, Nikki, was very friendly and attentive and took care of all our dining needs. The restaurant is decorated in a somewhat Italian restaurant theme with posters of old time gangsters, like Al Capone, on the walls. Meh, but not terrible. The restaurant is big, and we were taken to a smaller back room to be seated. We immediately noticed the temperature in the room was very cold. We mentioned this to Nikki, and she promptly improved the temperature. As far as the food is concerned, Cason loved his spaghetti and bread sticks and ate four bread sticks quickly. He wouldn't eat lunch, so he was very hungry. All our entrees were okay, but I can't say it was the best Italian food I've ever had. Our entrees were of an adequate portion and served hot and prepared well. As for presentation and taste, the food was more like getting Italian food at a friend's house: good but not amazing. But, after driving to Branson and going to the Springfield aquarium all afternoon, we had a good supper. A fun little restaurant! Service is excellent, server was funny relatable and kind, gave us some free coupons which I didn't need, but was very thoughtful of her. The entertainer was pretty darn funny, and the decoration was fun aswell. Prices are very reasonable I got the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, the portions are generous, and well seasoned, the chicken was a little bit dry, but the dish itself was very tasty! We went to Pasghetti's because another restaurant had a broken water main and we were referred to Pasghetti's. It was after 7 when we finally got there. The hostess was doing other jobs, including trying to get utensils to take to the tables, settling other issues away from the front desk and trying to check out leaving people. We waited. She was clearly over multi tasking and trying very hard. We got seated. Our waitress was great. She took special order for my husband and watched over it. The appetizer came out and we had to flag down the person that brought it, she was wandering around. The other tables around us were getting wrong orders also. A man then came out with food that was not ours, the waitress rushed in and took it up to go take it to the correct table. Then when our food did come, she once again swooped it to return my husband food as it was all served on different plates. She made sure it came back to him as ordered. But in the meantime, two of our spaghetti and meat ball dinners had a great sized meat ball and pasta under it. However, there was about a 1/8 cup of sauce on it, barely any. I asked for more sauce, which our waitress once again ran to get. She had to correct the other tables around us also. It was chaotic and she was working hard. There was live music where we could not see it. It was over by the bar. There was singing and gaity there, that we could hear. The spaghetti was not chef quality prepared. I had to ask for a knife to cut into the meatball. It was a good size but mediocre in flavor aas were the spaghetti noodles. The sauce was an inadequate balance with the pasta served. The sauce lacked flavor and flare. There was a bead stick served with it. Food was hot. These plates were almost 20$ a piece. Way over priced for the quality. There was nothing else with it. My recommendation is, if you want a good spaghetti dinner and quality of flavor, go to Olive Garden. You'll get a great salad, pasta and sauce that has taste and we'll balanced. Also, the grated cheese is a great addition. And the price is better. Sorry Pasghetti, but if no one tells you, how will you know. read more

Weighting while sitting at the table and haven't gotten my food yet but already not off to a great start. The waiter is really rude but trying to hid it if that makes sense the table next to us asked "Can I get a water for now" and the waiter said "It's not for now it's forever" and told them he'd be back when they made up there mind. Literally it looks like they had not bused any tables for hours. ( some of them still not cleaned when we left). My granddaughter ordered the Tri-Perecta and after a few minutes was told they were out of lasagna and did she want to sub something for it and she told our waitress the chicken Alfredo. Her meal came out just the chicken Alfredo. It lacked flavor and was on the dry side. After she started eating it another waitress came out with her original order, lasagna and all. This was my second time visiting in as many years, and while the food was good, it is a bit depressing because it's so empty inside. But it is well themed, as if you're outside in a city, and as I said, our food was good. It was towards the end of the evening, and even though there were still a few tables with people dining, they came out with a bucket and started mopping the floors right next to use while we were finishing our meals. They also have a bar, a store with coffee shop and a small arcade upstairs. I probably won't go back, but I would in a pinch of if I was hungry for pasta. read more

