The passenger side of our 2018 Prius was scraped by someone borrowing our car. Pasquale was so pleasant to deal with and did an excellent job of restoring the vehicle to like-new condition. I have no comment on the price since insurance covered the damage. The wait time to get in was several weeks, but since the damage did not affect our ability to drive the car I assume they gave us lower priority, which was fine. 11/10 customer service/stand up guys. Car wouldn't start nearby, so I asked into the shop for a jump. They allowed me to borrow their jump kit. When it didn't work, Steve ran up the hill to see the issue. He helped me troubleshoot and showed me how to check my fuses in case that was the issue. When this didn't work, I learned he had done research and tried one more common issue. Ultimately it ended up being a broken starter and needed a tow, but Steve took so much time out of his time to help and refused payment. Thank you! read more

I wanted to give a shout-out for excellent service to Pasquale Auto Body on Boston Ave - a woman hit my parked car this morning and did some minor damage, and I popped into Pasquale to have it looked at - apparently a clip or two had popped off the bumper on the side that was hit, and the guy I met with was super nice and just replaced it/fixed it for free right then and there, in and out in under 5 minutes! Chris was awesome! Fantastic customer service and saved us a ton of money. We came out to our car one morning and the bumper was connected on one side while the other side was on the street. Initially we thought it was a hit and run so we called insurance. They recommend Pasquale Autobody who was part of the CAR EZ program that our insurance offers. When Chris came by he clipped the bumper back on and told us to cancel the claim through insurance. The bumper looked more like it had been ripped off by some one and not hit as we initially thought. He was able to temporarily fix the bumper. He ordered some parts and told us to come by the next day. Not only did they fix the bumper but they saved us $460. Our deductible was going to cost us $500 It only took him 30minutes and he cleaned some additional scuff off our vehicle. I hope I don't need auto body work on my cars but if I ever do I'm definitely using Pasquale Autobody! read more

Earlier this year I had a minor accident and decided to go to Pasquale Bros Auto Body because they were close to my house and on my auto insurance preferred list. It also helped that their reviews here on Yelp were positive. I'm very glad I did. George was very helpful and easy to work with, he even stayed late one evening so that I could drop my car off after work. When I dropped my car off, he asked if I had a ride home and offered to give me a lift. That's what I call great customer service. George explained exactly what they would do and exactly how the process would work. As another reviewer said, they took care of everything and dealt directly with the insurance company. The car was ready just when he said it would be, and it had never looked better. Not only did they do a great job on the repairs, but they cleaned it, inside and out. These guys are awesome! I needed to get my rear bumper cover reattached to my 2012 Toyota Sienna. I was able to snap most of it back on by myself but there were some pins and clamps that were missing or damaged. I brought it by for an estimate and they quoted me an hour or 2 for labor (max) and ordered the parts. The total bill came to $42 for .6 hours of labor and a few bucks in parts. I can't remember the last time I was charged for less than an hour of labor. Anyway, the repair looks great and the price was way more reasonable than I thought it would be. read more

Pros: *Repair looks OK (not perfect, not terrible) *Cheapest price in the area Cons: *Took TWO weeks to replace a bumper (they had a few excuses for why this was the case, but they could have told me to just drop it off once they had all of the correct parts, especially since I had to get a rental for some days and borrow a car on the others). *Color looks good, quality of paint job not so good--it looks like the paint dripped and dried in several areas *Never received any calls to keep me informed about what was going on with the repair. *Had to go back to pick up the car three times because someone didn't actually check to make sure that the job was done correctly *Car was parked outside unlocked in a spot where anyone walking by could go up to it and open it if they wanted (I know because I checked on it a few mornings and did exactly that) (Note: This wasn't true for the entire two weeks, but it was for the majority of the time and even one day is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned). *They cleaned the interior but rubbed some terrible smelling chemical all over the leather seats and dash--and didn't clean it all off completely (If they would have called I would have told them not clean the interior, period) *They agreed to do the job and said it would look as good as new, then proceeded to give me 32 different excuses why it didn't look right the first two times I went to pick it up. Excuses included: (1) I brought them a bumper from who knows where (it was ordered from a BMW dealership); (2) bumpers can only go on one way (even though they had just finished telling me the workers were able to make adjustments to fix the first problem I spotted; and (3) they can only make it so good without replacing more parts (if that were the case, they should have told me so that I could have decided whether I wanted to order the extra parts).  Summary: Pasquale Brothers is a fine auto body for most people.  If you care about customer service and don't mind paying for quality work and peace of mind, I'd look elsewhere. And if you're going through your insurance and cost is not an issue, then definitely look elsewhere. read more

They would not give me straight, easy-to-understand answers to some basic questions. I just want to confirm again how amazing these guys are. My car has been rear-ended three times in the past six months, and Pasquale has done an awesome job taking care of me and my car each time. I'm feeling like a pro now, but I still appreciate all the help they offer. For example, they get my rental set-up for me so that when they drop me off the rental company already has the claim info, etc. Additionally, they are next door to another auto shop, and they have worked with that business to coordinate unrelated things that I need done. Ex: during my last visit, the auto shop did my oil change while my paint was drying; during this visit, the shop will do my snow tire change-over while Pasquale is doing body work. Not only is this unbelievably convenient for me, it is a great example of their wonderful customer service. They are exactly what a small neighborhood business should be. Front bumper work performed on my car is falling apart. Multiple shops show how parts that should have been replaced were not causing the work to fall apart. I brought the car back multiple times as things were falling apart only to have them pushed back together. Inferior workmanship is showing through significantly. Work was paid for by insurance. There were no cost constraints except fixing the problem. read more

Pasquale's had the highest rating in Medford and was on my insurance company's list, so I was like okay let's get this done. Dropped my car off after work one day - the rental company was late picking me up so Mr Pasquale gave me a drive and made sure i was all set up before he left. Super sweet of him! 2 weeks later I was back in my car, repairs done perfectly, and my car cleaned! I had an old beater car that got into a fender bender. I needed to have a piece of metal straightened -- no paint, no trim work -- just pull the sheet metal back into place so I could replace the headlights. I told Pasquale that it should be 100$ at most. He said 200$. (yeah, I'm a cheap bastard.) He said 200$ because it might take more work than I imagined. I said OK because they were a few 100 feet from my house. When I got the car back, it was only 100$. I'm glad that they were willing to work with me on something so insignificant.
