I have an SUV with factory tint on the back windows. Rather than just putting the 3% all the way around and calling it a day, they color matched the back windows to the front so the whole vehicle would look uniform. I have had many vehicles that I have had the windows tinted, and I think this is the first time there were not little bubbles that had to "work themselves out". When i went to pick up my vehicle, the installer was there and he was so nice! He walked me through everything that he did. He even told me what layers of percentage he used to color match the back to the front. My vehicle looks amazing, and the heat has been cut down considerably inside. These guys take pride in what they do and it really shows through their work. Bought the Groupon for two windows being tinted. The customer service was honestly great and…read moreeveryone in the shop was super friendly. However, I'm not sure if it was the tint they use or their application process but there were numerous bubbles and what looked like different particles trapped between the glass and the tint. I gave it a week and a half to settle and then I asked to come back and they were more than happy to fix it and they replaced all the tint. But the same thing happened with the fixed tint where it was covered in bubbles and it looks like dust or something is trapped. I just wasn't willing to take my car back for a third time. I also didn't like how messy they left the car after the tint. The outside and inside of my vehicle were covered in the spray solution they used to apply the tint and I had to clean my vehicle up after both visits. I've never experienced these issues with tinting or the spray solution being all over the interior and exterior with any cars I have had tinted before and I get my windows tinted on all of my vehicles. It seems these guys have great reviews and my experience is a stand alone one but I will be finding an alternative shop to remove and replace the tint on my vehicle.