RUN! Regardless of how commercialized Branson is, if you're going to have a giant walk through meatball in front of your restaurant, you should at least deliver decent food. We decided to go back the Pasghetti's, for nostalgia purpose. We visited tonight with one of our grown children, who used to live going here when they were younger. My how things have changed since our last visit. Host, was more worried about his AirPod playing in his ear than seating us, and the theme continued with our server. Who to her credit had was too many tables. But to allow AirPods while working a service job is quite off putting. The restaurant itself hadn't changed much but was terribly dirty. Everything had film on it, the tile walls had a couple years of handprints all over them. The food was blah! The GF penne with marinara was terrible. It was so overcooked, the noodles had turned too mush. The sauce was flavorless and lackluster. As my family said, we should have just went to Olive Garden. We popped in here after looking for a place to have a bit to eat before a show that we were attending. You cannot miss this restaurant. It has a huge meatball, with a fork in it out front, which makes for a great photo op. This restaurant is huge. They have dining areas all over the place. Seven "uniquely themed" ones to be exact. They say that they can easily seat 400 people. I love the main dining room's theme. It is like an Italian city. And because it is so close to Christmas when I visited, they had a huge Christmas tree right in the middle of it. Being the tourist spot that it is, there is a gift shop in the front of the restaurant, where you can buy merchandise, toys and other novelty items. They have a decent sized parking lot to go along with the dining area as well. On the upper level of the restaurant is additional seating, the restrooms, and a video game area with a small ferris wheel, some coin operated video games and some macho/strength games. The restaurant has a very nice selection of beer, wine and signature cocktails. Of course they serve your typical Italian fare including spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, ravioli, chicken parmesan, caesar salad, chicken alfredo pasta, shrimp primevera, and cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. Also be sure to look out for their specials. I ended up ordering the spaghetti and meatballs for the littles and I got me a lasagna lunch special. It only took them about 7 minute for them to get us our food. Our server was very nice. He was friendly, patient and attentive. It may not have been the best lasagna that I have had, but it was pretty darn good. The sauce had a hint of sweet to it, which I liked. The littles liked their meals too. This restaurant has a great atmosphere, good food, savory drinks, and great service. It would also be perfect for large groups. I highly recommend checking this place out. read more

The food was great, could have been a little bigger portion sizes for the price. We also ordered "the grinch" and a "Jack Frost" per the season and both were extremely sweet, a little too sweet for me. My husband couldn't finish his drink at all. I love the interior of this restaurant, the waitress was great. Side note for all restaurants- do better at cleaning floors and out some effort into bathrooms. Bathrooms are the place people have a few moments alone and really notice things. At this particular restaurant, the bathroom had 4 stalls - 2 out of order. Came here for my son's 8th birthday. We ordered breadsticks which were soggy grease covered. We ordered Shrimp Alfredo which tasted like the noodles were boiled in shrimp water - ZERO good taste (actually sent it back after 2 bites). Currently sick to my stomach. My child's Alfredo was beyond bland, we used a ton of pepper and there was still no flavor. Service: took us 20 minutes to get three waters, took us an hour to get the salads, and about an hour and half to get the nasty food. Ambiance: The place was dirty. The "gift shop" was completely junk. Save your money & just snap a picture of the big meatball outside as you drive by cause it's not worth going inside. Ordered appetizers and never got them. Ordered our food and it took awhile to get it. No drink refills. The biggest issue was they forgot my father in-laws food and it took us 17 minutes to get anyone's attention. Finally spoke to a manager(who was also playing hostess) and they handed it off to the kitchen manager. He comes out hears issue, goes to the kitchen and comes back with food. Says if he eats it I'm charging for it. We were in complete and utter shock. Normally you would eat that cost and as a courtesy not charge them for it. After some back and forth and the manager taking the plate away we asked for the check and went to leave. Had to wait another 21 minutes due to them charging for appetizers and father in laws meal. Neither the food nor the dining was fine and the prices for what we were served was just short of highway robbery. Our appetizer was still partially frozen. At least 1 drink was wrong. There was so much water in the spaghetti with meatball that we had to pour it into a separate dish. Meanwhile, the spaghetti with meat sauce only had meat and no sauce. The kids chicken Alfredo was missing the chicken and the two lasagna orders didn't even look like they were the same dish. One was extra saucy and the other dry. This place is massive and beautifully decorated! I love themed restaurants that go over the top with decor and this place was perfect!! So beautiful and clean. The staff were super kind and very accommodating (I had to move our reservations 3 times). The food was delicious, loved the ravioli appetizer (we even ordered an extra one because it was so good). The downside was the arcade upstairs had a lot of broken down machines or machines with issues. I was surprised this place wasn't busy with how awesome it is inside. We called and they had indicated they closed at 8 PM. Very disappointing that no one would even come out and advise that they were closed. They would just stand there and look at us. This was very disappointing. To start off, it took us 15 minutes with an empty line to even get a table. Secondly, the waiters do not have any common sense. We asked 3 times in a row for a bigger plate/bowl for our salad, and it takes them 10 minutes each just to bring the same size saucer out.
